• Elena (7/5): Если хотите в близости от основных локаций за приемлимые деньги, то это хороший вариант. - Локация отличная, персонал пошел мне на встречу и поменял апартаменты. Очень чисто. Если только спать, то прекрасно. Но: шумо изоляции нет-окна в одно стекло из-за этого слышно все, кто проезжает по улице. Если вам повезет и апартаменты будут 2-х комнатные, то одна из спален может смотреть в тихий дворик, как это в итоге было у меня и я хорошо высыпалась. Но это если у вас будут именно такие апартаменты. Если другие, то спать нужно будет в берушах, имейте это в виду. Мне не понравилось шумоизоляция комнат. Все слышно. А в остальном все хорошо 👌 Соотношение цена-качество нормально 🙂 Ещё раз спасибо 🙏 персоналу и владельцу, что учли мои пожелания. Процветания вам.

• Olena (6/5): - The accommodation is generally okay, but unfortunately it does not fully match the photos. The furniture is quite old, and overall the place looks worn and in need of some renovation. Cleanliness could also be better — there was mold in the bathroom. Another issue is the very poor sound insulation. The windows are thin, and you can hear almost everything happening outside or inside the building. One more big downside is that the room is located directly above the reception. On the last night of our stay it was very noisy there until about 3 a.m. Some guests came to visit the staff, and they were talking loudly, laughing, and having a very animated discussion. Because of this, we could not fall asleep until around 3 a.m. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the included breakfast. Breakfast is served in a neighboring hotel, in the restaurant next door. It was really excellent — very tasty, filling, and with a wide variety of food. This is probably the main positive aspect of the stay.
• Lance (7/5): A great place to stay and enjoy Istanbul. - The property was within walking distance of many attractions. My wife and I enjoy walking and exploring different cities. The management office sits below the apt. Sometimes it gets loud at night, as voices carry over. The walls are thin. You can hear cars driving by at night.

• Deniz (9/5): Great - Perfect location for what we wanted. Room was big. Easy to get to and from for the locations that was required by us. Great value for money.

The soundproofing is nonexistent, the walls are like cardboard, you can hear even the quietest conversation. The room is old, everything is ancient and worn out. At 7 a.m. next morning, the receptionist's guy alarm went off on his phone. He didn't hear it, sleeping soundly on the couch. I had to go down and wake him up to turn it off. But after that, the alarm went off three more times. We were shocked by this treatment. And it wasn't a hotel room, it was just the room next to the reception area. We left hotel next day (but we paid for 4 nights), without any solution or compensation.

Only problem is that room straight above reception and get alot of noise from there. Also bed could be better. Altogether a good stay. Would not mind staying there again. Noise from reception

Amplasarea fiind in centrul vechi, a fost un avantaj, deoarece ajungi repede la punctele turistice... Nu a fost nimic, care sa nu fie pe placul nostru. Totul a fost asa cum ne-am asteptat...adica BINE

• SIA Conversio Reģ.Nr.40103662771 (9/5): Labs variants - Patika skaista vēsturiska ēka un numurs, kas tika izkopts katru otro dienu un nomainīta gultas veļa. Ka perfekti strādāja visas lampas un TV. Ļoti labs ūdens spiediens dušā. Ļoti ērtas guļvietas. Bija ļoti jauki, ka var pasēdēt terasē. Mums uztaisīja brokastu pakas, kad izbraucām uz Prinču salām ļoti agri. Jāpatur prāta, ka kā jau visās vesturiskās ēkas, nokļušana uz istabu nav īsti piemērota cilvēkiem ar kustību traucējumiem. Prasās remonts. It īpaši tualetes/ WC durvis, kas "atsprāga" katru reizi, kad vajadzēja tas aiztaisīt. Brokastis tradicionālas, bet vienmuļas.
• Дарья (10/5): - Понравилось абсолютно всё, отдыхали здесь второй раз. Очень удобное расположение отеля, приветливый персонал, симпатичный номер, работающая сантехника. Чисто, номер убирали, меняли постель и полотенца. Отдельно хочется отметить завтрак. Его подают в ресторане, который находится на той же улице, что и отель. Все на высоте. Вкусно, сытно, красиво. По соотношению "цена - качество" 10 из 10.

• William (4/5): As above. - This room is directly above reception and the staff washroom and kitchen. The floor and walls and thin and wooden. You can hear every word/conversation/noise that the staff and people reception in reception speak every hour of the day and night. The reception staff often watching movies at night which you can hear. It does not feel like a hotel room but a shared room in a cheap hostel. If you ask to move they can move you but charge you an extra €20-30 per night for an another room. We did not move. People booking this room should be made aware of this.
• Melissa (10/5): Perfect Stay! - It was on a quiet street in a big city, so it felt very peaceful and calming. We liked the location and facilities. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. The shower was hot with great water pressure! No complaints!

• Sevgul (6/5): I do not recommend - The breakfast was good and the room is big. This is the only room in the buiding, located upstairs. Downstairs is the reception office for the other rental buildings on the same street. The room is very noisy, you can hear people talking at the reception even at night or early in the morning, as well as the traffic on the street. The bathroom was not in a good condition. We stayed there for 3 nights and there was no cleaning done, towels or bed linens were not changed at all during our stay.

• Isabel (6/5): Good location, but very noisy. - Decor was lovely. Spacious room with balcony. Friendly local cats. Location was conveniently close to attractions and restaurants. Breakfast at local restaurant was substantial. Friendly and helpful staff - helped with a sim card. The noise! Conversations and traffic noise below and outside throughout different times of day and night - people discussing holiday plans even at 4am! No room servicing throughout our 4 nights' stay, so no clean towels or room cleaning. Overall, we didn't get one single good night's sleep - even with ear plugs☹️

• Sabina (8/5): Everyone was great except building walls - The location was good, the staff was very kind. I like that breakfast was included so it kinda created a routine for us every day:) The only thing I didn’t like was that it felt like the walls were as thin as paper. I knew that Istanbul is anyway noisy and this could happen almost everywhere. But I think those walls were extra thin.

• Andrew (9/5): Atmospheric and romantic - Quirky apartment accessed through travel company office in old traditional street. Staff super helpful. Probably the best location in Istanbul, old town near Bosphorus and easy walking distance to Hadja Sophia/Blue Mosque/Topkapi/Grand Bazaar, plenty of good eating places nearby that are frequented by locals and tourists. If you want a modern standard hotel room this isn't for you, but if you want atmosphere, romance and a cute little balcony, then dive in. Small steep staircase to the bedroom won't suit everyone
• Bhatia (9/5): Superb - If you’re coming from airport bus, the nearest stop is Aksaray, The place is literally 500m walk from blue mosque/ Ayasofia/ Topkapi The room is old style, large bed, decent washroom with hot water. The service especially from Aziz was top notch, he gives extra drinking water, helped in finding airport taxi and was very cordial. The check in was smooth The place is quiet and you get privacy apart from occasional noise downstairs on the road which is quite busy till 11pm The breakfast is served at the adjacent Begonvilla restaurant which serves traditional Turkish mezzo and coffee/tea Would recommend this place for those looking for an unconventional rustic spot instead of plush hotel room in Fatih district.
• Una (6/5): Well equipped place with a nice location, but very loud and a bit rusty - The location of the place is very good, it is close to the central old part of the city. The breakfast was amazing! It was at a restaurant nearby and it was always different and very tasty. The sheets were clean and the place was well equipped. It was very loud. You could have heard anyone talking on the streets as well as the receptionist (reception is open 24/7). Sometimes the cigarette smell was coming in. The toilette should be renewed, because everything was pretty rusty. The bed was not very comfortable and we were not able to use terrace, because there were many cats sleeping there.
• Halima (7/5): Overall good but could have been better. - The location is nice and close to most interesting touristic attractions , the street is very beautiful . The furniture style is very beautiful . The service at the restaurant during breakfast and the breakfast itself is very good. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The wifi didn’t work at all in the last day of our stay. I had to use my mobile hotspot to be able to do some work. The A/C works well but is noisy.
• Bruno (10/5): Perfect location and great room. - We spent 3 nights in this location. The staff is very welcoming and keen to help. The location is perfect to visit all the districts in the golden horn: walking distances to the most important attractions in the area. The room was beautiful and very clean! After 2 nights they changed bed sheets and bath towels. A special thanks to Shah, who spent half an hour the first evening explaining us everything We needed to know about Istanbul! Very recommended! Nothing worth to mention.
• Evangelia (10/5): Warm and cozy stay! - The suite was very cute and matching with Istanbul’s atmoshere. It was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff really friendly:) The neighbourhood was a little hard to walk because of inclination, but overall it was a great experience and I would totally recommend it!

• Oancea (8/5): Overall a very pleasant trip. - Great breakfast, great location, even greater personnel. They helped us with all our wishes, gave us advice on trips and an overall a wonderfull experience. The room was clean, and so was the bathroom. Bathroom had a broken shower hose and the toilet was a bit crammed in between the shower doors and the wall. It looked like it needed a little TLC and attention. The room wasn't that well soundproofed. We could hear almost all discussions from the reception area and all the traffic on the street.
