• Hristiyan (9/5): A wonderful stay at a nicely appointed and well-maintained hotel. - Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very attentive. The friendly receptionist was especially helpful in accommodating all of my requests, which in this particular case were a bit more specific than usual. Thank you for the stay. The bathroom could have been a bit bigger but that was the case in this room only, due to its uppermost floor location.

• Cakic (10/5): - Boravak u ovom objektu bio je zaista odlično iskustvo. Sve je bilo na visokom nivou. Prostor je uredan, čist i veoma prijatan, opremljen svim potrebnim stvarima poput pegle, daske za peglanje, opremljene kuhinje, espreso aparata, besplatnog mini bara... Osoblje je ljubazno, profesionalno i uvek dostupno za sva pitanja, što dodatno doprinosi ukupnom utisku. Lokacija je takođe vrlo praktična i dobro povezana sa ostalim delovima grada. Odličan odnos cene i kvaliteta. Definitivno bih ponovo izabrao ovaj objekat i preporučio ga svima koji traže siguran i prijatan boravak. -
• Nikitas Delithanasis (10/5): Τέλειο για διαμονη σας στη Σόφια. - Κατ'αρχήν η καθαριότητα.Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο! Για ξενοδοχείο ήταν ανέλπιστα ευρύχωρο. Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη για να μαγειρέψεις κάτι. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άριστη και ανταποκρίνονταν άμεσα στα μηνύματα μου. Πολύ σημαντικό το δωρεάν και περιφραγμένο πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο που είναι ακριβώς κάτω απο το δωμάτιο. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή. Η στάση μετρο είναι πολύ κοντά. Επίσης εχει κοντα μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ και ειναι ακριβώς δίπλα απο το μετρό! Το κεντρο της πόλης ειναι 30'με τα πόδια και η διαδρομη ειναι ενδιαφερουσα και ασφαλης.

• Jan (10/5): Happy customers - The lady at reception was wonderful! So welcoming, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Accommodation was fab. They even left us bottled water and croissants. Beautifully clean and maintained. Nothing. We had private parking, we could walk to local restaurants, and a short 20-minute walk into Sofia centre if we wanted. A bus service passes regularly. There's a good bit of development going on in the surrounding area, none of which affected our stay. Will definitely book again

Also: no stove in the kitchen. + very nice, attentive and helpful host Mattress comfort is highly subjective, so it doesn’t affect my rating. For reference, I’d rate this one a 1 on a scale of 1 (super soft) to 5 (very firm); I prefer 4–5. :-). I don't like memory foam.

• David (9/5): slightly out of town but a nice big room, well presented. easy parking - it's a little bit out of the centre but you get a quiet place with big rooms nicely fitted out with small kitchens. we travelled as friends and ended up buying pizza and wine and sitting together in the evening in one room. the rooms were ready early and the parking was reserved for us. really lovely staff. drop the keys in the box when you leave. it doesn't claim to have breakfast but getting coffee nearby on a Sunday morning was a challenge.

The triple bed room was big and the kitchen equipped with all necessary items. We asked for a parking place and we had one booked in the backyard. n/a

Останах с прекрасно впечатление от поведението и цялостното отношение на Надежда от регистратурата- милото ѝ посрещане още от самото начало ме накара да се чувствам като у дома си! Благодаря за всичко! 😉😃🫶 Безспирния шум на кацащите наблизо самолети, снижаващи точно над сградата. Шумоизолацията върши работа само при изцяло затворени прозорци.

• Raimondas. (8/5): Good for one night - Clean room, elevator. Free parking in the hotel lot. Relatively expensive hotel for what you get, but it seems to be typical for all of Bulgaria. The hotel is in a residential area, not in the center, but good bus and metro connections.

• Bojan-kostovski (8/5): Very good - The staff was great, super friendly and welcoming. The location is good, 30 minute walk from the center. The hotel offers croissant, coffee and tea, free of charge. Quiet neighborhood. They need to change the mattress, the bad was not comfortable.
• Damian (9/5): Superb - Staff were absolutely amazing! They did everything possible to make the stay the most positive experience. From reserving a parking space to booking a restaurant and more. Location was excellent. You can stroll into the centre or easily take the underground into town. Peaceful neighbourhood no concerns walking back from the metro station late at night. I will return there for my next visit. A few scuffs on the walls, which would easily wipe off.

• Alexander (7/5): Decent hotel with clean rooms - The room and bathroom were clean, slippers were provided. Location is not extremely central, but still all right as the underground is only a five minute walk and you have a couple of restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. Wifi worked well. The pre-checkin was a bit of a hassle because I received about ten emails (by booking.com and the hotel) to provide a prepayment (even though none was required and the booking came with free cancellation) and additional contact details, always under the threat to have my booking cancelled. That definitely did not contribute to a relaxing stay. That being said, things got clarified upon the check-in and the staff was apparently concerned about me not being aware reception closes at 6pm (which I very much was). In person, the staff was a lot more approachable and amicable than via email.
