• Arijit (8/5): Good stay - More or less we liked everything including the cakes, sweets and water which were placed in the room. The helpfulness of the host, location, cleanliness, etc. The bathroom was not getting heated. The quality of the blankets can be better.

Если бyдeт сетки на окна, обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле - Завтрак в отеле не подается, так как созданы все условия для приготовления еды в номерах. Поскольку окна в номере не были оснащены сетками, комары, которые проникали в комнату, доставляли нам огромное удовольствие. Они также не давали нам спать по ночам.

• Cansel (8/5): Güzel ve eğlenceli. - Konumu güzel ve çalışanlar çok kibardı.Hemen altta market ,bar ve yakınlarda restoranlar var. Ağaçlarla kaplı binalara çok yakın(Bosco Verticale) Asansörü dardı ve yataklar daha iyi olabilirdi.
• Anna (6/5): - Very well working and clean bathroom. It felt very new or atleast recently renovated. The size of the room and the bed was very good, and the airconditioning was excellent. Staff was super pleasant and helpful. Public transportation was close and easy to manage. The kitchen didn't have some basics. For example we didn't have trash bags or any cleaning supplies, even though the cleaning is the guest's responsibility. If you set off the fire alarm, you have to pay extra fees for that. And that becomes a problem when you have to cook, because the cooker hood doesn't work.

• Marwan (10/5): Exceptional - The room are huge, the assistance from the staff are exceptional, Manuela & Mela really help us alot on going around the city. The proximity to the city center for us are just walking distance away.

• Nurzhamal (9/5): Good apartments with nice look on the beauty of Milan - The best part about the hotel was the abundance of space in the apaprtments. The other good thing was the location of the apartments. All of the key stores and restaurants were always nearby. The autobus stations was either quite close. The table was shaking any time we were using it. The absence of cleaning materials was not that convenient to maintain the kitchen space. The last problem was the lack of mosquito net for the windows.

The accommodation is a good size, value for money and clean. Easy to get around on trains and trams once we worked them out. Train 10 minute walk and trams stop by door. Little dated

• Mustafa (2/5): Good location but not much comfortable. - I like the location of the property because its near to center and other best places. Its not much comfortable because of city sound coming from the windows and the beds are uncomfortable, makes sound.
• Ruben (8/5): Spacious rooms and comfortable stay close to all amenities - Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Close to many amenities. Very easy access to tram, metro and trains. Very good ice cream shop opposite. Supermarkets next door and good cafes and restaurants around. Staff was very helpful especially Mela ( thank you). Beds were slightly creaky but fixed promptly when we mentioned it.
• Petra (10/5): Fantastic accomodation near the centre of Milan - Well-equipped accomodation in the close vicinity of the center. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we could even chech-in earlier than expected, which was very convenient as our plane arrived in the morning. The room was spacious enough for 3 people and was very clean. Would highly recommend! Everything was great. The only thing I would recommend is to provide dishsoap for washing the plates/cups. But overall, it wasn't a big deal.

• Anonymous (9/5): It’s close to the metro and train stations and easy to walk to many places around. - The room was spacious for a family of five which included three adults and two children under the age of 2. It was clean, there were enough beds and a crib was given to us. There was cooling utensils and cutlery provided and a table for eating. I didn’t like the beds as they were quite uncomfortable for my back.

• Ewa (9/5): Exceptional service, very nice stuff, clean and comfortable stay! - The property had a possibility of checking-in without supervision of the stuff, which was perfect for our late arrival. The building have an elevator so we didn’t have to struggle to move all the luggage to the 4th floor. We got very positively surprised about how clean and neat the apartment was. The stuff was exceptionally nice and helpful. We got second key for higher comfort and we were allowed for very late check-out, saving us from roaming around a city with bags while waiting for return flight.
