Leticia (7/5): Zu teuer für den Zustand des Appartements und dem Ablauf der Buchung. - Das Bett war bequem, es waren viele Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei und die Lage an einem günstigen Supermarkt sowie den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war super Der Checkin war katastrophal. Keine Erklärung wo man so wirklich hin soll. Ein Treffpunkt wäre hier super. Das Zimmer war nicht das was wir gebucht haben und wir haben Haare gefunden, als auch ein sehr großen Rostfleck im Badezimmer an der Fußleiste. Kaution von fast 255 Euro ist viel zu hoch.

Antonia (9/5): Great stay in convenient location - Great property with all the conveniences of home. Comfortable and spacious for an apartment. The private secure parking was a huge bonus and having a supermarket and starbucks on the lower floors was a great addition. David who checked us in was friendly and knowledgeable, we felt very welcomed We had booked a penthouse and paid the extra money for that however we had a 5th floor room, and someone above us who was very loud at all hours of the night.

Burcham (10/5): Great Lodgings and Location - The young man looking after our stay was very pleasant and efficient. He was very flexible in accommodating our later than expected arrival caused by a delayed flight. The rooms were really terrific and perfect for our needs. The parking arrangements were excellent and the close proximity to a grocery store, coffee shop and several affordable restaurants was superb. Not much that we didn't like. Maybe we should have booked a few extra nights to see more of southern California...

Sarah (8/5): Overall is was a nice apartment for the cost with good amenities. - Amenities. Proximity to food and grocery stores. The upstairs neighbor was so very loud. Until 1am and then as early as 7am. Stomping around. Also, the lighting in the master bathroom was out and was unable to get fixed during our stay. There was also no baking sheet for cooking in the oven.

galit (7/5): נחמד. - חניה, סטארבקס ציפולטה וסופר מתחת למלון. מטבח מאובזר יחסית. שני חדרים ויחסית מרווח למשפחה עם שלושה ילדים, מכונת כביסה ומייבש זמינים. אין אור בדירה, אחת המקלחות הייתה סתומה פנינו לדויד הבעלים לא ענה בשום אמצעי תקשורת ואי אפשר היה בכלל לתקשר איתו במהלך השהות. אין מספיק כריות ומה שיש מאוד לא נוח. אזור מרגיש קצת לא בטוח אבל נכנסו ויצאנו עם הרכב אז זה היה יחסית בסדר.

Tarun (3/5): A nice apartment with some issues, and a host that is either unresponsive or unwilling to help - The location and the views. There are multiple issues and the host is either unresponsive or takes more than 24 hours to respond, and then gave us instructions we had already tried, or tried to gaslight us into believing there were no issues. The issues were - 1) The bedrooms are extremely warm, despite turning down the thermostat and the rest of the house being cool. It's hard to sleep in there. 2) The light bulbs in one bedroom don't work. Out of 3, 1 works, 1 has no bulb and the last bulb flickers and doesn't work. 3) The fob key doesn't work in the gym or pool access areas, which were mentioned as amenities we could use in the booking. You'll only get to use them if someone else is there to let you in. 4) The host knew well in advance that were reaching at 2 PM for check in, and I reminded him with an hour to go. He was still unavailable to receive us and kept us waiting in the street with our luggage for 20 mins before he could let us in. Given the exorbitant price charged by this booking, and the apathy of the host to deal with someone else, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere in LA.

Ann (9/5): Clean, modern apartment, very accommodating staff. - David was very responsive to our needs. I arrived much later than I thought I would, and he stayed up to greet me. The apartment was very clean and modern. The parking arrangement ended up being quite complicated, since my friend arrived with a car as well. There was some shuffling around trying to arrange two cars; since the apartment only comes with one reserved parking space I ended up patching together some street parking, some parking in an in-garage area where I had to move the car every morning. There were EV charging stations in the parking structure, but I couldn’t get them to work. But that may very well be my fault, since this was my first time driving an EV rental!

Vieze badkamer, schimmel op plinten die wegrotten, vieze muren, magnetron werkt niet, gasfornuis ontbreekt een knop, we kregen maar één sleutel wat heel onhandig is omdat je die ook voor de lift nodig hebt, erg gehorig, te weinig keukengerei, geen shampoo. Al met al te veel betaald voor dit appartement die grondig een onderhoudsbeurt nodig heeft. Geen prettige buurt, met veel zwervers.

David è stato molto gentile, disponibile e chiaro nella spiegazione di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. L’appartamento è in una posizione comoda e ha delle buone potenzialità, ma ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere il soggiorno più confortevole. Suggerirei un po’ di manutenzione, in particolare alle porte (alcune non si chiudevano a chiave) e all’illuminazione, visto che in alcune camere le luci non funzionavano. È molto comodo avere lavatrice e asciugatrice a disposizione, anche se potrebbe essere utile fornire una piccola quantità di detersivo, almeno per i primi utilizzi. La nostra prenotazione era per cinque persone: il divano letto è risultato un po’ scomodo, ma fortunatamente è stato fornito un lettino gonfiabile come alternativa. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, sarebbe utile un’attenzione maggiore ai dettagli: abbiamo trovato un po’ di polvere sulle maniglie degli sportelli del bagno, alcuni capelli e una tovaglia che sembrava già usata. Anche le dotazioni possono essere migliorate: ad esempio, l’aggiunta di dispenser per sapone/doccia shampoo potrebbe rendere più semplice l’utilizzo del bagno. Con qualche accorgimento in più, questo alloggio potrebbe davvero offrire un’esperienza molto più piacevole.

Laurent (7/5): - L'intérieur de l'appartement est grand et bien aménagé, propre. La résidence est propre est de bon standing. Les espaces communs (piscine, salle de sport, rooftop) sont vraiment très bien. Il y a un supermarché au pied de l'immeuble, ce qui est très pratique. La personne qui fait l'accueil est très disponible. L'agence de location a plusieurs appartements dans la résidence, alors l'appartement que vous allez avoir ne correspond pas forcément aux photos que vous voyez sur le site. Le canapé-lit dans le séjour n'était pas très confortable dans notre appartement. L'appartement donnait sur la rue qui est très bruyante. L'appartement n'était pas isolé du bruit de l'extérieur. Ca allait le soir, mais le matin, si vous n'êtes pas habitué au bruit de la rue, vous serez réveillés tôt. Les appartements sur le jardin intérieur sont sans aucun doute très calme. Il n'y a pas de volet, donc on est réveillé par la lumière le matin.

David (8/5): Caution élevée et réclamation pour la récupérer - David nous a bien accueilli, très gentil et serviable. Lave linge et sèche linge impeccable. Balcon utile et surtout 2 salles de bain. Parking inclus compliqué. Manque des ustensiles dans l'hébergement. Malheureusement, le drap dans une chambre n'était pas propre. Heureusement, il y a en avait un supplémentaire dans l'armoire. J'ai dû réclamé la caution. Elle n'a pas été bloquée mais totalement débitée. Ce n'est pas correct.

novi (10/5): Ottimo - ottima posizione dell'edificio con un ampio e luminoso appartamento. Comodo garage esclusivo. il servizio di assistenza fornito da David e' stato super professionale e puntuale. Comodo anche il supermarket posizionato nel parcheggio aperto fino alle 23. Alcuni complementi di arredamento dovrebbero essere rinfrescati (alcune sedie mostrano segni di usura, il tostapane non funziona bene e l'asciugatrice e' un po' rumorosa), ma in generale la qualita' e' stata molto buona.

Michael (1/5): BED BUGS! worst nightmare of a booking we ever had. - In der Unterkunft gab es BETTWANZEN! Nachdem wir deswegen nach 1 Nacht ausgecheckt haben und alle Kofferinhalte waschen mussten wurde uns eine vollständige Erstattung zugesagt. Nach 2 Tagen wurde aber gegenüber booking behauptet wir seien nicht angereist (OHNE Erstattung) um das Geld zu behalten. Seitdem keine Antwort auf Kundenserviceanfragen - nur um das Geld ungerechtfertigt zu behalten! Vorsicht wenn die Unterkunft einen für die Kommunikation auf whatsapp lockt - das dient nur dazu dass nichts bei booking dokumentiert ist was akzeptiert wird!

Kuczewski (8/5): Sehr große Wohnung mit viel Stauraum - Das Apartment ist sehr groß und hat viel Stauraum. Das Gebäude ist mit vielen Extras wie einen Pool, einem Gym oder auch einer tollen Dachterrasse ausgestattet. Der Manager war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden, was der Manager aber auch sehr gern als Feedback aufgenommen hat und ändern möchte. Es gibt nur ein Handtuch pro Person und das ist gerade wegen des Pools zu wenig. Der Gasherd hat nicht alle Knöpfe was die Bedienung erschwert. Wie hatten nur einen Schlüssel und das man sich ohne diesen nicht frei im Gebäude bewegen kann, war das zu wenig. Das Sofabett ist nicht mehr brauchbar. Die richtigen Betten allerdings sehr gut!

Roy (9/5): An excellent apartment close to the center of Los Angeles - This one bedroom apartment with sofa bed is perfectly located close to the center of Los Angeles. The cooking and washing facilities were excellent. A perfect choice for exploring the region. I would have appreciated a firmer mattress for the sofa bed. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Guest (8/5): Nice location in DTLA - Stayed in apt 2-632 (1 bedroom with pool and courtyard view). Pretty good, relatively safe location in DLTA. Appreciated the included parking in a secure area. Parking spot was right by the elevator which was also nice. Plenty of space in the apartment - nice to have a W/D and a kitchen. Bed was soft but comfortable. The apartment complex was very nice - great pool and workout room. Apartment is showing wear - could use a fresh coat of paint and more comfortable furniture. No extra pillows other than what was on the bed (had to share with the person who slept on the couch). Stove was missing a knob. Only one key provided. No additional security on door other than deadbolt. Ended up being more expensive than I expected with the $95 resort fee and 14% tax.
Susann (8/5): Schöner Ausblick, tolle Ausstattung in Downtown L.A. - Die Dachterrasse ist großartig. Das Apartment war sehr gut und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war besser als auf den Bildern. Die Beschreibung des Check-in inclusive Nutzung des Parkhauses war selbsterklärend. Der Supermarkt im Parkhaus ist grandios und die Preise sind in Ordnung. Haben uns dort günstig mit Frühstücks- und Grillfleisch ausgestattet. Gegrillt haben wir auf der Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Ausblick. Das Hollywoodzeichen ist von dort zu erkennen. Der Balkon im Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Waschmaschine haben wir gut genutzt. Leider waren die Treppenaufgänge zur Dachterrasse sehr verschmutzt. Gerüche inklusive. Hunde wurden zum Gassigehen dort ausgeführt-sehr merkwürdig. Es gab dort zwar eine extra Gassi-Ecke, aber nicht jeder hat die Häufchen entsorgt. Abends spielten wir dort bei einem Glas Wein auch mit vielerlei Krabbeltierchen. Leider hat nicht jeder den Grill ordentlich hinterlassen, dass wir ein weiteres Grill-Event nicht stattfinden lassen konnten.

Er war sehr engagiert und hat uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. So wenn es überall laufen würde. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall gerne wieder.
