• Iordanis (6/5): - Clean, well located, very kind and helpful staff We stayed for 5 days and there was no cleaning facilities. Towels weren’t changed at all, no new shampoos or toiletries, reception closed the weekend so we could not asked for them.

Dla rodziny z 1 dzieckiem fajne rozwiązanie - wygodne dwie sypialnie, aneks kuchenny z wyposażeniem (naczynia, garnki, czajnik, ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami, mikrofala), pralka, suszarka do bielizny, nawet płyn do mycia naczyń i ściereczka, tabletki do zmywarki i do pralki, osobne ręczniki na basen. Nie ma klasycznej klimatyzacji - tylko chłodzona podłoga. Prysznic w łazience jest dosyć mały - dla osób normalnej budowy i przeciętnego wzrostu. Wysocy, dobrze zbudowani Panowie mogą się nie zmieścić. Przydałoby się lekkie odświeżenie ścian, usunięcie przecieków w kabinie prysznicowej.

Quelques petits détails mais rien de gênant. Le canapé, la méridienne était casée mais utilisable. La porte de la douche qui était dégondée. Mais rien de bien grave.

• Jasmin (6/5): - Our apartment was really big. The bed was comfortable. The wellness area and gym are really nice. Good location. Easy check in process and we were allowed to check in early. Staff was available for questions. The apartment looked different to the photos provided on booking: It was very sterile, zero decoration, no bedside lamp, really glaring light, not very cozy. The wellness area was reserved for a private event one of the evenings we stayed which was a bit unfortunate. Some amenities would need some fixing (e.g., the shower). The wellness area wasn't cleaned daily.

• Shannon (9/5): Great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing - Attentive staff, easy checkin, close to transportation. Beds were comfortable, nice size kitchen. The space heater else’s nice to help line dry laundry on our short stay. The balcony is very small but a great view of the street and sunset. The spa is beautiful. The window did not close all the way (our stay was Mar 18-21) so you could hear the traffics and noise from bars down below. One of the saunas did not work. The hot tub was cold and the pool is very cold. It is unclear where to fill up the water kettle for hot tea in the wellness lounge. But the spa was beautiful.

Cozinha funcional, somente o exaustor não estava ligando, mas não foi um problema.. O aquecedor tem um máximo de 23 graus. Pensei que seria insuficiente, mas ficou confortável. Chuveiro bom, maquina de lavar, nao seca, mas tinha varal e com aquecedor tudo secava enquanto estávamos passeando. A piscina, sauna e academia são boas, mas não tivemos tempo de usar. Farmácia ao lado e carrefour express bem próximo. Valeu muito a pena e não teria problema em me hospedar novamente neste apartamento. Um pouco de barulho do bonde que passa em frente

• Adam (10/5): Excellent comfortable apartment with great amenities and perfectly located in Milan - The 2 bed flat was a great size - even the "single bed" was actually a small double which was a nice surprise - the bed were comfortable too. Bathroom and kitchen were very well kitted out and of course having the pool and sauna in the basement was the icing on the cake. If I even come back to milan ill be staying here again! Also for transport links to the rest of the city, you are a 7 min walk to Garibaldi station which has multiple lines running and can get you everywhere - recommended. Also shout out to the staff on reception they were very friendly and helpful - thank you! there was nothing I didn't like about this place

• Cornelia (10/5): Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung - Der sehr freundliche Service, die Sauberkeit, die Sicherheit, der außergewöhnlich gute Wellnessbereich Die Wohnung hätte etwas gemütlicher sein können, zum Sitzen gab es nur drei sehr ungemütliche Stühle, hier könnte man überlegen, vielleicht zwei Sessel anzubieten. Auch finde ich es schade, dass die Rezeption am Sonntag nicht besetzt ist, so waren wir gezwungen, unser Gepäck am Bahnhof einzulagern, mit Kosten von 36 € hat es den Urlaub dann doch etwas verteuert.

• Christoph (10/5): Tolles Appartement mit Pool und sehr freundlichem Personal - Geräumiges Appartement, sehr sauber und angenehme Betten. WLAN funktioniert gut. Extrem freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Schöner Pool/Sauna/Relax-Bereich und kleiner Fitnessraum. Auch die Zimmer auf die Straße hinaus sind ruhig. Lage wenige Schritte von Stazione Porta Garibaldi sowie Monumentale (M5) entfernt, Chinatown einmal über die Straße. Brera, City und Isola zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 15min).

• REGIS (9/5): Belle résidence confortable à milan - Tres bel appartement confortable avec 2 chambres (1 avec un très grand lit et 1 avec un petit lit). Lave vaisselle, lave linge, four et piscine dans la résidence sont un vrai plus. À 10mn à pieds de la gare Garibaldi. Supermarché carrefour bien achalandé au bout de la rue avec de bonnes charcuteries italiennes à la coupe. L’appartement donnait sur la route principale ce qui a occasionné beaucoup de bruit la nuit (voitures et tramways). D’autres appartements plus à l’écart sont sans doute moins bruyants. Mais avec des boules quies pas de souci malgré tout. Si vous voulez tout faire à pieds, Il faut quand même compter 40 à 45 minutes de marche pour arriver au cœur de Milan (scala, duomo).

Few times had a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom and the drain in the shower couldn't take the water away quick enough so ended up flooding the bathroom, location isn't great as the tram line runs straight past the window 24/7 pretty much shakes the place !

• Paula Galvin (4/5): Disappointing! - It was quite central.There was a washing machine which was handy after 2 weeks of travelling! It was small, beds were not very comfortable and bed linen was poor quality. When I went for a swim , there were lessons on so I could not use it, and the saunas and jacuzzis were cold!

• Shuen (9/5): Great pool and great location. - The salt water pool is excellent. Close to China town and love the food there.
• Kristina (7/5): Lieblos und nicht geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt - Die Lage ist wirklich super, mehrere Tramhaltestellen befinden sich direkt ums Haus, sodass man überall schnell hinkommt. Auch der Wellness- und Fitnessbereich sind top. Im Badezimmer lagen zwei Waschmaschinetabs und Reinigungsutensilien bereit, ausserdem gab es Kaffeekapseln und die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck unter der Woche zwischenzulagern – das war sehr praktisch. Leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. Die Kissen- und Duvetbezüge rochen unangenehm, sodass wir die Kissen nicht nutzen konnten. Nach kurzem Barfusslaufen waren die Füsse schwarz, was auf eine unzureichende Reinigung hinweist. Das Geschirr und Besteck war sehr knapp bemessen (je 3–4 Stück für 3 Personen), wodurch Kochen kaum möglich war. Der Dampfabzug funktionierte nicht, das Badezimmer ist winzig und bietet wenig Platz zum Stehen (keine Rede von mehreren Personen im selben Raum). Zudem wirken die Möbel sehr billig und wenig einladend, und selbst die Bilder an der Wand hingen schief – insgesamt macht die Unterkunft einen eher lieblosen Eindruck.
