• Gürler (7/5): Keyifli ama daha iyi olabilir. - Ev şirin, güzel döşenmiş, merkezi yerde, ulaşım kolay. Şarap ve meyve suyu ikramı güzeldi. Erken giriş konusunda yardımcı oldular. Ev temiz değildi. Her yerden toz çıkıyordu. Gardrobun üstü, çek yatın arkası hiç temizlik görmemiş gibiydi. lavabodaki diş fırçaların paketlerinin altı çürümüştü. Dışarıda verilen kahvaltı hem uzak hem de zeytin peynir gibi yunan lezzetlerini barındırmayan parasına değmeyecek bir kahvaltıydı.

• katia (7/5): - Posizione fantastica per raggiungere i maggiori centri di interesse, camera spaziosa e pulita. La colazione presso "La pizzetta" molto buona e abbondante. Purtroppo le finestre non sono per nulla isolate e con vetri molto sottili, ed essendo una via con diversi locali, la notte ( soprattutto nel fine settimana) si sentono veramente moltissimi rumori forti

• Beata (5/5): Bardzo niski komfort pobytu w dobrej lokalizacji. Zatyczki do uszu i spray na komary to must-have. - -Korzystna lokalizacja w ok cenie; -Śniadania wliczone w cenę - codziennie ten sam zestaw (słodkie bułeczki + tosty + masło/dżem + jajka + napój do wyboru), podawany w restauracji niedaleko hotelu - nie obowiązuje w niedziele; -Automat do espresso z kapsułkami, kapcie, szczoteczki, płyny do mycia w łazience, napoje w lodówce -Wielkie okna na ruchliwą ulicę miasta, niestety mało szczelne - mimo ich dokładnego zamknięcia w pokoju jest bardzo, bardzo głośno, nawet do ok. 4 nad ranem (samochody, krzyki ludzi itd). Dodatkowo słychać każde głośniejsze kroki czy trzaśnięcia drzwi z korytarza. Bez zatyczek do uszu hałasy budziły nas w nocy średnio co dwie godziny. Zatyczki do uszu to must-have na pobyt w tym obiekcie. -Pokój nie był sprzątany ani razu podczas naszego 6dniowego pobytu, nawet ręczniki nie zostały wymienione. -Rolety zasłaniające wielkie okna są bardzo ciężkie i porwane w kilu miejscach, co bardzo utrudnia ich otwieranie/zamykanie bez pomocy drugiej osoby. Gdy są zamknięte, w pokoju panuje dość przygnębiający półmrok nawet w dzień. -Wybetonowany prysznic z dość nierówną podłogą, co sprawia, że woda dobrze nie odpływa, tworząc kałużę. -Kran w kuchni się rusza, klamka od drzwi odpada, lustro w łazience nie podświetla się, kinkietów nad barem nie można zapalić. Patelnia jest, ale bardzo porysowana. Na dodatkowym komplecie pościeli znaleźliśmy czyjeś włosy i plamy. -Komary. Mimo tego, że je regularnie zabijaliśmy i nie otwieraliśmy okien, byliśmy regularnie gryzieni do tego stopnia, że musieliśmy zakupić środki przeciw komarom.

• Peter (8/5): Great location for Athens stay - Place had everything we needed for our stay. Close to absolutely everything. Hosts were super responsive. If you are a light sleeper , should know it is an extremely NOISY street . Can hear even a conversation outside. Noise every night until 2am and starts again with deliveries at 6am. Also anyone with asthma: building’s main entrance has a REALLY strong smell when you walk in . I don’t have any breathing issues and it was rough for me too . Great to have breakfast included but it was same every day with mostly just bread products. After two days we went and bought our breakfast elsewhere

• Ömür (9/5): - Konumu harika, Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Otel sahibi çok ilgiliydi, her zaman ulaşabildik. Oda içerisi çok geniş ve ferahtı. İhtiyaç olacak her şey mevcuttu. Kahveler ve dolaba bırakılan şarap ve meyve suları harika jestlerdi. Oda içerisindeki perde, kapı kolu bozuk durumdaydı. Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilirdi.

Due to the location facing the road and a big old window, you thought that all the people talking & cars passing by, were right in the flat! All the noises were loud & clear and it was very difficult to sleep without waking up every once & a while! The window also allowed the wind to come inside despite the fact that it was actually closed! That was the only negative we found plus the couch that it was broken therefore the kids could not sleep properly, but I believe that the owners might didn’t notice and it will be fixed soon!
• Partha (9/5): Superb - Apartment size was good. Location of the building is near the market place and metro connectivity is good. Breakfast provided was excellent. The apartment is on the first floor and there's no sound proofing. We had two sleepless nights because of the continuous loud talking of the passers-by.

• Robert (8/5): Satisfying Stay. - it was in an accessible area near most public transport. The host accommodated my early arrival and had the studio ready quickly for me. Friendly host and family you meet for breakfast at their nearby Pizza bar. Breakfast enough to start your day and served up to 11am so no rush. Studio had quite a few repairs needing done but didn't really affect my stay. I would use again if I were ever back in Athens for a stay. location friendly hosts and ease of getting there. Local location has everything you would want.

• Katarzyna (5/5): A place with untapped potential - The apartment is within a walking distance from the main tourist attractions, close to metro and restaurants. It is spacious enough for a couple and the bed is comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment is next door to a music night club. The whole street gets extremely noisy at night and it is hardly possibile to rest and sleep, no matter if the windows are open or shut. The door handle kept falling off, and the place requires a few more fixes as well. Some of the kitchen utensils seemed to be missing. The kitchen furniture was somewhat sticky.

Breakfast is a joke, it's not that difficult to prepare a decent breakfast especially when it's served in a coffee place 200m from the apartment
• Gillian (7/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - The location of the property was good - plenty of bars/eateries, close enough to walk to the main sites and the metro. The apartment was very clean and well furnished with everything you need for a few nights stay, including items such as cleaning products, tea/coffee, other bits and pieces that previous guests had left. The host had provided a bottle of wine, water and orange juice in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was simple fare of pastries and coffee, which I thought was adequate for the price paid for the apartment. The host was fantastic- so friendly, kind and welcoming. She providing information on local supermarkets, links to various places, and encouraged us to get in touch if we needed her. I also have to say that the pizza at her restaurant in La Pizzetta was the best I've ever had (outside Naples)! The windows were single glazed and appeared to be designed not to be completely closed. As the apartment was next to a road that was used by motorbikes and scooters, and and was situated close to bars (which was also a benefit of the location!), it was extremely noisy. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night, but barely slept on the Saturday. I think we were unlucky in that a car full of young men chose to park on the road outside the apartment to play loud music, sing and shout until after 05:00 on the Sunday morning, but I would have been very upset if I had been planning to spend the day exploring Athens rather than going home because I was so tired. An upgrade to better windows would make this apartment perfect.

• Jeno (10/5): Perfect short stay in the heart of Athens. - Very cozy, nice apartment practically in the middle of the city. All classical Athen's attractions in short walking distance. Can be reached with public transport + some walk easily, even from the airport. Micheal, the host is a great and helpful guy. The place is highly recommended. The sofa bed was slightly worn, maybe it woould worth to replace it with a new one. :) But all good in general - nothing to really complain about.

• Klaudia (9/5): Superb - Very good location, during my stay in the city I have gone everywhere on foot. Every important point was easily approachable. The flat is very comfortable, nice bed, great posters, I appreciated the big mirror. The living room area with a smart TV is also good to have. The apartment is not very quiet, but I didn't have much problems with it. There was not much disturbing noise. The kitchen is very well equipped. It was easy to feel there at home for couple of days. The owner is very accommodating and was even flexible with my check out time. Many thanks! Rather plain breakfast. Shower could be improved. A little bit disappointed that I didn't get the key/card and had to use the code every time that I enter the flat.

Soamy nice little touches and freebies, so we'll thought through and little touches make a good stay into a great stay, so thank you We we're surprised to have breakfast included when renting apartmemt which was a very pleasant addition. Turning up at the apartment owners local restaurant threw the staff a little as they didn't seem to be expecting us, though once we showed then the booking confirmation, breakfast was quickly forthcoming and the 2nd day it was all very smooth and the fresh baked goods we're very tasty

• Berangere (9/5): Stylish well presented studio in a good location - Stylish studio, beautifully decorated and well presented. Good location for the Acropolis and close to nice streets with lots of restaurants . Breakfast is included at a nearby restaurant. Generous amount of good food and fresh orange juices . A lot of tips and directions were given by the kind host . Also the fridge was filled with different kind of free drinks on our arrival. Bed is very comfortable. Was perfect for our short stay ( self check in and self check out made things easy). Can be a litlle bit noisy at night with some activities in the street but this didn't prevent me from sleeping. I always take ear plugs in case this happens .

• Lorena (10/5): Excellent apartment with all amenities and close to everything! - Michael is a super host and his apartment was impeccable. He was super helpful in arranging transportation for us and providing recommendations for just about everything in the city. He even left cold water and some wine in the fridge for us, which was amazing for coming home late after a day of travel. The location is super central to all the action in the city and the included breakfast at his pizza restaurant was the perfect start to our day! We were able to easily walk to the Acropolis at night and early in the morning, super convenient. Look no further, this is a great place to stay and you will feel right at home. The windows are super sound proof and you can't really hear the people or cars but late night, when the businesses shut their security gates, we were able to hear that.
