- Ray (10/5): Good location and comfortable - This is a small comfortable apartment. It has what you need as far as facilities are concerned and everything worked. The biggest plus being that it is 3 min to the U bahn and euro1.5 to get to the city centre. There is a small supermarket downstairs. The Italian restauarant across the road is really quite good. Parking is avaiable in a parking station about 100 metres down the street. Charges were reasonable and it was an easy flat walk upto the apartment. If I was coming back I would book this again. It would of been nice to have a few tea bags, sugar and possibly some salt and pepper, there is nothing there. The bed was tooooooo soft for me.

- Daniela (8/5): - La struttura è pulita, accogliente, in un punto ben collegato. Purtroppo l'unica cosa che proprio non va bene è la modalità di accesso all'appartamento. Avere un codice che per l'accesso non funziona non è il massimo, soprattutto se si arriva la sera alle 22.30 con una bambina stanca. Può andare bene e può andare male. A noi è andata male. Ovviamente i ragazzi sono stati gentilissimi al telefono e li ringraziamo ancora per l'aiuto, ma se cambiate questa modalità di check in, la struttura è perfetta

- Enrico (8/5): Beautiful Vienna ottimo pernotto - Struttura vicino lo stadio di Vienna a 18 minuti di tram dal centro di vienna e dalle principali vie e monumenti, la fermata Tram donamarina è sotto il palazzo come anche un supermercato Billa fornitissimo, un ristorante pizzeria italiano e un ristorante Asiatico molto buono. Passeggita vicino il danubio da fare zona tranquilla e riservata.

- Éva (7/5): - szuper szállás szuper helyen! szuper könnyű bejutás jó a kódos rendszer, megfelelő méretű és megfelelő felszereltségű. Van mosógép mosogatógép minden ami kell. hoszabb tartózkodásra többeknek is kiváló. rossz volt a matrac hosszabb alvásokra nem ajánlott. kicsit kopottas a szállás málik a fal látszik, hogy fel volt fesztve a wc ajtó a cipős kanállal. Amúgy ezek nem zavaróak, inkább a matrac ami zavaró.

Marina Tower is great place with georgeus view at Donau river. This time we found not closing door from shower what means all wet floor. Great service fixed them after four days. Thanks also for service girl for bringing us kettle we didn't have in apartment. Thanks these peoples stay were easier. Place is really nice only next time have to check which apartment is available to chose best.

- Linda (8/5): Prima verblijf, comfortabel bed en goede bereikbaarheid - Het appartement zelf was keurig verzorgd, netjes, comfortabel. Wat ook een absolute + is de bereikbaarheid van het Openbaar vervoer. De instructie vooraf en de bereikbaarheid en toegankelijkheid van het appartement is ook prima. Door de goede openbaar vervoer toegang zijn alle faciliteiten, activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden dichtbij en goed bereikbaar. Een supermarkt zit onder het appartement ook dit is perfect. De locatie qua geluid en uitzicht en geen buitenbalkon. Dat balkon stond ook niet in de beschrijving dus dat hadden we kunnen verwachten. Er loopt een weg en een spoorlijn dicht langs de locatie, dus zodra het raam open staat is dit enorm gehorig.

There wre also options to eat nearby and it is pretty close to main attractions in Vienna by underground. The apartment was spatious with all amenities you need There were some issues with the electrical system during our stay. The main circuit breaker tripped several times, even when just turning on the bathroom light, and on other occasions when multiple lights were on at the same time. This suggests there may be an electrical issue in the apartment. On the bright side, we were assisted by the host which was very responsible and helped us locate the main switch and mitigate the problem encountered.

Отдельное спасибо клининг персоналу за тщательную уборку, как зашли в апартаменты очень сильно удивились идеальной чистоте! Следующий момент , это что близко к общественному транспорту и к трансферу в аэропорт , остановки модно сказать прямо у носа! А также понравилась кровать , после длительных прогулок по достопримечательностям, я засыпала мгновенно, матрац / подушки/одеяла супер! Jednostavne upute za pronalazak apartmana, susretljivo osoblje koje nam je pomoglo prilikom greške koja se dogodila kod bookinga.

- Anna (5/5): - Nice location, comfortable parking house within a 5min walk, a supermarket on the ground floor. Apartment is modern and well-equipped. We arrived at appr. 8 pm and found out that the apartment was prepared for 2 persons instead of 4, as was booked. We were missing bed linen and towels, I tried calling contact number, which is said to be 24/7, but nobody picked up. So, we had to sleep on a sofa without a bed linen, nor even a blanket. I managed to contact the staff only in the morning.

- Anna (7/5): Kein schlechter Aufenthalt aber auch kein wow Erlebnis (mehr erwartet) - Marina Tower ist ein schönes Gebäude. Lage ist ganz ok aber nicht wow das was die Lage rettet ist dass es die u 2 gibt mit der man sich gut fortbewegen kann. Gepflegtes Gebäude Zimmer bzw Apartment ist klein es hat zwar alles was man braucht aber wir haben uns bissi mehr erwartet. Es war nicht leicht zu finden es gibt nur einen Lift wie man in die Zimmer gelangen kann. Sauberkeit war auch ein Thema aber nicht so tragisch.

We had a little problem with heating, it was a little chilly. The heating was working almost non stop but still the temperature wasn't very comfortable. Although we've received help from hotel remotely, we probably weren't using it correctly.

- Waldemar (4/5): Apartment mit Potenzial, jedoch gravierende Mängel im Zustand - Das Apartment verfügt grundsätzlich über Potenzial. • Der allgemeine Zustand des Apartments war sehr mangelhaft. • Wände stark beschädigt und sichtbar verschmutzt. • Teppich und Gardinen deutlich verunreinigt. • Tisch mit stark abgenutzten Kanten. • Bei Nutzung des Toasters kam es regelmäßig zu Stromausfällen; erst nach mehreren Tagen wurde dieser ersetzt – eine zeitnahe Lösung wäre wünschenswert gewesen. • Küchenzubehör unvollständig, teilweise nur halbe Sets an Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden. • Bett zwischen zwei Wänden eingeklemmt, für größere Personen sehr unpraktisch. • Ein Nachttisch war unvollständig, die Nachttischlampe defekt. • Mülleimer beschädigt und rostig. • WC-Bürste ebenfalls rostig.

Nagyon nehéz és bonyolult a bejutás. Nincsen a közelben ingyenes parkolás lehetőség. A hirdetés azt írja, hogy parkolóház használható, ami egyáltalán nem igaz. Így átverésnek élem meg.

- Marija (10/5): I will definitely come back again! - We loved the location! It was just right to the one of the main metro lines. We literally needed one minute to get there. We also loved that the airport bus stops right in front of the building which is amazing. There is also a supermarket in the ground floor of the building. The apartment itself was very nice! It is modern, cozy, comfortable and it had everything that we needed for our stay. The only thing that we didn’t like was that it was a bit cold.. even though we turned the heating on, it was still a bit chilly. But the blankets were super warm, so generally it turned out to be okay.

- Artyy (6/5): Superlage mit mäßiger Ausstattung und nicht Preisleistung stimmt nicht (viel zu teuer) - Die Lage der Residenz ist sehr gut, gleich daneben U-Bahn womit man überall hinkommt, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, daneben gibt es eine Parkgarage sehr preiswert (6 Euro/Tag), dazu Billageschäft, Kaffee usw. irgendwie nicht gut beschildert, man sucht Lange danach. Im Appartement angekommen, es stank nach Zigarettenrauch. Kommunikation mit Personal etwas erschwert, nach der Bitte um verspäteten Check-out, hieß "wir kontaktieren Sie", kann kein Anruf, dann nach erneutem Anruf hieß es "sie können nicht bis 14 Uhr auschecken aber bis 12 Uhr geht, um 11:20 steht die Reinigungsdame vor der Tür.

Апартаменти в цілому нові,але є поломки,які спричинили дискомфорт в процесі проживання. Двері душової кабінки не зачиняються,зламаний душ(душ окремо,шланг душу окремо),тобто прийняти душ було дуже складно.Поломку помітили одразу по приїзду,написала про це-відповідь отримала через 2 дні(бо заселились в пʼятницю ввечері,ну і звісно ж субота,неділя вихідні дні,то ніхто не відповідав).У понеділок була відповідь,що запит про поломку відправлений,що повинен прийти майстер,але ніхто так і не прийшов. Окремий квест зі сміттям.Кімната для сміття знаходиться в High Tower,ми її знайшли,але вона замкнена,а ключ,який в нас є не відчиняє двері до Müllraum.

- Miriam (7/5): Kleines Apartment am Donauufer in geringer Entfernung zum Wiener Burgring - Die Wohnung entspricht der online-Darstellung. Man findet bei Ankunft das vor, was man erwartet. Die Ausstattung ist mit bequemen Betten, bequemen Sitzmöbeln und Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd und Mikrowelle sowie einer Waschmaschine sehr gut und die Lage genau an der Donau und in unmittelbarer Nähe sowohl eines U-Bahnhofes als auch eines Supermarktes geradezu perfekt. Zum Burgring fährt man mit den Öffentlichen nur ca. 20 Minuten. Trotz ihrer Vorzüge ist die Wohnung recht teuer; sie dürfte eigentlich nicht mehr als 100,00 € pro Nacht kosten. Es gibt vor Ort absolut kein Personal. Kommunikation findet ausschließlich per E-Mail statt. Das Apartmenthaus wirkt dadurch sehr entseelt. In der Wohnung ist die Klimaanlage extrem laut, nachts muss sie ausgestellt werden, was sich ungünstig auf die Raumtemperatur auswirkt. Es fehlen Reinigungsmittel bzw. -utensilien; wer länger bleibt, braucht Improvisationstalent hinsichtlich gelegentlich fälliger Fußbodenreinigung. Die Fenster sind sehr schmutzig.
- Charles (7/5): Globalement nous retenons l’avantage de la proximité du métro et la disponibilité de la supérette en bas de l’immeuble - L’emplacement à proximité d’une station de métro et d’un parking à 100m environ( 6 € la journée nous avons payé 42 € pour la semaine) Une supérette juste en bas de l’immeuble Les photos sur booking ne correspondaient pas à l’appartement que nous avons eu. Une fois le canapé lit déplié pas de moyen de circuler , obligé de passer au travers du lit. Le canapé lit pour les enfant très inconfortable, très dur ( nous avons dû mettre une couette pour adoucir la fermeté du lit. Mal équipé : 2 petites cuillères et 2 verres d’eau pour une famille de 4 personnes . Pas de torchon pour sécher la vaisselle, pas assez de papier toilette pour la semaine pour une famille de 4 ( 2 petits rouleaux déjà entamés), un rouleau déjà entamé de papier essuie tout , obligé d’en racheter à la supérette

Personel kaba ve ilgilenmiyor, odalara şifre ile giriliyor ve son gün gece 10.00 da otele geldigimizde bizim şifre oda kapısını açmadı, cihaz bozuldu, oteli 2. Kez aradığımızda uzun uzun çaldı ve ancak açtılar yarım saat sonra birini gonderdiler kapıyı açtı ama bize herhangi başka şifre vermedi, sabah 09.00 da anahtar getireceginiz söyleyip gitti, ertesi gün check out yapacaktik ve check out 11.00 de çok erken olmasına rağmen bize 09.00 da anahtar getiren olmadı, aradığımızda zaten çıkacaksınız anahtarı niye istiyorsunuz diye cevap verdiler neticede anahtarı getirmediler bagaj bırakacak yerleri olmadığını da söylediler ve bizi öylece bıraktılar bizde gün gitmesin diye tüm gün sadece oralarda bavullarla gezmek zorunda kaldık hiçbir şekilde bavulları kabul etmediler sanırım booking üzerinden yer ayirttigimiz için bu şekilde davrandılar bilemiyorum. Son gün bizi mağdur ettiler.
- Akil (2/5): Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt wegen der guten Lage akzeptabel, jedoch entsprach die Wohnung in keiner - Das Gute war die Lage und die Nähe zum Bahnhof Was mich jedoch negativ überrascht hat, war, dass ich die Wohnung als „Deluxe“ gebucht hatte, sie aber keineswegs so war – vielmehr eine unterdurchschnittliche Wohnung, die nur auf einen leeren Hof blickte. Aus einem sehr engen Winkel konnte man den Fluss nur mit Mühe sehen. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, weder die Wände noch die Glasfenster waren geputzt. Zudem fehlten in der Wohnung zwei Vorhänge. Ich konnte nicht schlafen, da das Licht der Straßenlaterne direkt in die Wohnung schien. (Zur Info: Ich habe sie angerufen, und erst nach zwei Tagen brachten sie Vorhänge – allerdings in einer unpassenden Farbe. Immerhin blockierten sie das Licht).Außerdem war das Waschbecken im Badezimmer verstopft sodass das Wasser einige Minuten brauchte um abzulaufen.
