• ABDULHALEEM HAFEDH MOHAMMED (7/5): I think I will not book again until the owners do serious good changing in the beds and bed shits - Location is quite and 10min walking to the S metro station , The furniture is to old and the bed not comfortable at all and the bed shits was not good ( it’s like over used and shifting from home to apartment , actually I couldn’t sleep well in the bed
• Helfa (5/5): Für ein, zwei Übernachtungen akzeptabel. - Das Zimmer war mit relativ neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Sogar ein kleiner Kühlschrank war vorhanden, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Kleiner Aussenbereich zum Sitzen. Von aussen ist das Gebäude schön renoviert. Nette Mitarbeiterin Im Frühstücksservice. Das Bad war sehr alt mit heftigen Gebrauchsspuren. Vor den Zimmern auf dem Flur ein heiloses Durcheinander von Haushaltsgegenständen. Heftiger modriger Geruch. .
• Nikolaus (7/5): Zu empfehlen für Leute ohne besondere Ansprüche - Die Lage nahe der S-Bahnstation ist sehr vorteilhaft! Es ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer, während der Nacht hab ich ihn abgestellt, weil er sich natürlich immer wieder in Intervallen einschaltet und dann zu laut ist. Das Einzelzimmer ist zwar klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man üblicherweise braucht. Es war das günstigste Zimmer, das ich in brauchbarer Lage (guter ÖV-Anschluss) auf booking.com gefunden hatte. Es gibt keinen Personalkontakt, jedenfalls wenn man kein Frühstück dazubucht. Die Check-In-Beschreibung war aber klar. Im Flur riecht es ziemlich unangenehm! Das Zimmer ist ziemlich hellhörig, aber in der Nacht war es immer sehr ruhig. Überlange Betten wie in der Einzelzimmerbeschreibung gibt es nicht!

• Bianca (6/5): Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat, ist es ok. - Getränkepreise Zimmer ist hellhörig. Man hört sogar Nachbarn reden.
• Maren (5/5): - Der Vorteil der Unterkunft ist die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zu der Location, wo wir abends eingeladen waren. Zudem ist in der Nähe ein super leckeres asiatisches Restaurant. Die Organisation der Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schließfach lief ebenfalls problemlos ab. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vorab war freundlich. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig: Die ganze Wohnung besteht aus älteren und wild/lieblos zusammengewürfelten Möbeln, die teilweise ihre besten Jahre hinter sich haben. Besonders die Matratzen im Hauptschlafzimmer (die ohnehin schon sehr dünn sind) sind komplett durchgelegen und müssten dringend erneuert werden. Man schläft auf dem Lattenrost. Getoppt noch von der 100% Polyester-Bettwäsche, so dass jedes Aufstehen oder Bodenberühren ein Elektroschockerlebnis ist. Steckdosen funktionieren teils nicht ebenso wie manche Lampen. Die Dusche ist nicht dicht, die Duschstange lose und die Duschbrause lässt sich mehr nicht auf kleine Größen einstellen. Hier besteht in jedem Fall Verbesserungsbedarf.

• Neumerkel (8/5): - Nähe zur S-Bahn ist top, ruhige Lage, sehr gut ausgestattet Am Samstag wollten wir frühstücken. Es war nichts vorbereitet, obwohl es per Mail angemeldet war. Haben uns dann im nächsten Supermarkt mit Frühstück eingedeckt.

• Johanna (9/5): Preiswerter und sehr guter Kurzaufenthalt - Die Pension liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße und dennoch sehr nah am S-Bahnhof. Mit derselben-Bahn kommt man direkt zu den großen Sehenswürdigkeiten Berlins. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist sehr ruhig, meine Zimmernachbarn konnte ich gut hören.

• Bernd (4/5): - Das Bett war ok und der Preis für Berlin günstig Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Mein Zimmer jedenfalls war mit einem Miniatur Bad ausgestattet bei dem ich die Tür auflassen musste um keine Platzangst zu bekommen. Die Wände sind so dünn das ich sogar den Dialekt des Nachbarn rausholen konnte. Den Vogel hat man hier aber mit der Heiz und Duschanleitung abgeschossen! Warmduscher aufgepasst: Nicht zu lange duschen sonst wird nachbezahlt! Ausserdem ist es sehr laut von der Straße. Der günstigste Preis rechtfertigt jedenfalls nicht alles!
• Elke (6/5): - Geräumige Wohnung mit vielen Schlafplätzen, öffentlich gut angebunden mit Busstation und S-Bahn fußläufig, die Wohnung liegt in einem netten Wohnviertel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappte gut. Die Fenster sind undicht, sodass es bei unserem Aufenthalt Ende Oktober im Appartement nicht richtig warm wurde. Die Einrichtung schien schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen vor allem in der Küche (Geschirrspüler war kaputt, Geschirr wirkte zusammengestückelt), nicht alle Lichtschalter funktionierten

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig (in der ersten Nacht hörte ich meine Nachbarn bis Mitternacht und ab 6.00 Uhr morgens schon wieder). Das Bett war nicht sehr bequem, das Bad sehr klein und man musste beim Duschen aufpassen, dass es keine Überschwemmung gab.

• Kathrin Davies (9/5): Great place to stay! - Super spacious apartment with comfy beds and everything you need to make your meals. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to the S-Bahn Waidmansluster Damm which gets you to the centre in about 20 minutes. 10 minute walk to a shopping parade with a Lidl and a drugstore called Rossmann as well as a Burger King and other shops. There are also several restaurants around and a florist! It's in the quiet outskirts of Berlin and it's lovely to return from a day out in the noisy city centre to this calming oasis. Would highly recommend. There was nothing we didn't like. Didn't realise if you run out of toilet tissue you have to buy your own. However, it was explained, they provided a couple of rolls per stay. As we were four people, it wasn't quite enough for our stay but the shops are very close to get more supplies.

Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Da ich nur zum Schlafen dort war, war das für mich absolut ausreichend. Die Parkplatzsituation war unproblematisch, alles in der Pension war sauber und es herrschte eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre. Insgesamt ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt – ich war sehr zufrieden und habe mich wohlgefühlt. Gibt es nichts!!!

• Sasza Klim (2/5): - Ничего. При входе в помещение был затхлый запах. Сразу же открывали окна на проветривание. При использовании кухни хозяева возмущались что был запах еды. Но это лучше чем запах который нас встретил.
• Nina (3/5): - Die Lage ist super. Man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß bei der nächsten Bushaltestelle und auch bei der S-Bahn. Auch der Parkplatz auf dem Hof ist sinnvoll. An der Straße könnte es wirklich knapp werden mit parken. Die Zimmer waren unendlich hellhörig. Wir hatten das Gefühl, unser Nachbar würden direkt neben uns im Zimmer duschen und aud die Toilette gehen. Auch seine Telefonate könnten wir wörtlich hören. Richtig schlimm war auch, dass wir sogar sein schnarchen durch die scheinbar 2 mm dicke Wand hören konnten. So war erholsames schlafen nicht möglich. Auf Anmerkung bei der Unterkunft wurde uns mitgeteilt dass es nur eine Unterkunft ist und halt nicht so viel Komfort hat. Aber ich kann meiner Meinung nach erwarten, dass der Sinn einer Unterkunft (Nachts schlafen können) erfüllt wird. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft nicht weiter. Höchstens für Menschen mit Schlaf wie im Koma. Auch die Rollos waren direkt schon bei unserer Ankunft defekt wurden dann am zweiten Tag sehr "fachmännisch" repariert. Sieht Bild.

Gute Kommunikation mit Inhaberin. Zimmer relativ hellhörig, ich konnte das Schnarchen des Gastes aus dem nächsten Zimmer hören, ansonsten aber ruhig.
• G (8/5): Top appartement voor deze prijs - Locatie is erg gunstig, direct aan de ringweg ca 2 km de wijk in , 1 lange straat, en je bent er. Op ca 100 mtr van S bahn station waarvan je in 20 minuten in centrum Berlijn bent, rijdt elke 10 minuten, kost ca € 3,50. In directe omgeving zijn diverse restaurants, goede Mexicaan, en op ca 400 mtr een winkelcentrum, We hadden appartement op 2e etage, typisch Duits, maar alles compleet, schoon en netjes. Ruime kamers en net sanitair. Schoon beddengoed en handdoeken. Keuken voorzien van alle apparatuur. Ontbijt voor € 7,50 was voldoende met warme broodjes, veel divers beleg, zuivel, eitje en koffie/thee Wij parkeerden op eigen terrein maar achteraf kon op straat ook wel, rustige buurt met voldoende plekken Parkeren en ontbijt moest contant betaald worden. Wij zouden hier rustig weer heen gaan mochten we naar Berlijn gaan. Via Booking mail reageert eigenaresse direct op vragen. Niks negatiefs kunnen vinden .

The place is clean and quiet and has a home vibe. The staff was helpful and nice during our brief interactions. The kitchen is well equipped, and the rooms are spacious. There is nice chais and sofa in the appointment. The beds and mattress are not comfortable and need to be replaced ASAP.

• Luisa (4/5): Disappointing - Outdoor garden. Breakfast is so bad, not worth the price. They even do not serve it outside (why? Weather was perfect when we were there). Owners are not friendly, asking for breakfast's money while we were eating, sitting next to us. The house is poorly organised, it is just a mess. WiFi not working properly. Location is out of the city, so, price should be lower.

However, the staff member continued to unlock and open the door and I had to yell out to say not to come in. This experience made me very uncomfortable. I also arrived early on the day I wanted to check in just to drop off my bag and was told by staff that I should have followed the directions emailed to me to check in when I told them I was trying to just drop off my bag. They then got frustrated with me that I was trying to check in early when I was just trying to drop off my bag

So many excess old things in the apartment, like shelfs, tablecloth etc. Small kitchen and no washing machine. Not applicable for the long stay, especially with kids when you need for laundry. Renovation is outdated.
