• Sandra (10/5): Clean and spacious apartment. Good host. - Great spacious apartment that can easily fit up to 9 people. It was clean and the host was great, if we needed anything during our stay it would not be a problem. The beds are also comfortable.

• Sandra (10/5): Pobyt idealny dla 2 rodzin. - Spędziliśmy w apartamencie 4 dni, w tym sylwestra. Pobyt był znakomity. Mieszkanie duże, czyste, dobra lokalizacja, w okolicy sklepy ( 2 min. piechotą), autobusy ( 2 min ) , tramwaje i metro (około 15 min spaceru ) - doskonała komunikacja miejska, którą można szybko i o każdej porze dojechać w każdy zakątek Berlina. W mieszkaniu doskonale wyposażona kuchnia, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Zwłaszcza salon z kuchnią był doskonały dla naszej gromadki (4 dorosłych i 3 dzieci). Około 1 km od mieszkania można znaleźć darmowe parkingi o czym nas poinformował host. Chcąc się przyczepić do czegoś „na siłę” to jedna łazienka, ale o tym wiedzieliśmy już wcześniej z opisu, więc się zorganizowaliśmy tak, aby nasza 7 osobowa grupa mogła z niej korzystać 🙂. Ogólnie z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić to miejsce, zwłaszcza jak w naszym przypadku dla 2 rodzin , chcących wspólnie spędzić czas w Berlinie.

• Thomas (8/5): Et fint ophold hvor enkelte ting kunne gøres bedre - Sengene i det store soverum var behagelige. Der var dejlig stille og roligt; larm fra gaden og naboer var på et lavt niveau. Køkkenfaciliteterne var fine. Det var let at komme i kontakt med udlejer. Lejligheden var noget kold og lugtede - trods forbudsskiltene - en smule af røg. Området boligen ligger i, er generelt ikke så behageligt. Vi savnede instruktioner om blandt andet indvendige kodelåse på nogle af dørene, de elektriske gardiner uden betjeningsknapper og håndtering af husholdningsaffaldet. Listen over faciliteter på booking.com trænger vist til en opdatering: håndsprit, radio og (en ægte) pejs, så vi f.eks. ikke meget til. Prisen for lejemålet er lidt dyrt i forhold til, hvad man får for pengene.

• Yolanda (5/5): Un piso caro en una zona poco recomendable - Que era espacioso y la cocina estaba muy bien Que fuera planta baja. Que no tuviera luz natural el salón. Un solo baño para tantos huéspedes (caben hasta 9) es muy incómodo y el lavabo es minúsculo. El barrio no nos gustó.

On the other hand, separate, smaller rooms for the night, which was a good solution. The apartment is very well equipped - there is everything you need, and even more :)

• Denys (10/5): Exceptional - The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. Also there were a lot of towels for all the guests, we were never running out of them. The location if okay, just 10 minutes walk from U-Bahn and tram but bus stops are even closer. Tom was fast to respond and always willing to assist with any questions we had! In general, wonderful place, very clean and comfortable! Thank you so much, it was a pleasure to celebrate a birthday with friends here! Nothing.
• Andreas (9/5): Great accommodation and value for money, 100% recommended if you're a group of friends. - Really nice accommodation in a safe and quiet area. It even made us feel we're locals. The host was really helpful, very responsive and willing to help if anything else was needed. There's a common inner courtyard where we could often enjoy a cigarette and chit-chat with friends. Would definitely stay again if travelling with friends. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that there was just one bathroom and had to make a toilet/shower schedule. Although it wasn't something that would prevent us from book again.
