• Robert (5/5): The owners need to reconsider their responsibility to guests - Staff are superb and the location has you right next to everything you need in the Thao Dien area. Owners are parsimonious and neglectful of their property at the expense of guest experience, yet maintain a rate that's far above the value.
• Joe (9/5): - Easy Access to everywhere I want to go. Room match up to the photos very closely. I would definitely book here again if I visit again. The only thing I did not like is the shower. The drain often did not work and it would just flood the bathroom if not careful and also there water would often creep out under the door and soak up the floor towel. I hope they address that.

• Duy Hai (8/5): Good value for a comfortable place - Great location, with a good mix of local and international foods around. The view from the room is amazing, with a nice nook to relax next to the window. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I was able to get help with laundry, delivery, and extra cleaning no problem. There was a moisture problem under the sink, causing mold and a strong smell. After two weeks there, I had to start asking them every third day to wipe it down. They need to look into addressing that problem long term. Wifi was fast at first, but it became super slow by the end of the month. Not sure if they have some kind of data cap on their internet plan. Neighbors can be super noisy and there's a lot door slamming. They should put up some signs so that people are reminded not to be too noisy after 11pm

• Spase (9/5): Great appartment in great neighbourhood - The place is nice, nice neighbourhood, a lot of foreigners stay in this area. The appartment was clean and spacious, like in the pictures. No problems with the staff. The bathroom door is not a door, it just slides, does not technically close, so when you go to do your thing there, the sound and smell escapes the area if you know what i mean :). It did not bother me, but for other people this might be a problem.

The faucet of the shower is broken in room 401. Family of 3 but only set up 1 towel. Bed is tiny not as big as the photo. Room is not as nice as the photo.

If possible, avoid staying in the first floor. - Great location, nice looking venue Our room was in the back of the building next to the reception with no soundproofing. Had to ask the receptionist to turn down the volume on his phone after 11pm while he was watching a show on it. Also behind the building, the family next to the hotel were quite loud. Either it was their cats being in heat all night, demanding food by persistent meowing at 5am or their kid playing games at 6am, take a pick.

The super friendly staff truly made the experience memorable with their warm and helpful service. The location is absolutely perfect—very centrally located yet wonderfully quiet, offering the best of both worlds. The apartment itself was a delight: modern and stylish, with a Western-style bathroom. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Highly recommended! The shower water could have been hotter and the kitchen utensils should include at least one knife. I rented an apartment with a balcony, but the "balcony" was only separated from the room by a wall that was about 50 cm forward, and the former window opening was filled with perforated bricks. In my opinion, they could have saved themselves that and made the room a bit bigger instead. My room was on the 2nd floor and bordered on an open communal floor with a seating area and kitchen. This sometimes made it noisy, there were cooking smells, and the light from outside came through the glass door of my room when I was already going to sleep. Next time I would definitely prefer a higher floor.

The staff reboot and informed that it worked well but still it didn’t work properly in the bedroom area. I previously stayed at room on the 1st floor and it is ok

• Qúy (9/5): I've enjoyed my times staying at Mecozy Aprtel. - Apartment located in a nice and quiet street with private villas next to it. Staffs are friendly and always give warm welcome to guests, fulfilling most requests, and willing to go above and beyond my expectations. Main gate will close around midnight and there's security personnel 24/7 at gate making guests feel safe at all times. There are lost of restaurants, bars, pubs and inexpensive local street food for your selection. Wi-fi at the location was terrible, low speed, weak signal and dropped out very frequently making communication and internet browsing extremely difficult. Inside room is spacious, clean but utensils and trash cans should be replaced due by age of usage.

Wonderful location with lots of great local and western places to eat within short walking distance. Rooms not very sound-proof so sometimes a bit noisy when other guests came in and out late at night or early morning. Limited kitchen items so not set up to cook but not an issue for me as I ate out.
