• Marilena (10/5): Sicuramente tornerò - Le camere sono molto belle e molto spaziose, con angolo cottura, pulizia accurata e kit di benvenuto in bagno completo! Ottima posizione non troppo lontana dal centro, ma ben servita da tram e bus!

The smart door handle/locks were somewhat of a pain to deal with (even after following the very detailed instructions sent by the apartment owners) - a small issue nevertheless.

• Arnaud (6/5): Correct mais très bruyant ! - - La proximité avec l’aéroport de Linate -La facilité pour rentrer dans l’établissement - La literie - Le bruit incessant, aussi et surtout pendant la nuit (parking à côté, nuisances sonores de la tuyauterie, voisins bruyants, bruits dans le couloir etc.) - La communication trop lente et pas assez fluide avec les propriétaires lors de mon séjour, ce qui est pour moi primordiale surtout quand il n’y a pas d’accueil physique (non prise en charge de la demande d’arrivée un peu plus tôt. J’attendais une réponse positive ou négative qui n’est jamais arrivée)

At first , it was surprising in the little bit confusing to have the entrance protocol automated. But then I really liked the approach. Because it means we could potentially get there at anytime. 24/7. Self sufficiently. There are convenience stores and a supermarket nearby. That's very handy. It is managed as - and feels like - a hotel room yet with the convenience of having a small kitchenet to cook. The mirror could be a little bit higher.

Host even made sure I got to the accommodation safely and was helpful. The accommodation used the first credit card to charge my accommodation despite me having already changed the payment mode to another credit card 2 weeks prior to my stay. I had wanted to charge the accommodation cost to another credit card. I don't understand why they did not do so. Till now, I did not have any satisfactory answer either from Booking.com nor Marcona24.

• Anastazja (9/5): Superb - The apartment was perfectly clean, and there was very quick and efficient communication with the owner. It's about a 30-minute distance to the city center and other attractions, with numerous shops and cafes nearby. Overall, I rate it very well. There's a slightly distinctive smell in the building, but it doesn't bother when using the room.

• Stella (9/5): Superb - The room was great and it had all the comforts! It was clean and big which is very comfortable for two people! It is modern and spacious! The host was very polite! We had an app for the shelf check in. We will come back again to stay in this room! We had to do a shelf check in and when we arrived we didn't know in which direction was the room (which floor), and wasn't anyone in the entrance to ask. It would be better if the host was there for the check in.

And yes, we had our little adventure when the outer door of the two apartments didn’t open and we couldn’t get out one morning, but first of all someone from the staff called the owner right away, secondly he came to our rescue within minutes and solved the problem. Anything mechanical can fail, there was no one to blame. And he was so apologetic that we almost felt bad we had to bother him. Nothing that comes to my mind.

The shower cubicle was too small - the drain cover annoyingly mobile. The air conditioning was adequate but didn’t seem to be cool enough even on 16c. The bed was uncomfortable as it hurt my husbands back.

Bit difficult to get in initially but once you get the keys it’s fine. Not that close to city centre but very easily can get to central / city centre via cab/public transport.
