• muhaimen (2/5): Narrow Staircase is a kiler - Very near to train station Ours is on the 3rd floor. Normal size luggage is struggle to carry as the staircase is very narrow . Travellers with more than 7kg suitcase is not advisable . I ask the owner for post office directions and he ask me to google . Turn out just opposite the road and beside Eon supermarket after walking around the neighbourhood . Check out timing is 11am but at 1020am there’s the cleaning lady trying to open the door . Luckily I lock it from inside . Got iron but no ironing board . Got washing Machine but no dryer . No good during winter as clothes don’t get dry.
• Diana (9/5): Overall, enjoyed my stay here. The location and staff were great and the facilities met expectations. - The location of the property was prime. It’s easy to access and in a neighborhood that was also local/quiet. The room itself was also comfortable to stay in, room can get cozy warm which is helpful in the cold winter. Staff were also very responsive and accommodating. The property had very narrow stairs which makes it difficult for travelers with luggage. The water also did this weird thing where it suddenly turned cold when you were in hot setting but it did turn back to hot a minute later.

• Giuseppe (8/5): Ottimo compromesso per soluzioni economiche - Buona posizione, vicina ad alcuni quartieri turistici ma lontana da altri, un buon compresso visto il costo del pernotto, personale subito pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta, non riuscivamo ad accendere la lavatrice e hanno mandato qualcuno per risolvere. La stanza è compresa di tutto… appunto lavatrice, forno a microonde, fornelli, armadio, bagno che tramite sistema di aerazione permette pure di asciugare i vestiti appena lavati. Stanza un poco impolverata e un po’ piccola, scala stretta che per turisti più attempati potrebbe essere difficoltosa da scalare con le valigie al seguito…

• Cynthia (9/5): Convenient, would come again - Stayed in Room 302 with 2 twin beds for almost 2 weeks. Prime location near Honjo-Azumabashi Station on the Asakusa Line (be aware the elevator in Honjo-Azumabashi Station is only available to one platform of the station) You can also walk over the bridge to grab the Ginza Line instead of transferring trains. Neighborhood contains many konbini, diverse restaurants, bakeries and supermarket. Tokyo Skytree, Sensō-ji, and Asakusa all within walking distance. It was nice having a washer. Wasn't sure if there was a dryer function in the washer but can make use of the functions in the shower room to dry the clothes. I also brought a clothesline just in case. Kitchenette was adequate. Didn't make use of the balcony since it was rainy during my stay. Umbrellas are available for use in the lobby which was a lifesaver. No complaints about the beds. Overall very reliable stay for 2 people. Would come again. The pictures actually make the staircase and apartment seem bigger imo. Going up the staircase with anything bigger than a carry on luggage is a struggle. A doable struggle so be warned. The towels were a bit old and need replacement. Didn't make use of the balcony but there was a table in front of the door. Not sure if the table was foldable but that would be nice. Also would be nice to have some foldable chairs or stools instead of sitting on the bed.
• Linda (6/5): Budgetverblijf op goede afstand van de metro. - Locatie was prima. Goede harde douchestraal. Bedden waren hard en kraakten enorm. We verbleven 6 nachten met 2 personen en kregen maar 3 handdoeken totaal voor het verblijf. Nu stond er wel een wasmachine maar in mijn vakantie heb ik geen zin om de was te doen. Appartement was op 4e verdieping en geen lift dus het was wel heel erg sjouwen met de bagage op de krappe trappen.

• Aritha (8/5): Comfortable - Its clean and comfortable. I like that it has a washing machine, dryer and kitchen. Its really convenient as I did not bring a lot of clothes. It is near to the subway Honjo-Azumabashi which less than 5 minutes by foot. The subway is also has direct train to Narita Airport. It is quite small for a people who used to have a big space. I have to improvise on how to arrange my luggage.

Very quiet and clean. There is no reception. We had a single mattress futon on the floor, which was uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was quiet and clean, and I loved the residential location.

Very short walk to Honjo-Azumabashi Station, and Asakusa Station is just 10 minutes away by foot. Not clean. The previous user's trash was on the shelves, and the walls are dirty. The mattress had blood stains, and the sheets easily come off when you are sleeping. The linen differed from what is shown in the preview photos. The bath towels were smelly, thin, and rough, and differed from the white towels shown in the images. I felt filthy using them, so I had to wash them. The room felt humid throughout my stay—it could use a dehumidifier. The air conditioner is filled with dust and needs cleaning.

I arrived at 15:00 and then I was told by the lady that she hasn’t cleaned the room yet. I ended up checking in at 15:40. There’s no lobby so I had to sit on the floor at the entrance. The lady only speaks Chinese so when we were talking, she had to use a translator. She wasn’t rude or anything. I was just disappointed that the room wasn’t ready.

• Ruan (6/5): A nice experience - That is a J-fashion apartment which is cramped but facilities and appliances and designed layout can satisfy your ordinary needing in living in Tokyo as an transients who try to copy part of their original live style. But there are some problems you must learn. First is without elevator unlike in other cities in Japan that makes you have to carefully carry a bigger piece of luggage to climb. That is not exaggerated remark for its narrow staircase inside. The toilet is isolated in a narrow room and its washing function worked not well. Maybe here is Tokyo, everything is able to be overcome through price. This apartment sites at a good traffic point: via the nearby subway station you can direct access Narita airport, Chiba, Tokyo station, Skytree (a hundreds meters tower with a larger mall bottom, a famous temple surrounding by shops, and so on. In sum, it is a nice choice. An elevator is required, however.

• Ariel (9/5): Absolutely amazing - Location was easy to remember/find, very close to subway stations allowing for seamless travel, amazing location since it’s relatively close to Tokyo SkyTree, rooms were gorgeous and roomy, so many amenities that not even American ones could beat! Also a very quiet neighborhood, AC is amazing in the summer, and there’s even a shrine right across the sidewalk! Updated instructions on how to check in/enter the door. We had other customers help us out on how to get in, alongside with a better understanding of how the AC, the washing machine, and the key system works. Also it is beyond hot going up the staircase, by the time I get to my room I’m already drenched haha.
• Aliceelaa (9/5): Superb - - Though it isn't located centrally, it is very well connected and you can reach just about any part of Tokyo without problems - Very easy check in and check out, incredibly understanding staff! - We had everything we needed from cooking utensils, laundry detergent and plenty of towels - Very quiet, residential area, which gives a much more authentic feel than any hotel could provide - the bed is quite springy, so sleeping on it together can be a bit shaky, but once nobody moves it's fine - I think there were either some mold or water damage stains, but quite minimally - No escalator, which is very typical, but just be aware about that

You can experience the Japanese style local apartment room with Futon and tatami floor! No elevators, need to use stairs. It was a little bit small room for 2ppl with suits cases.
• Adah (9/5): Great location & value - I loved having a washing machine available in the room and there was a 7-11 and another small convenience store less than a 5 minute walk away. It's also an excellent central location for Tokyo. I loved my experience overall but my friend checked in before me and she found it confusing that there are two buildings right next to each other so it was hard to figure out the correct building. She also tried to check in at 8PM on a Saturday and no one was available to help her check in. She also tried calling the emergency number phone that was posted and no one responded to her.
