You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that on Mondays and Fridays, check-in is only from 15:00 to 17:00. Guests planning on arriving outside check-in hours should contact the property in advance to get a key code. Guests checking in with a key code must pay in full in advance. Bed linen and towels are exchanged once a week. Cleaning within the week is possible for an extra charge. Free parking is only available in the public parking area in front of the property building. Heather (8/5): Very good - The location was great, the washer/dryer was handy, and the building was quiet The couch was filthy and there weren't many pans for the stove and none for the oven.

Anonymous (7/5): Spacious apartment in leafy suburb - Location was great - not far from a train station, was walking distance to supermarkets and local eateries. Apartment was a great size and was well equipped. Appreciated the later check out too. The shower was a bit fiddly, communication was a bit slow when we had questions or issues and the 5pm check in was really inconvenient.

There is a parking pad right in front of the apartment so finding street parking was not an issue. The apartment itself was very clean and modern and the host was very responsive. The shower was interesting, haha, but that’s probably just me being an American! We came during Oktoberfest so our rate was bit inflated but we expected this.

I requested accommodation for 4 people ahead of time and received bedding and towels only for 3 people. After 2 days of accommodation, someone answered and brought the difference in bedding and towels...

Pratiks (9/5): Super and wonderful stay - Apartment location was really good. Bus stop infront of the building. All facilities were perfect. It was super clean. Owner was good was helpful if we had any questions. Only internet connection was bad. In living room sofa and table it was working but other places it is not even detecting or it is very slow.

Willem (8/5): Very good - We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It is a quiet neighborhood, without noisy neighbors during the night. The apartment is also well connected with public transport. It was a bit difficult to control the heating system (it was rather too hot than too cold inside). It would have been useful if the kitchen had a ventilator that sucks smoke away. During our stay, the fire alarm went off a few times when we were frying meat in a pan.
