- Katie (10/5): Fantastic experience. Beautiful views. - Before my trip to Istanbul, all questions was answered and help offered, I asked them to arrange a transfer pick up from IST airport. The process was very simple and whatsapp communication throughout. Price for transfer was cheaper than quotes from other companies & the car was very nice. On arriving to the property I was met by 2 people who helped with my bags and showered me round and gave me any relevant information along with letting me know they was available via WhatsApp at any point. Apartment itself, absolutely exceptional. Beautiful 😍 the views, the furniture, the facilities. Everything was fantastic. Very clean and all the facilities to continue to keep the property clean throughout the stay, mop hoover etc. in the wardrobe was extra pillows towels and fresh bedding. Very big apartment; it was nice to explore Istanbul then relax in comfort on an evening. The hot tub in the bedroom was perfect. Kitchen included everything needed. Location was found to be very central for the places I wanted to visit. And the street downstairs had lots of shops & restaurants if you didn't want to go far. I liked the private entrance and not having to see people or disturb anyone or be disturbed. I cannot get over how beautiful every view from every window was. Waking up to the blue mosque was breathtaking. Highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again!! Leaving 😂

На кухне есть все необходимое для готовки. Плита, микроволновка, посуда и очень удобный веселый кофейник) В гости по утрам на балкон приходил котик и будил нас мяуканьем) Подушки на кровати. Очень большие и твердые. Пришлось спать без них. Сложно настроить температуру воды в душе. Она сама меняется от очень горячей до холодной.

- Maria (4/5): Apartamento con insectos - Éramos un grupo grande y reservamos los tres apartamentos que tienen en el edificio. El apartamento de la planta alta tiene buenas vistas. El bajo estaba lleno de insectos en la zona de baño y cocina, fue bastante desagradable. Tenía bastantes humedades en las paredes techos y en el baño. En caso de alojaros en esta estancia solo merece la pena el apartamento de la última planta.

Огромное количество тараканов . Сантехника требует замены вода в туалете постоянно течет . Стены ободранные и посыпалась штукатурка . Квартира давно нуждается в ремонте . L'état de la chambre, il faut vraiment arrangé le plafond côté douche et terminé les travaux dans la salle de bains, changer le matelas . L'appartement du rez-de-chaussée ( les fenêtres côté rue il faut prévoir des rideaux comme ça on peux profiter de la lumière du jour car il y'a que du store opaque.
- Marco (10/5): pulitissima e staff molto disponibile - l'appartamento è molto vicino al centro, circa 800 m da sultanahmet, vicino a una scuola, negozi, supermarket e un parco molto ben curato. L'appartamento è un po piccolo ma pulitissimo, munito di aria condizionata, microonde e bollitore con caffè e tè, i letti sono comodissimi. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, ci ha aiutato per i tour, dandoci anche qualche consiglio su dove uscire la sera ed è stato sempre a nostra disposizione, aiutandoci fino all'ultimo giorno. il wifi purtroppo non prende affatto in camera
- Elena (1/5): Ужасно - Понравилось место расположения Квартира очень грязная, мы заселились и мыли полы, вытирали пыль, убирали мусор. Это был шок, смирились, так как было поздно и с детьми рисковать выезжать мы не стали. Кровать была сломанная, в душе все облезлое, крышка от унитаза сломанная, микроволновку никогда не мыли. В общем пришлось убираться, через пару дней у нас перестал работать wi-fi, и не было горячей воды и отопления, после того как я хотела вызвать милицию, хозяин квартиры пришел и все исправил. Мы выехали из квартиры на 4 дня раньше и нам не вернули деньги. Пишу в службу поддержки, надеюсь на честность самого сайта. Не советую эту квартиру.

- Corina Gabriela (1/5): É una truffa!!! - Niente La peggior esperienza all’estero! .Sono stata costretta a lasciare l’ alloggio dopo 2 giorni ,lo avevo prenotato per 10 notti ,perché mi sono sentita truffata.L’alloggio non corrisponde affatto alla descrizione del annuncio essendo in condizioni disumane per la presenza di sporcizia, scarsa igiene, capelli nel bagno, sigarette e cicche da masticare dietro i divani, muri sgretolanti con muffa e umidità ,impronte sugli specchi di altre persone e tira sciacquone bagno ma soprattutto la presenza dei SCARAFAGGI ( non dal esterno ma dalle tubature e scariche d’acqua) ovunque, nel letto, posate, tavolo da mangiare, muri, essendo costretta a non poter dormire per 2 notti(ho dormito con la luce accesa) e creandomi un danno psicologico ma sopratutto di salute soffrendo di asma e sentendomi male per la muffa e umidità, oltre il danno economico e perdita di tempo essendo costretta a cercare un altro alloggio. Inoltre il proprietario quando glie L ho fatto notare mi ha detto che lo sapeva del esistenza dei scarafaggi e mi devo fare una ragione, prendendomi in giro con molta mancanza di rispetto e prepotenza. Quando ho chiesto il rimborso mi ha detto di scrivere al servizio Booking ,loro ti rispondono dopo 3 giorni, hanno scritto una mail al proprietario ma lui non ha accettato il rimborso ,in altre parole perderete i soldi nessuno vi rimborsa nulla e il proprietario lo sa e va avanti così .Mi meraviglio delle recensioni buone di altra gente e mi domando in quale cavolo di condizioni è abituata a vivere certa gente ! Allego foto della mia esperienza ! Non prenotate! È una truffa!!!!

- KHAN (8/5): Overall the stay was great , I stayed with family and it was amazing - Very Nice Location, close to a lot of Tourist attractions, Staff is very co-operative and available to help you 24/7 as I checked in after 1:00 AM but they were available, specially Muhammad and Hassan the Manager Internet is not very great but you can buy a Turkish Sim and use your own Data not a big issue

Обещали исправить в первый день, но никто палец о палец не ударил. Похоже мы не первые имели эту проблему с кондиционером и владелец не планирует ее исправлять. Бронировали на 4 взрослых и ребенка 10лет, пятый стул не дали.

Smeštaj je na par minuta hoda od glavne ulice i tramvaja koji će Vam biti potreban da dođete na jako brz način do ostalih delova grada. Izuzetno čist i lep apartman, kao i komšiluk u kojem se apartman nalazi.

Ci sono lenzuola, piumoni e asciugamani per il bagno. C’è un piccolo parco, tanti ristoranti e piccoli negozi di quartiere nelle vicinanze. Ci sono tantissimi insetti soprattutto piccoli scarafaggi, la doccia è rotta, manca lo specchio in bagno, in cucina le stoviglie sono tutte sporche e grasse. In camera da letto e in bagno ci sono enormi problemi di umidità e di muffe sul soffitto e sulle pareti.

The kitchen is good enough for simple meals. The shower works well. The owner does not speak English at all, and always looks very clueless about anything. The apartment is surprisingly dirty, unexpected bugs and other small animals appeared. It is a bit disgusting...

It was an amazing location with nearby Parks - The Hotel Furnished Apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Istanbul, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Major attractions like the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace are within walking distance, and public (Bus)transportation is easily accessible. To the Tram Station, you have to walk up the road(Hilly) 1-2 Km. The neighborhood is vibrant and lively, with cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. If you want to buy groceries choose A-101. Thank you Hasan(Owner of the Apartment) for being co-operative and guiding us. Even though he cannot communicate, he used Translator to be in sync and reply to any queries. Prices of Groceries (water/ Veggies and Snacks) varies in supermarkets.. You need to find out to explore. Food is expensive near to this place. Stairs in the Apartment are small.. Watch your steps with your kids. Washing Machine & Hair Dryer needs to be there for a longer stay.

El dueño estaba en contacto continuamente y fácilmente. Llegamos muy tarde (el vuelo fue con retraso y llegamos de madrugada) y nos estuvo esperando para hacer el checkin Era un bajo y tenía muchas cucarachas. Al llegar tan tarde el primer día nos fuimos a dormir y no nos dimos ni cuenta. Al despertarnos empezamos a ver por todo el apartamento: baño, sala de estar e incluso cocina. Pedimos un cambio urgente de apartamento, y aunque nos lo facilitaron, y comentaron que venían a fumigar, tuvimos que estar dos noches más en ese mismo apartamento con dicha "compañía"

Baia în stare foarte proasta, ușa la cabina de duș nu se închide, bateria la bucătărie se mișcă de pe blat, patul avea picioarele sproape rupte si atarna materiale de la tablie Miros greu in camere, pereti murdari Usa la baie nu se închide, decât cu mare efort, usa de la intrare cu zgarieturi mari de tot. Pare ca este locuinta pentru muncitori.

Our room was located on the second floor and didn't feel as big as the 60 square meters described, it was rather cramped for 3 adults and 1 child. The top of the bathroom drips and is located right where the toilet is, which is very uncomfortable. Without this problem, the price/performance ratio would still be fine.

Tek rahatsız olduğumuz şey hamam böcekleriydi. Misafirlerin iyi bir konaklama geçirmeleri için, sahibi bu sorunu çözmeli. Bu sorun her gün meşgul etti. Hergün ilaçlamamıza rağmen son güne kadar tedirginlik mevcut idi.

- Mohammed (8/5): Great location in Fatih, Istanbul. - The host Mr Hasan was excellent. He was very nice and helpful. He let us stay beyond the checkout as our flight was in the afternoon. The facilities could have been better.

- ALEH (6/5): - Один большой плюс это расположение, реально 10 минут до софийского собора и дворца Топкапы. В апартаментах чисто, пастель чистая, есть необходимая посуда, полотенца и тапочки. Владелец любезно разрешил оставить в его офисе багаж с 12 до 16.часов, после выселения из аппартаментов. В реалии апартаменты выглядят куда более скромнее и темнее, чем получаются на фото. Жили на первом этаже, окна выходят на улицу. Очень шумно от улицы, спали с берушами, реально темное помещение, света не хватало. Апартаменты реально подуставшие и первое желание было переехать в отель. Главный минус это наличие тараканов, после возвращения из города вечером, приходилось первым заходить в номер и бить их тапком, чтоб не пугать женскую половину.

- Крысанова (6/5): Очень редко пишу плохие отзывы, но к сожалению этот объект размещения не оправдал моих ожиданий. Подойдет только туриста - Два главных плюса: местоположение и цена. Менеджер отвечал быстро на сообщения. К сожалению минусов довольно много. Апартаментам требуется хороший косметический ремонт. Двери в комнату нормально не закрываются, в ванне обсыпана плитка и двери в душ неисправны, белье и полотенца с пятнами от давнего использования(хоть и чистые после стирки), шкаф постоянно открывается, окна не фиксируются, мебель местами разломана. Состояние утюга и фена плачевное.
