- valerie (8/5): Hervorragend, würde wieder hin u dann gezielt planen alles mit öffentlichem Verkehr zu machen. - Die Lage ist ausgesprochen gut - das wurde mir erst richtig klar als ich dann plötzlich ohne Auto mit Kind auf Schiurlaub dastand. Es ist ALLES wichtige in Gehweite. Auch die Bushaltestelle in Schischuhen. Die Dusche hat ein Regulierungsproblem. Die Heizung mussten wir selbst einschalten.

Frühstück gegen Aufpreis gegenüber in Kaffeebar auch am Hauptplatz zum draußen und drinnen sitzen. Überdachter, absperrbarer Radabstellplatz wäre ideal. Hauseigenes Frühstücksbuffet mit mehr Auswahl wie frisches Obst/Gemüse/Joghurt/Müsli würde das ganze noch toppen auf 10 von 10😉

- Mignani (8/5): Stupenda la location - La posizione centrale , L'appartamento era stupendo e molto moderno e ben tenuto L'unica pecca i prezzi del minibar molto esagerati (4 euro una bottiglietta di acqua e 4 euro dei salatini) e il 20€ per due cani una notte mi sembra esagerato (non erano di taglia grande) Di tassa di soggiorno in 4 + due cani totale 54€ Contando che la nostra tassa è costata quasi 11 euro totali in 4 abbiamo pagato 10 euro di una notte a cane.. E non è che avevano qualcosa in più tipo ciotole o mangiare.. Quindi ecco solo questo

- Domenica (3/5): Esperienza deludente - Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato fin da subito. Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato compromesso da alcune criticità. La pulizia della stanza ci è sembrata insufficiente, probabilmente anche a causa della pavimentazione scura e della presenza di tappeti; anche le lenzuola non erano impeccabili. L’aspetto più negativo è stata la presenza di cimici da letto, che hanno punto il mio compagno e rovinato la nostra permanenza. A distanza di una settimana continua ancora ad avere fastidi. Segnaliamo inoltre che sarebbe utile indicare chiaramente sul sito che il parcheggio è pubblico e a pagamento. Confidiamo che queste osservazioni possano essere utili per migliorare il servizio.

- Claudia (10/5): Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in äußerst zentraler Lage! - Superschöne Ferienwohnung, mitten am Hauptplatz in Lienz, trotzdem sehr ruhig . Zum Bahnhof etwa 5 Gehminuten. Die "Rezeption" ist im Geschäft im Erdgeschoß, der Vermieter ist total freundlich. Frühstück möglich im Café visavis, entsprechender Voucher ist beim Vermieter zu kaufen.

- Marian (9/5): - Trotz meiner späten und sehr kurzfristigen Buchung wurde ich außerordentlich freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Mir wurde das Apartment „Dina“ zugeteilt. Schon beim Betreten hatte ich das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Der angenehm warme Boden, das saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Badezimmer sowie die großzügige Raumaufteilung haben sofort überzeugt. Besonders gefallen hat mir die individuell einstellbare Beleuchtung und der leicht abgegrenzte Schlafbereich, der eine gemütliche, fast höhlenartige Rückzugsmöglichkeit schafft. Für meinen persönlichen Geschmack waren die Matratzen etwas zu weich und hätten gerne etwas fester sein dürfen. Zudem waren Gespräche aus dem Nachbarapartment deutlich hörbar, auch durch die Verbindungstür drangen mehr Geräusche als erwartet – vermutlich bedingt durch die Bauweise. Insgesamt handelt es sich jedoch um Kritik auf hohem Niveau.
