• Nurindah (9/5): - It was urgent to find a hotel to stay when all the hotel around is fully book during new year eve after back from Vietnam , accidentally found this hotel with very best price that day , the hotel was clean , good location , friendly staff, hot water work well , bed is comfort, even they have a bathtub in the room . 7 eleven close by . Thank you I can't ask more it was very satisfied during the stay . The hotel is remind me the old time , was very authentic hotel . But believe me isso unique. Remind me of my childhood Everything was good 👍 nothing I can complaint about

• Nicole Weygandt (9/5): - I had a very comfortable stay at West Wing Mansion. The room was clean, well-equipped, and quiet, offering everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were professional and kind, and check-in was fast and easy. The location was also convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. It’s a great option for both short and longer stays — I would definitely come back.

You HAVE TO take a taxi or a long walk from the MRT line (750 meters ) Lots of bugs, cockroaches which is not surprising in such climates but in this hotel there were lots of little cockriaachess specially in the bathroom. Pillows were extra hard but managed to find some slightly better ones. No drinking water supplied. I WENT DOWNSTAIRS TO RECEPTION TO ASK FOR SOME DRINKING WATER FOR MY ROOM, I WAS GIVEN 2 BOTTLES AND TOLD IT WILL COST ME BAHT 50. BAHT 25 FOR 1 BOTTLE OF CHEAP BRAND WATER IS RIDICULOUS, EVEN THE AIRPORT IS CHEAPER. I WALKED DOWN THE ALLEY AND GOT 2 BOTTLES OF THE SAME BRAND WATER FOR BAHT 14...... A RIP OFF.!

However nearby to both Charan 13 station (MRT) and Tha Phra station (MRT). There is karaoke downstairs which noise can bleed into the room Small roaches in the room also

• Agassi (1/5): Just terrible. - 10 minute walk to train station There are businesses being operated at the entrance of the hotel and there are washing machines for your laundry there as well. I left my laundry and came back to my stuff missing and I only found 3 of my towels being hung up by the side of the building and everyone around was just staring at me and smirking. This is without the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Also there are lots of kids living in the hotel and they just make lots of noise and mess.

• B-man (6/5): Pleasant - Good view from my apartment. Comfy sofa and bed. TV worked A ok. Bathroom small. Had a fall on wet slippery flaw and caught elbow on bottom jagged edge. Not good as was in need of repair. No fridge unfortunately but shops were close by.

• Aos (7/5): Super hot showers, bath tub ... nice area. Many small shops to explore around. - The hotel is an 8 story building. At weekends, the "Karaoke" area, which is closed during the week ... is a brothel. I was often here, and only noticed last night, lol. My room is atm 5th floor, so nothing to complain about it, was just kind of shocked that I never noticed that before.

• Krzysztof (7/5): Good - Placed just next to blue line of metro (~15 mins from Tha Phra Station) this hotel is great base to explore the city. It's also really cheap so if you're worried about your budget but still want private room with AC, it might be what you're looking for. Room I got had very comfy bed and was neatly furnished. It's clear the building has seen better days. Bathroom wasn't very clean and there were roaches coming out of drainpipe.

• Chad (8/5): overall the stay was pleasant. there are a couple of marijuana dispensaries if you are into that. - The staff was easy to get along with, the price was affordable, and the rooms were clean. The elevators worked really weird. Like one time the elevator would not open when it got to the 4th and 5th floors but it would open on the 6th, so I had to walk down the stairs. But it took me some time to figure out which floor the elevator would open, so I felt entrapped for a little bit.
• Chris (9/5): Great budget hotel in old Bangkok - Nicely sized basic room with an excellent value for money. Great for budget travelers. Very close to MRT station, taxi. There attractions close by in Bangkok Yai in of the oldest part of the city. There is a nice park with a lot of traditional Thai farming to discover. Need to travel far up country anymore to discover how Thai farmers are working and living. A great Thai restaurant is side too. The place is called Thai DD House. Not easy to find as there is no sign on the main street to show direction. No fridge in the room

Location is on dark alleyway. Poor WiFi. Staff not willing call taxi or other transport for me when my grab app failed to get me a ride at checkout--the unfriendly, unhelpful staff really affected my impression of my stay

Parents with kids, be careful the tv has +18 channels!
• Ella (7/5): it was good I think! not a place to live but a good place to stay and it is very clean - it is interesting and cozy. very conservative witch is good when you stay in a low price place there are cockroaches! but still it’s kinda cozy just don’t get scared in the bathroom in the night when little guy approaches you

• Junice (3/5): OLD, GLOOMY, TIRED-LOOKING HOTEL - -We were able to book this hotel last minute. I’ve stayed in better accommodations in Bangkok for the same price. 1.) Bad Customer Service = The staff is so afraid that customers will back out or change their minds that they demand for the full payment right away when you arrive to check-in. They don’t even provide a receipt as proof of payment. 2.) Poor Facilites. The airconditioner is very noisy, so be prepared for sleepless nights as it will be difficult to sleep. AC is in dire need of replacement. No WiFi in the rooms. 3.) No Free Toiletries. Contrary to what is stated in the booking information where it says “free toiletries” - no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no shampoo, no conditioner, etc will be provided. If you need a toothbrush, they will sell you one. If you need a toothpaste, they will sell you one. If you need a bath soap, they will sell you one.
