Das Haus gibt's aber bereits seit 4 Jahren und wird offensichtlich hervorragend gewartet. Haus nahe zum Zentrum, trotzdem in Ruhelage. Ausreichend Parkplätze, hauseigene Ladestation, gutes Frühstück. Hervorragendes, nettes und kompetenten Personal. Kurz: Sensationell! Das Wetter am letzten Tag.

Das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer war wie neu. Sehr schön eingerichtet! Highlight war sicher der Balkon und DIE MATRAZE!!! Welche Matraze ist das? Wir wollen die auch kaufen! Selten so gut geschlafen und das in einem Hotel. Die Beschreibung in Booking.com. Kostenlose Pflegeprodukte bestanden aus typischer Hotelseife. Einen Gartenblick hatten wir nicht. Reinigungsmittel fehlte Geschirrspülmittel. Kaffee und Teezubehör nicht vorhanden. Bzw. kaufbar. Wasserkocher bekamen wir auf Nachfrage. Es wurde die Nespresso als Wasserkocher bezeichnet. Hier die Beschreibung bei Booking.com dringend Nachbessern.

• Norm (10/5): Excellent modern apartments in quiet location with great amenities and friendly staff - The building was in a quiet area on an elevated location at the edge of town with only a 10 minute walk to the downtown area and big park. The 1-bedroom apartment my wife stayed in and the three studio apartments of our kids were all modern and clean with lots of natural light, patios or balconies, nice kitchen facilities, pleasant decor, great amenities (including Nespresso machine and electric switch actuated blinds!), and good views. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good, with eggs being freshly made and served in any style upon request. Just a minor recommendation: it would be helpful to have some information in the apartments regarding recyclables versus garbage. There were garbage cans in the kitchen and bathroom but no separate bin or bags for plastics, cardboard and cans, and no indication if these should go in the garbage or be kept separate.

Die Unterkunft bietet sowohl Selbstversorgermöglichkeiten im Zimmer als auch ein umfangreiches, sehr gutes Frühstück im Frühstücksraum. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

• Monika (10/5): Toller Aufenthaltsort, gut fußläufig zur Therme! - Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel, das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet. Die Zimmertemperatur kann man je nach Bedarf steuern. Alles hat prima gepasst. Sehr hervorheben muss man die extrem nette Betreuung beim Frühstück, sowie bei der Rezeption!! Es gibt nichts Negatives zu sagen!!

• Istvan (10/5): Excellent place, we 'll come back next year - We spent four days in the apartment house during the second weekend of Advent. We were satisfied with everything. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. LOCATION It is located on the edge of the village Bad Gleichenberg next to green fields, yet the town's main square is only a five-minute walk away. Convenient parking spaces have been created in front of the house. THE BUILDING It opened three years ago and has an elevator, even though the building only has two floors. This makes the rooms easily accessible for parents with small children, the elderly, and people with limited mobility. Everything is new, and the rooms can be accessed with a code or card. THE ROOM We stayed in a studio room. The room is spacious, the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, there is a terrace, and the windows have electric shutters. The bed is comfortable. BREAKFAST There is a bright dining room on the ground floor of the building, and breakfast is a rich buffet, but you can also order various freshly prepared egg dishes. FRIENDLY The staff are helpful and friendly.
• Ingrid (10/5): Die Unterkunft ist zu 100 % weiterzuempfehlen. - Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, alles war sehr sauber und vor allem war das Team immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Beim Frühstück konnte man täglich zwischen drei verschiedenen Eierspeisen wählen, welche frisch zubereitet wurden und die selbstgemachte Marmelade war sehr köstlich. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Da fällt uns nichts ein.

Die als Appartement ausgeführte Unterkunft bietet sowohl Selbstversorgermöglichkeiten (Küchenzeile mit Microwelle, Ceranfeld-Herd, Kühlschrank) als auch ein umfangreiches Frühstück im freundlich eingerichteten Frühstücksraum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert.

• Nora (9/5): Ganz tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Minuspunkten - Das Apartment war groß und gemütlich. Der Ausblick war schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher und die Decken und Polster im Bett sind leider aus Polyester, was für den Schlaf nicht so optimal ist, wenn man empfindlich ist. Schade! Sonst hätten wir sehr gut geschlafen.

Das Personal und die Leitung waren immer sehr freundlich und sind sehr bemüht gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und haben alles für einen Kurzurlaub drinnen. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Das hilight für unser Kind war natürlich der Pool. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, alles da gewesen und die regionalen Produkte schmecken einfach gut. Auch gekocht, Rühr- oder Spiegeleier mit Speck hat das Personal mit Liebe gemacht. Einfach Topp.

There was also the possibility to use the breakfast room in the evening to sit together and take wine, beer,... from a fridge with reasonable prices. The breakfast which was included, was great too

Well-maintained furniture, very clean linen and pleasant to the touch, comfortable pillows. The air and the smell of stale air, the lack of a toilet in the bathroom - the toilet was in another room. • Nusa (9/5): Nice weekend getaway - The apartment is new, the parking lot is free and in front of the building, Thermal Bath is only short walk (10min) away. The complimentary breakfast was really good. The apartment was too cold for me at the arrival (20 degrees) and it didn't get warmer until the next day. Inside of the building and the apartments were to plain, without a soul for me. But that is just my opinion, overall we had a nice stay there. Nothing too much to complain.

The check-in process was terrible: the hotel wanted to know too much personal information, didn't explain how this information would be used, and didn't provide a way to revoke my consent and remove the information. No coffee and tea in the room. Microwave didn't work. The omelette at breakfast was burned and the bread was stale. The checkout automat didn't work.
• Rishabhjm (10/5): Exceptional - The room was exceptionally well designed, tasteful interiors and extremely comfortable. Large, well appointed rooms, a great rain shower and very modern, staying here was great for a short, relaxing break. Unfortunately, we were there for a very short while but it's well located to access a large number of the markets and vineyards around so would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good break. It's all good, no trouble at all.

What made our stay special was the staff - everyone was great, but if we can highlight two, Linda and Josi made us feel really special - their level of kindness, willingness to help and facilitate everything that we could possibly need/wants was simply impeccable. Ladies, thank you so much for making our holiday so special! My only suggestion is to check the possibility of doing something with the noise from the ventilation in the room on the 1st floor. Ground floor one was fine.
