Bathroom was large and bedroom was a good size Carpet was dirty throughout. No wardrobe in the bedroom, limited hanging space and drawer. Noise from the next door nightclub went on until 6am!

Beware of the night club directly under your room. - The Appartement was in a convenient location and had a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom There is no mention of the night club downstairs. There was thumping music that kept us up at 3am, even with earplugs you can’t block out the constant thumping bass. There were also loud, drunken patrons taking loudly in the middle of the night directly below our window. It is a popular smoking spot. The foyer stinks of cigarette smoke - again from the night club. It is falsely advertised as having air conditioning. There is a unit on the wall but we weren’t allowed to use it, not even the fan. They claim that it is switched off in the entire building for half of the year. I find this extremely hard to believe considering that the aircon units are individual split systems on the hotel wall. Regardless, the description of the room is false. Customer service tried to argue about the weather. Your individual opinion about the weather is irrelevant. I was feeling unwell. I had the choice between being uncomfortably hot with zero fresh air or ventilation, or opening the window and putting up with the extremely loud chattering of drunk people and extremely loud thumping music. Even though the weather was cool outside the apartment was uncomfortably hot. We have been told we would receive a partial refund. I get “we will get back to you within 24 hours” messages from booking.com and then they go silent. I won’t use booking.com again if this issue isn’t resolved.

- Christopher (5/5): Great apartment - shame about the service - Great location, good size apartment - lots of shops and transport near by Service was disgraceful - tried forcing us to pay for an extra sheet for the bed. Sofa bed not prepared as asked for. Otherwise would have scored a 10.
- Nico (3/5): Aufenthalt laut und schmutzig mit guter Lage - Die Lage ist Fluch und Segen. Sehr zentral gelegen dafür extrem Laut Wo fängt man an. Wenn man vom sehr teuren Preis von über 260€ pro Nacht ausgeht ist das ganze eine Frechheit. Das offensichtliche sind Flecken auf der Couch, Flecken bzw. Abnutzungserscheinungen auf dem Teppich Fußboden und eine staubige Küche. Erst später bemerkt man dass man den Bezug vom Kissen lieber nicht hätte entfernen sollen da das Kissen total vergilbt und fleckig ist. Die leuchtmittel Funktionieren nicht alle. Die Dichtungen an den Fenstern fallen ab. Das Bad ist an sich ist sehr hübsch, aber auch hier gibt es ein ABER! Die Duschkabine ist undicht und das Waschbecken, viel zu klein. Es ist vorprogrammiert, dass das Bad schwimmt, nachdem man mit allem fertig ist. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine mit zwei Beuteln Tee und zwei Kaffeepads… Juhuu. An Milchpulver oder etwas ähnliches hat man natürlich nicht gedacht. Einfach nur lieblos. Ebenfalls gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank, für die Größe des Apartments völlig unverständlich. Es ist relativ groß und eine Möglichkeit, seine Kleidung aufzubewahren, hätte man hier definitiv gefunden. Nach Hinweis des Vermieters stand das angeblich auch nicht in der Beschreibung meines Apartments drin. Sondern nur allgemein für alle Apartments. Dann hatte ich wohl Pech, dass ich so etwas nicht hatte. Dafür hatte ich fünf Haken, an denen wir unsere Sachen aufhängen konnten. Nun kommen die Sachen, wofür der Vermieter wahrscheinlich nichts kann, die aber trotzdem ärgerlich sind. Unten im Haus befindet sich ein Musik Club und die Bässe dröhnen in der Nacht bis ins Zimmer hinein. Es riecht im Flur komplett nach Zigaretten. In der Wohnung merkt man von dem Geruch allerdings nichts. Nachdem ich Stück für Stück sämtliche Mängel dokumentiert und an den Vermieter weitergegeben habe, kamen Entschuldigungen, dass der Team Manager sich die Wohnung angeschaut hätte und alles in Ordnung war. Nach weiteren Beschwerden von mir kam das Angebot, dass man sich die Wohnung gemeinsam anschaut.
- Amanda (7/5): - O lugar é excelente, perto de tudo na cidade e em uma localização central, ideal para fazer passeios a pé. O apartamento é bem equipado e o prédio possui elevador, o que facilita bastante a estadia. No entanto, alguns pontos precisam de melhoria. A acústica poderia ser melhor, pois as janelas deixam passar tanto o frio quanto o barulho dos bares localizados logo abaixo do edifício. Além disso, sentimos falta de lixeiras adequadas e de sacos extras para a troca do lixo durante a estadia. Sobre o descarte de lixo, acredito que deveriam fornecer orientações mais claras e disponibilizar mais sacolas, considerando que muitos hóspedes são turistas e não conhecem as regras locais. Outro ponto negativo foi o cheiro ruim que saía do ralo do banheiro. Mesmo com o uso de desodorizador, o odor persistia. No geral, a localização é ótima e o apartamento tem bons recursos, mas esses ajustes fariam bastante diferença para tornar a estadia mais confortável.

- Boyan89 (2/5): Avoid for family stays - The only positive thing about this place is the location — it is relatively close to the city center and near a metro station. Unfortunately, everything else about our stay was disappointing. First of all, there is a club in the same building, and on Saturday night the noise was unbearable. We could hear heavy bass music until early in the morning, making it very difficult to sleep. On top of that, there were drunk people around the entrance the next morning when we went outside with our baby, which made the whole environment feel uncomfortable and inappropriate for families. There also appears to be some kind of strip club operating in the same building.. The apartment itself looked nothing like the photos. The reality was far worse — stained carpets, stains on the sofa, visible dirt, and overall poor maintenance. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and we even found a long hair there upon arrival. Despite staying for 4 nights, the apartment was not cleaned even once during our stay. The worst part, however, was the complete lack of communication and support from the host. We were left without hot water for around 1.5 days, which was a major problem, especially because we were traveling with a baby. At first, they did not even understand the issue correctly. Someone came the next day only to point at the kettle in the room, while support continued insisting in the Booking.com chat that there was a boiler inside the apartment that we should turn on ourselves. There was no boiler at all — the building uses central hot water/heating. Communication was extremely difficult. The woman who came to check the issue did not speak English and could not read German either. The only reason we managed to communicate at all was because I understand some Russian. To make matters worse, after acknowledging the problems, they promised compensation for the inconvenience. More than a month after our stay, we still have received absolutely nothing. Booking.com support was also not helpful and did not provide any real resolution. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences we have had.
- Catherine (9/5): Great location fo Vienna - Loved the high ceilings with the big windows. We booked the room with a balcony which we used a lot. Lovely and sunny. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay here. Sadly the weekends have the night clubs below so quite noisy especially Saturday night and the noise goes on until 10 am Sunday morning. The carpet needs a good clean.

- Barbara (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft für mehrtägigen Wienbesuch - Die Lage war exzellent, zentral nur einige Minuten zu Fuß vom Stefansdom und von der Sezession entfernt. Das Appartement hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung , die Küchenzeile ebenso. Die Betten waren bequem, die Dusche top. Das checkin mit Code und Schlüssel hat reibungslos geklappt. Super war, dass man die Koffer auch schon vor 15 Uhr im Zimmer abstellen konnte.Bei der Abreise sollte man bei einem späten Flug vorher schon online einen Kofferaufbewahrungsservice buchen . Das Appartement war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation online hat gut geklappt. Wir würden wiederkommen. Was den Nacht-Schlaf gestört hat, war , dass sich im gleichen Gebäude unten ein Musicclub befindet und dieser Samstag Abend bis Sonntag morgen durchgehend Musik gespielt hat. Die Bässe drangen bis ins Appartement. An den Tagen , an denen der Musik Club nicht spielt , war es jedoch ruhig und angenehm.

- Andreas (2/5): Poor value for money - Nice location. Classing building The apartment was not like the pictures. Upon booking, I asked the host if the apartment was soundproof after many comments we read about the noise coming from the clubs on the ground floor. They assured us there will be no noise in the night which was true, however we were allocated an apartment on the 4th floor facing the inner side of the building, therefore we had no city views as advertised. Although we appreciate the possibility that the host may have decided to allocate a silent apartment for us, it did not stand on expectations and definitely did not meet value for money. We were not able to have curtains open due to being exactly oposite the neighbour’s windows. Not comfortable. No view should mean reduced price/partial refund. This was undoubtedly a comparatively expensive stay. The apartment configuration was strange and not comfortable. a second toilet was needed. There were not enough lights in the room, and given that we were not able to have the curtains open during the day, the place was dark. Even in the night, there was not sufficient lighting - we had to rearsnge the floor lamps to make more light through wall reflection. The apartment did not offer full toilettries, there was no shampoo of shower gel available, although a host lady walked in to give us small bottles of shampoo on Day 2, when we had already purchased products on our own after long walks and ende up buying from a delivery platform (note that no shops were open upon our night arrival, neither on the day after due to a public holiday. This stay could have been nice but it turned out not to be comfortable for us.

Hlavní nedostatek- hluk od bavících se mladých lidí okolo domu do ranních hodin a od dopravy.

- Berenice (10/5): Una perla a Vienna - La struttura ha una posizione fantastica. Sopra la fermata metro Karlsplatz, a due passi dall’Opera da cui partono anche i bus sightseeing (per chi usa Vienna pass necessario). Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi. La posizione vanta numerosi locali, ristoranti, farmacie e supermercati. Il nostro appartamento (n.14) era enorme. Situato al 4 piano, silenzioso, dotato di tutto il necessario, fondamentale soprattutto per chi viaggia con bambini molto piccoli. Check-in autonomo e veloce. L’host risponde nel giro di pochi minuti a qualsiasi richiesta di aiuto. Se dovessi tornare a Vienna, non esiterò a prenotarlo di nuovo.

Il a été très facile et rapide de communiquer avec les gestionnaires de l'appartement. Le seul bémol est le club au sous-sol les jours de weekend; mais seulement si vous avez le sommeil léger. Sommes toutes, je recommande sans hésitation! La description indiquait un lave-linge...mais peut-être aurions-nous le confirmer auprès des gestionnaires!

- Μπαφέρα (9/5): - Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι εξαιρετική!!! Η στάση U-Bahn βρίσκεται στα 5 μέτρα από την κεντρική είσοδο του κτιρίου. Επιπλέον στα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα της Βιέννης μπορείς να πας με τα πόδια με άνεση. Το κουζινάκι που έχει εξυπηρετεί για ένα πρωινό πριν την εξόρμηση στην πόλη. Θα μπορούσε να παρέχει τις κάψουλες του καφέ!

- Christèle (2/5): Juste pour l’emplacement, logement à fuir ! - L’emplacement est parfait, proche de tout et avec tous les transports 2 pas L’appartement ne correspondait pas à la description que l’on m’a envoyée. Les personnes qui vous répondent par message ou téléphone ne sont pas sur place et ne connaissent pas les logements, ni leur disposition. Nous avons demandé des couvertures supplémentaires par téléphone, on nous a répondu de mettre le chauffage (en gros, débrouillez vous!) ils n’y a que des couettes très légères individuelles, nous avons donc eu froid, ou trop chaud en mettant le chauffage qui se règle mal. Pas de clim, nous y étions en avril mais il doit faire très chaud l’été Très mal équipé : une casserole et une poêle crasseuse, la cuisine est parfaite pour le petit déjeuner où salade mais pas plus. Dans la salle de bain, un fond de gel/ shampoing, c’est tout. Odeur de cigarette dans le hall ( boîte de nuit juste à côté ), et vue sur cour pour nous. Moquette dans le séjour, TRÈS SALE !!! Le clou du séjour : message de booking le dernier jour car le propriétaire a signalé que nous n’avions pas séjourné sur place. Booking m’a demandé si c’était bien le cas… alors que j’ai échangé par téléphone avec le propriétaire… Boîte à clé à l’arrivée, on ne croise donc personne et comme dit plus haut, si problème il faudra se débrouiller seul. Je pense que vu le prix on peut faire beaucoup mieux à Vienne. Je mets une note très basse pour alerter sur les difficultés de communication et le fait que personne ne se trouvera sur place pour vous aider si problème.

Schlechteste Erfahrung, die ich je bei booking.com gemacht habe und dabei buche ich sehr oft Als erstes die Lage - zwar liegt er sehr zentral, aber abgesehen von der super lauten Straße, was man auf Google Maps hätte sehen können, war es vor allem ein Club, der wirklich die ganze Nacht von Mitternacht bis 10:00 Uhr morgens sehr laute Musik gespielt hat. So war es absolut unmöglich zu schlafen. Vor dem Fenster standen rauchende, lärmende Menschen, so dass man auch das Fenster nicht öffnen könnte. Kein Verständnis vom Personal. Das soll angeblich normaler Geräusch gewesen sein, was absolut nicht stimmt. Und zu guter letzt nachdem wir nur eine Nacht da waren, wurden auch 70 € REINIGUNGSGEBÜHR abgerechnet, was war vorher nirgendwo drin stand bei Booking.

- Bulşu (9/5): Muhteşem - 1buçuk yaşında kızımızla konforlu bir konaklama oldu. Konum çok çok iyi. Biz her yere yürüyerek ulaştık. Toplu taşıma kullanma ihtiyacı duymadık. Odalar çok temiz sadece yerlerin tamamen halı kaplı olması alerji açısından kötüydü onun dışında her şey çok iyidi. Asansör mevcut bu yüzden bebek arabası ile çıkmamız gayet kolaydı.

Zimmer nach vorne sind sehr schön aber laut vom Nachtclub Das Treppenhaus stinkt nach Zigarettenrauch. Unser Zimmer hatte abgedekte Fester kein Tageslicht. Beim öffnen der Fenster Gitter und Sicht in einen verschmutzten Zwischengang.

Den tredje stol i køkkenet var defekt. Dertil var det svært at komme på toilettet når sofaen var slået ud hvilket den skulle være når den tredje person skulle overnatte

The tram stops right outside the window and the glass is thin. It was a tough first night. I highly recommend earplugs. I slept ok once I got them the 2nd day. There is a club beneath and people are also loud on the street.
