• Dani (7/5): Ich war für 11 Nächte dort für eine Fortbildung. Alles in allem habe ich mich wohl gefühlt und habe auch für das nächste - Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Mitten in der Stadt und trotz total ruhig. Die Möbel sind teilweise etwas abgerockt. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr eng und steil (schwierig mit schwerem Koffer) - aber das weiß man ja vorher.

• Ginevra (10/5): Beautiful stay! - L’appartamento era molto accogliente con tutto quello che serviva per il mio soggiorno. La posizione è perfetta e in una delle strade e canale più carino della città. Il materasso è un po’ morbido, ma questo dipende dalle proprie preferenze.

• Karen (6/5): Freiburg top, Wohnung zum schlafen ok - 2 Minuten fußläufig zum Münster, mitten im Zentrum trotzdem ruhig Einrichtung, Küche lächerlich, Ablageflächen = 0, extrem hohe Kante zwischen Wohn/Schlafraum und Bad. Gut, dass das Wetter gut war, mussten nicht viel in der Bude sein. Beste und günstigste Parkmöglichkeit 15 Minuten zu Fuß 8€/Tag, Be und Entladen in der Straße schwierig, da sehr schmal. Treppenaufgang schmal und steil. Gleicher Eingang wie Restaurant, Abtrennungstür defekt
• Rosario (4/5): - La ubicación Era un tercer piso sin ascensor. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. La sabana estaba desgastada por el uso. Les dijimos si nos la podían cambiar, y dijeron que no tenían otra.
• Adán (5/5): Bastante mejorable - La ubicación es muy centrica. Todo está cerca. El colchón era muy incomodo. La tostadora estaba en un estado terrible (tampoco pensaba usarla pero no da buena imagen) La mampara de la ducha está media suelta, si pones las dos ruedas en el rail, la mampara no cierra. Los enchufes e interruptores tenían mucho polvo acumulado.
• ERIN (8/5): A simple, but enjoyable stay right in the middle of the old town. - I really enjoyed my stay here. I'm a very simple traveler and don't need much in the way of amenities. For me, the room served it's purpose for the week I was there. It was perfect for one person. The bed was really comfortable for me. There was a nice view out onto the waterway and the street. It was a quiet location. Being on the 3rd floor, I didn't hear anything from the restaurant downstairs. The location was perfect, right in the old town. The room was clean when I arrived. There was a stove and refrigerator. The staff was quick to respond to all of my questions, and they were very friendly. I would stay here again. The price was hard to beat for that central location. I wished there was a microwave to reheat my food. Also, the parking was a bit far (about a 20 minute walk), but it did help me get my steps in.

• Saskia (6/5): Altstadt, niedriger Komfort, super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Super Lage, ausreichender Komfort bei niedrigen Ansprüchen. Minimale Küche. Äußerst wenig Platz im Bad. Während man auf der Toilette sitzt, stößt der linke Arm an das Waschbecken. Zusendung eines falschen Pins für den Schlüsselkasten. Ließ sich allerdings per Telefonanruf schnell klären. Ausblick nicht vorhanden, man schaut nur auf andere Hauswände, leicht erdrückendes Gefühl aber typisch Altstadt. Dafür natürlich mitten drin.
• Mareike (5/5): Schwierig... - Sehr zentrale Lage. S-Bahn ist in gut 3 Min. erreichbar. Schimmel im Bad. Es waren Haare im Bad, die nicht von mir waren. Der Mülleimer hat gestunken. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Die Treppe mit Koffer teils eine Zumutung. Das Bett zu weich. Die Kissen zu dünn.
• Kathryn (9/5): - Convenient location The microwave didn't work. Although there were 2 cooking rings, it seemed you could only use one at a time. There was a table and chairs but no comfortable seating.
• Vagharshak (10/5): Excellent location, good place to stay in Freiburg - It is difficult to imagine a better location. The apartment is right in the heart of Freiburg, surrounded by eateries, shops, and everything a traveler might need. Tram stops are nearby, the main square (Münsterplatz) is just a 5-minute walk, Schlossberg mountain and the funicular are close, and the main train station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot or just 2 tram stops away. The apartment itself is not a 5-star accommodation, but it is functional and well-equipped with an electric kettle, microwave, stovetop, fridge, coffee machine, and good-quality kitchen utensils. Self check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. Overall, a very convenient place to stay in Freiburg if you value location and functionality. The toilet space is quite limited, ceilings are low, and the wooden staircase to the second floor is narrow and not very comfortable.

• Camila Irene (7/5): Muy bien - Excelente ubicación! Muy lindo departamento, limpio y funcional Yo ya sabía que las escaleras eran empinadas. Me tocó en tercer piso y era complicado moverse conssdos valijas. Por otro lado, sería bueno que cada departamento tuviera un código de seguridad (llave electrónica). Finalmente, sería muy útil que entre la puerta de la calle y la puerta de las escaleras hubiera un interruptor para la luz.

• Irene (5/5): Wenn das schlecht Bett noch gewesen wär, schöner Urlsub trotz z, T. liebloser Ausstattung, der alte Kleiderschrank war s - Super Lage, im Prinzip war alles da und ausreichend aber …….. 1,40m für 2 Erwachsene (ohne Übergewicht) Katastrophe Duscheinstieg, sehr eng und nichts zum Festhalten. Etwas schmuddelig besonders der Kühlschrank außen oben , 1 Kochtopf angebrannt wacklige Türen, Eingangstür schloss nicht richtig.

• KARTHI (6/5): Great Location, Clean, but Overpriced with sub par facilities for the price. - Great Location, Clean Quite expensive for the Facilities provided. The Apartment is approaching Hotel Pricing but without perks of a Hotel. There are better places to stay, for the same price.
• Martin (7/5): Good - Ideal location (provided you have no mobility issues) Check-in instructions clear The bathroom all worked OK The communication from the off-site staff was rather limited The apartment and the public areas were rather tired - scuffed paint, old, random, rather limited equipment in the kitchen (I didn't use it) It was rather expensive for what it was - I think prices were high as it was a busy weekend in Freiburg
• Kuura (8/5): Very good - The location was amazing. The apartment was small and cute, tidy, and well maintained. The Spanish restaurant downstairs was barely audible in the evening. The air circulation in the bathroom could have been more efficient. The room remained damp for a rather long time after showering.
• Michael (7/5): Great location but facilities limited and no service provided. - The view was good and the room was light and airy. We had an acceptable fridge. The bathroom had plenty of storage space. No street traffic outside. Location was central for shopping and access to train and tram and buses. We never had any personal contact with the owner. The apartment was also never serviced during our 6 day stay. The shower had a very tight entry which made life difficult. Very limited hanging space. We even had a wardrobe but it only provided shelving. The room should have had a microwave. There also needed to be a kitchen sink plug. We found their instructions for cleaning up the room prior to leaving somewhat over zealous.

The apartment itself was small, but clean and well-equipped, making it a comfortable and cozy retreat.
• Thomasson (7/5): Good - The location was great. the management got back to us pretty quick. Thanks for that. We did not know we could ask for trash to be taken out or clean towels. We had not fan, and no A/C of course. We borrowed a fan and clean towels from a friend. When we asked for clean towels, they brought hand towels. There was only a partial roll of paper towels there and we ran out. The fridge froze everything we put in it. Thank goodness the wine bar downstairs was closed most of the time we were there. It was really loud...... The stove is old and the controls are a bit unclear. BE careful!!!
• Barbara (4/5): I think this flat is only for a healthy young person, with small backpack and with few expectation. - The location was great for exploring the city. There were no information how very uncomfortable are the stairs, so narrow and steep. Without help from a stranger man I have asked on the street I was not be able to climb on the third floor with my suitcase. On top of this, during five nights I spent there, there was no lights on one level of the stairs. The table is scratched and stained, there were no wardrobe, I had to hang my dresses on the hooks on the door, no cleaning during 5 days. The roller blinds are poor, the light of early sun woke me up.

• Torsten2023 (9/5): Superb - The place is at a very good and safe location in Old Town Freiburg. Conveniently reached by tram from Freiburg central train station (Two stops, 5min walk). Easy walk to beer gardens, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The check in process was very easy and flexible since you retrieve your key via a code from a key box.The rooms are small but clean and functional with a little kitchenette. It was very quiet, the hotel is at a little creek to the backside of the busier shopping and dining streets. There is no elevator and the steps up to the room are steep and somewhat tight. Having a room on the upper floors with heavy luggage could get interesting.
• Kateryna (7/5): good place for a short stay - excellent location, 10-15 minutes from Rewe, Aldi, it was quiet at night, the mattress was comfortable ,check in and check out was fast and without any problem, public transport stops 5 minutes away my room was on the top 3rd floor: the stairs are very narrow and going up and down with suitcases is very difficult, there was practically no Wi-Fi in my room and I had to use my mobile Internet for 10 days, there was no cleaning for 10 days, the trash was taken out and the towels were changed once after a week of stay. condition of the room, furniture, bathroom - needs repair and replacement. I advise everyone to bring their own pillow if possible, because a standard pillow is very uncomfortable. There was no washing machine or opportunity to wash clothes
• Krupp (10/5): Exceptional - Insane Location. Entrance looks weird in the beginning, but it's totally fine. Perfect for exploring Freiburg or conferences. Good and quiet rooms. Clean and easy to access. You have no breakfast or room service, but for the price perfect. I don't need extra cleaning. So you don't meet any of the staff. Stairs are not suited for elderly people or large luggage. So very good for younger people.

• Germishuys (10/5): Super! - Really great location, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops nearby, so it was easy to sight see on foot, and I enjoyed walking, so it was a perfect fit for me. Would definitely recommend it. Very steep stairs, but it warms you up during the winter months and it makes for some great exercise 👍

A tv, a bathroom with a good shower, towels, clean sheets. Dominik also provided very clear instructions for accessing the property. The stairs were harsh on my knees.

• Romeo (8/5): Freibourg im Breisgau - a very beautiful town ! - Very good communication for picking up the keys. Great location of the appartament, right in the historic center of the city. The kitchenette had the necessary equipment. The location of the bed under a sloping ceiling makes it very uncomfortable.

You can walk to all the main attractions easily. Great value for money The door lock is bit tight and it would have been better if it was fixed for a smooth operation.
