- ABHINAV (9/5): Great budget stay in Tokyo - The overall room was equipped with necessary facilities for us. Washing machine was a plus for us travellers. The location was not too far from the train station and the neighbourhood was very calm. Overall it was easily accessible to Tokyo Skytree and Narita airport. The room was a little bit smaller for the cost but still comfortable enough The neighborhood is located a little in the interior side hence the accessibility to convenience stores and stations was a little difficult but still not too far

- styven._ (9/5): Presque parfait - Emplacement très agréable. Vous êtes à proximité (30min) de quartiers comme Akihabara, Asakusa... À 15 minutes de la Tokyo Skytree. Le quartier est calme. Logement et installations de très bonnes qualités. Machine à laver à disposition. Très propre. Personnel d'entretien très cordial. Il y a à proximité du logement un bruit régulier en journée (9h-17h), dû à une machine. L'isolation phonique est mauvaise. Cependant, des boules quies sont à disposition et le reste du logement étant super, ce n'est pas très grave.

Good neighborhood There was noise from the nearby factory but it was usually after 9-10am and stopped before we got back to the accommodation so it was manageable

- Christin (8/5): - Erreichbar sowohl vom Bahnhof Tokio als auch beiden Flughäfen mit wenigen Umstiegen. Das Apartment hatte eine gute Ausstattung inklusive Reiskocher. Es war recht klein, aber sauber und zusätzliche Bettdecken waren vorhanden. Bei Rückfragen und Problemen haben die Gastgeber fast sofort geantwortet. Wir hatten zunächst kein WLAN, dafür wurden uns zwei andere Zugänge zu Routern zugeschickt. Diese hatten allerdings schlechte und instabile Verbindungen. Wir konnten das Problem letztlich allein lösen, da wir den Router gefunden haben, es war ein Kabel diskonektiert. Die Matratze ist Recht hart und es gab nur Gläser, keine Tassen.

Ubytování bylo čisté, velikostně na Japonsko příjemné, mohli jsme v klidu manipulovat s kufry. Příjezd i odjezd bez problémů. Byt až v posledním patře, byla těžká manipulace s kufry dolů i nahoru bez výtahu. Ve všední dny kolem 8h začíná ve vedlejším domě hlučnější práce. Samozřejmě jsme netrávili čas na ubytování celý den, ale někomu by to mohlo vadit.

- SAYURI (9/5): 快適！ - 全体的に新しく綺麗で快適でした。 トイレとお風呂も別、洗濯機あり、冷蔵庫は冷凍庫ありの2ドア、掃除機、クイックルワイパー、アイロンなどもありました。 食器もIKEAや無印のものだったり、シンプルで使いやすかったです。 フライパン、蓋付き片手鍋、まな板、箸、フォーク、スプーン、ザル、キッチンペーパーなどあり。 お風呂場は、ボディソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーあり。 洗濯用洗剤、食器洗い洗剤もあり。 クローゼットあり、ハンガーもたくさん、ピンチ付きハンガー、洗濯籠あり、電気湯沸かしポット、電子レンジあり、コンロはIHです。 この値段でここまで揃っているのは初めてでした。近くに薬屋さん、コンビニもあり、駅前の小さめスーパーも意外とものが揃っていて自炊も快適でした。 調味料やオイルは持参か買う形です。 少し歩いたところにバス停もあり、錦糸町駅まで行けます。 三階まで階段で、階段のおどり場からスカイツリーが見られます。 オートロックなのも安心でした！ 本当にありがとうございました♪ 施設は快適でしたが、向かいに板金の工場があり、昼間9〜15時くらいまで建物が揺れるほどの大きな音が定期的に響き渡ります。最初はびっくりしましたが、夜は静かです。

- Elza Yoshie Ykeda (10/5): Excelente custo benefício - Gostamos muito da nossa hospedagem, eu e meu esposo ficamos hospedados durante 12 dias. Fica aproximadamente 8 minutos à pé da estação de trem e bem próximo de diversos combinis. A propriedade é muito limpa, possui uma mini cozinha bem equipada e disponibilizam todos produtos de limpeza, inclusive sabão pra máquina de lavar roupas. Tem também banheira, é pequena, mas deliciosa pra esse frio que está fazendo em Tokyo. Respondem prontamente qq mensagem e são bastante solícitos. Indico esse hotel, vale a pena Nada que eu não tenha gostado

I would recommend staying here again! - The property was very spacious considering the price and the amenities were complete and more than what we expected. The neighborhood was so nice and you can experience living like locals. Skytree was very near and you can shop there for all of your needs, also Asakusa was very close. The staircase were quite narrow so if you have big suitcases it might be difficult to carry if your room is upstairs but overall it was very nice.

- かんたっぺ (10/5): - 綺麗な湯船に浸かって足の疲れを癒すことができてよかったです。あとは連泊だったためキッチンが使えたことが大きかったです。調理器具も必要最低限あったので、調味料などを持ち込んで節約することができました！洗濯機・洗濯洗剤もあって、浴室乾燥付きで、連泊には最高です。 特にないですが、カレーを作ってお玉がなかったので買い足しました。 でも近くにスーパーと100均一があったので必要なものは買い足すことができて便利でした！

Metro station 10 mins walk away plenty of things on uber eats should you want a take away, Staff were amazing constant check ins to make sure I arrived okay and debriefing before check out ! No space for smokers but this is a personal issue not everyone smokes !

- 柔涵 (1/5): 非必要別入住，入住前請三思 - 1、圖文不符，空間狹小，訂的是兩人房，床卻只有單人加大，無法翻身 2、房間格局設計不良，房間門打開直接被床卡住，行李箱進不去 3、隔音超差，半夜會被外面聲音吵醒，連隔壁在說話都聽得到 4、廁所牆面有尿漬 5、訂房時已付過清潔費(¥9000），退房還被要求要做清潔，否則罰款，覺得非常不合理！

There were some loud noises coming from a workshop next door from about 9 am until afternoon. Luckily the hotel provides earplugs, but just something to be mindful of.

The owner/keeper is also very kind and polite :) The only thing is from the train station has to walk for 10 to 15 mins, when the weather is cold, it's really difficult to manage, and the road would be dark at night as well.

- Alejandra (10/5): Muy recomendable para pasar unos dias en Tokio - El departamento tiene todas las comodidades. Es accesible llegar con Cualquier medio de transporte . Tiene lavar ropa lo cual me reconta sirvió porque tuve muchas horas de vuelo y viajo con pocas cosas asi que pude lavar todo lo que use. Los dueños no los conoci, siempre nos comunicamos por esta plataforma. Lo recomiefo mucho. Nada que decir por acá.

- Julia (8/5): Had everything we needed - The apartment had everything we needed, it was a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures, but after moving the table a bit we could leave two big luggages open. We had good connections to the city and also the neighborhood was really nice with good cafes and bakerys! The heating in the shower didn't work that well, also in the bathroom and toilet in general it was on the colder side. That could be improved in the future, especially if its getting colder. For us it was okay because we weren't in the apartment so much in general and it wasn't that cold yet.

- Xun (8/5): - The apartment is super clean and comfortable. It is near to the Hikifune station, from where you can conveniently take Keisei line to Narita. You have to walk around 15 minutes to the station, but it is still acceptable. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but you can easily find supermarket, drug store, neighborhood restaurants nearby. The room is really tiny, but I guess it is not much more you can ask for in Tokyo. It is usually a quiet neighborhood, but during our stay, there was some construction work going on nearby, therefore it was a little bit noisy.

Really clean, the bathroom was great and the kitchenette was really useful! The only thing we didn’t like very much was the bed, the mattress was too soft which ended up not being very comfortable and we had back pain due to it but we understand that it differs from person to person as we’re used to a more hard surfaced mattress.

The apartment had all the necessary amenities, was clean. It wasn’t that tiny as others had mentioned in the reviews, actually it was a normal sized apartment with plenty of space to open luggage and move around. The washing machine doesn’t dry out the clothes that well, so the air drying takes a bit of time, which isn’t terrible, it just takes a bit of planning

- Jules (9/5): - Bien situé et à proximité des transports, le studio est propre et très fonctionnel. En semaine nous sommes réveillés vers 9h par les bruits du bâtiment voisin, qui semble être une sorte de petite usine.
- Viktoria (1/5): The worst room we ever stayed - It was clean And the bathroom was spaceful 1) its a scam a total click bait the photos 2)it says for 2 people but 1 normal European or American can barely fit 3)the stairs to the 3rd floor are really narrow 4)my boyfriend is 186cm tall and he was touching both walls with his hands 5)not enough space for 2 luggages and 2 backpack (you barely can open 1 easily ) 6)since the first minutes that we stepped inside we start hearing hammering noise from the factory downstairs and the next days this thing was going from 9-17 and on top of that the kitchen and the micro were shaking from the vibration 7)the lady that we were speaking wasn't helpful at all when we complained about it and she was replying with short and quick answers trying to avoid everything 8)last the amount of things that she is asking to do before leaving crazy big and she wants to charge from the first minute that you are late on your checkout 9)last but not least nothing was provided like flip-flops toothbrush shaving kit robes.even the utensils were 1 of each not 2 for example 1 plate 1 glass 1 mug
- Bojan (10/5): - The accommodation is comfortable for two people, with a metro station just a few minutes’ walk away. There is also a 7-Eleven store nearby. Right next to the accommodation, there is some kind of workshop that operates every weekday, from Monday to Friday, starting around 9 a.m. The noise (like metal banging against metal) made it impossible for us to keep sleeping after 9 in the morning. Also, the sound insulation between rooms is almost nonexistent — you can literally hear the neighbor’s alarm clock.

- Tomas (4/5): Bien, pero engañoso. - Estaba limpio y un ambiente tranquilo. Buena ubicación, a 600 metros de una estación de transporte público. Bien conectado al aeropuerto. Muy buena comunicación con el encargado. Fácil check in. Me sorprendió de mala manera el hecho de que supuestamente era una cama y un futón. Pero no había lugar donde poner el futón. Tuvimos que quitar la mesa y las sillas de la habitación para poder poner el futón en su lugar. Con lo que nos quedamos sin lugar donde comer o sentarnos cómodamente. La mesa la tuvimos que dejar dentro del armario y nos quedamos sin lugar para el equipaje (ya que el resto del apartamento es básicamente un pasillo) Eso me pareció engañoso de su parte. Si hubiese sido para una persona, o para compartir cama estaría muy bien. Por eso es la baja puntuación.
