Gadzhiev (9/5): хороший отель с превосходным местоположением - все было супер, расположение хорошее платный бассейн )) я правда ни разу не был в бассейне, не из за того что он платный, на море ходил, если с детьми быть там и платный бассейн, но не то.
Sergey (10/5): - Администратор по имени Максим помог с ранним заселением, спасибо ему большое. Удобное местоположение (близость супермаркета, маленького магазинчика, недорогих вкусных кафе) По независящим от отеля причинам - закрытый пляж из-за шторма, иногда долгое ожидание лифта (отель большой)

LILIIA (10/5): Лучший отель и лучший менеджер максим , ездим не первый раз - Чистенько , вид на море 😍, каждый день меняют белье, полотенца шампуни, щетки , пасты есть . В номере просторно, есть чайник , раковина , шкафы, телевизор, кровати большие, матрасы качественные , балконы красивые, можно покурить, выпить вина , посмотреть на закат на море 🌊 менеджер максим просто супер 🥰 и такси со скидкой вызвать поможет, и везде придет на помощь хоть днем хоть ночью , говорит по русски отлично 😗
Svetlana (7/5): - Удобно что менеждер на связи в вотсап, до моря минут 15 пешком рядом туристическая инфраструктура. Удобный большой балкон Как бы в честь дня рождения мужа менеджер улучшил номер и дал как бы с видом на море, по факту вид был на дом, море видно было где то за ним вдали слева. Прикреплю фото) Улучшают номера по моему всем но имейте ввиду вид на море это вот так, с другой стороны вид на горы, на мой взгляд приятнее чем на дом). По приезду за ранеее заселение менеджер взял стоимость еще за сутки. Если бы предупредил заранее восприняли бы иначе, а так только по приезду сюрприз. Номер в целом пойдет, но на постельном было пятно, мебель и сантехника старая, душ течет, убираться приходят не каждый день, но если попросить придут. Все это по сути мелочи. Хуже что в отеле песчаные мошки. Искусали в номере, поскольку на Хайнане до этого бывали и я знала о них, поэтому в этот раз на улицу и в море ходила купаться в закрытой одежде. В номере они летают на фумигатор и реппеленты им все равно. Если вы аллергик не выбирайте этот отель, укусы потом адски чешутся до месяца а проходят до 3месяцев.
Iuliia (8/5): - Апартаменты находятся недалеко от моря, месторасположение очень хорошее. Всё рядом(кафе, магазины, море, клиники) Это многоэтажный дом в котором находится отель и отдельно сдающиеся апартаменты. В отеле кажется есть ресепшен, завтрак. Мы через букинг забронировали апартаменты ( ни ресепшен, ни завтрака у нас не было) на 6 этаже есть не очень большой и не очень чистый бассейн. Но люди отдыхали. Сами апартаменты подусталые, но недавно был ремонт ( не очень качественный😅) поэтому хотя бы запаха сигарет не было. Постельное белье белоснежное и чистое было. Апартаменты соответствуют своей цене. Мы захотели сэкономить и получили удобства по экономной цене😅 Грязный ковролин на этаже

Mariia (10/5): Благодарю Максима и персонал отеля, за теплое и внимательное отношение ❤️❤️ - Отличный отель, очень хорошо расположен, центр Дадунхая, вокруг много кафешек, везде бесплатно дают пиво!… Муж был в восторге))).. Хозяин Максим, говорит по-русски, что очень важно для Хайнаня, мы летели сами, не от туроператора… Максим связался с нами , сразу после бронирования, внесла ему аванс по карточке Сбербанка… немножко волновалась, как доехать от аэропорта и всё такое… спросила у Максима (общались в Вотсапе)… По прилету он нас встретил, в аэропорту, довез , заселились раньше времени.. Огромное ему спасибо, за проявленную заботу… обратно тоже в аэропорт он нас вез… Пока были в отеле, всем интересовались, Максим помогал во всех моих желаниях… Отпуск прошел идеально, море , фрукты, очень вкусная еда, большие порции, у отеля около входа брали в прокат мотобайк… по цене 50 юаней в сутки, и 200 юаней залог… движение не страшное, все очень цивилизованно едут… благодаря мопеду все посмотрели сами, Яндекс навигатор работает на Хайнане… так что я впечатлена людьми, китайцы чудесные люди… к кому не обратись пытаются помочь … спасибо большое, Максим за чудесный отдых!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Если на Хайнань то только к вам… !!! Лучшее место, идеальный отель, прекрасный персонал!!!… Контакты скину, для тех кто собирается в отпуск… и помните в кафешках у входа в отель пиво бесплатно!!)))) Все отлично
Gulnaz (8/5): Все соотвествует ожиданиям - Удобное расположение, быстрый чек-ин и чек-аут. Понравилось, что был рускоговорящий человек, который сопровождал заселение, так как сотрудники не говорят на других языках, кроме китайского. Улучшили номер, был без вида, а сделали с видом на море. Отсутствие ресепшна. Было некомфортно заселяться, потому что приходилось подниматься на 20 этаж, где один из номеров просто был переделан в подобие ресепшна. Бронировали номер с 1 большой кроватью, а в итоге получили номер с 2 стандартными кроватями, так как нам сказали что номер улучшили (предоставили с видом на море).

Wang (10/5): Great stay! Love it! - Great location: walking distance to the beach, various shops and restaurants right down the property. Very convenient. It’s also close to a few attractions. The owner is friendly, very helpful and understanding. The unit we stayed had a great ocean view. The elevators are always crowded with a long wait time.
Shamil (10/5): Totally worth the money!! - Location is super nice, 5 mins to walk to the beach. View on the sea is fascinating, from 28th floor was really good! They allowed me to check in earlier than 14:00, so I did not have to wait on the street!!

Eric (1/5): We don’t recommend this place. - The location was not far from the beach. They canceled our first booking without warning and had to rebook and pay the same for a downgraded room. Guy seemed to always have a bad attitude and not very helpful. Room seemed old and dirty. No drinking water in room. The view from window just barely can see a very small part of sea between buildings. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Natalie (3/5): Don’t stay here, go to Barry’s. They give you a worry free stay & a clean room. - It’s in a convenient location, in Barry Boutique’s building. But MAKE SURE to book with Barry’s and not with this place!! 1. No proper cleaning, only garbage changed daily. Bedding wasn’t changed once during our 12 day stay. We had to clean the floors ourselves, as no floor mat is provided for when you’re done showering, and that causes some mess. We found a very freaky looking bug behind our soap bar one day. 🤢🤢 2. Beware, they try to induce extra fees!! 😠 No face towels were provided, and if you use a hand towel to clean your face (makeup users) you will be charged 20rmb for damaging the towel. So you have to be very careful not to get the towels dirty, or be prepared to hand wash them yourself to avoid fees (that’s what we did). 3. SECURITY!! There was NO glass in the door’s peephole, so not only can people look right into your room (and see a decent amount, including the bed!) but they can also hear everything. So this ain’t the place to go if you’re looking for a romantic stay. 4. Again, cleanliness. One of us was in the room once when they came in to “clean”. They emptied the trash, and then the gentleman felt all over our towels with his bare (unwashed) hands and then decided they didn’t need to be changed and left them. Disconcerting, low budget.
Andrey (6/5): Pleasant - The place has a nice view and a big balcony, 28th floor, central location, has hot water and cleaning service. But the lady comes around 10 AM. This room is in Barry hotel but privately owned. There is no reception and you need to pay to an unknown person as soon as you book the room. That's scary. The pictures of the room are 10 years old. The building and the room are old as well. Smell from the sewage. Dissapointing. There is no iron or minibar as in description. The towels are very old. There is noise from the street at busy times: earplugs are recommended for sensitive people.
