Небольшая комната с маленькой кухней, есть стиральная машина что очень удобно, чистое постельное белье, ванная хотя и маленькая, но в принципе удобная. Нормально

• Payin (6/5): Room was not what was expecting but a great location situated close to the train station. - The location was great - a short walk to the train station, with several restaurants, convenience stores, and a grocery store nearby. Having access to a laundry machine in the room was perfection. The drying function on the washer wasn’t that effective for me, however there is a drying rack provided and placing that in the bathroom and turning on the “drying” function in the bathroom worked very well. Checking in and out was easy - I used the mobile option to complete my check in on the phone while I was sightseeing in the city. The room I received did not match the images pictured - that was disappointing. The configuration was different and the beds were mattresses on the ground. I hope accurate room photos are posted in the future so customers can make informed decisions. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired - there was a sink over the toilet in the bathroom and a faucet in the kitchenette that needed cleaning, and dust on top of the fridge. There are 3 plugs available- ok if you don’t need to charge many devices; if you do, I recommend bringing some kind of power bar or hub to charge multiple devices. Some outlets were in hard to access locations.

• Phetprada Jack (10/5): Everything just went well staying there, thank you! - The place was clean, affordable and staff were easy to contact and very accommodating with my situation - in future for myself I will need to keep an eye out for any places that are unman if you need to send luggage to a hotel Location was perfect- Yamato, family mart and many restaurants around the corner No issues.

• iraia (1/5): FATAL - Cerca del metro. Era enano, la disposición de la habitación no te dejaba caminar ni poner la maleta en ningún sitio, no te cambian toallas ni nada, no hay NADIE nunca, el peor sitio de todos los hoteles que he estado en Japón.

• Carolina (10/5): Muy buena opción - Muy cómoda la habitación. Contaba con una pequeña cocina (con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios) y lavadora. El baño también muy cómodo y completo. La cama también era muy cómoda. La habitación en general era bastante espaciosa en comparación a otros alojamientos en Tokio. Si bien no tuvimos interacción con personal de servicio, no fue necesario, ya que todo era claro y sencillo de usar. Cuenta con ascensor, por lo cual no es difícil mover grandes maletas. El barrio es tranquilo, hay restaurantes cerca y la estación de metro esta bastante cerca. Definitivamente volvería.

• KOGANEMARU (9/5): - ホテルの部屋というより、アパートの部屋という感じの広い部屋でIHクッキングヒーターの横に手洗い場のミニキッチンがあり、風呂とトイレは別々で、洗濯機も完備されており とても快適なホテルでした。 スタッフがいないタブレットでのチェックインなので最初やり方がわからず苦戦した。事前にスマホでチェックインもできるのでスマホでやることをオススメする。

• Chiangsheng (10/5): - 地點非常好的全套公寓，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，搭電車只離品川站一站之隔，去哪裡都相當方便，住處附近有大型超市，房間有全套廚房，含微波爐，IH電磁爐，完整鍋具、鍋鏟、餐具杯盤碗叉子筷子...洗衣機還有附洗衣精，而且浴室有暖房及乾燥設備，可以當烘衣機，洗的衣服再多一個晚上一定會乾！

• SAKI (8/5): - 同価格帯の部屋より広いです。洗濯機とアイロンもありました。お風呂とトイレが別です。チェックインは複雑でしたがタブレット操作にネイティブであれば許容範囲内です。シンクと洗剤と食器洗いがセットであったので、コップなど改めて個人的に洗えたのが安心でした。（潔癖なので） 2泊しましたがアメニティは1日分のみの提供です。コンセントが少ないのと位置が微妙なので延長コードの持参をオススメします。お湯周りが少し複雑なので着いたら調べた方が良いです。 色々書きましたが価格を考えると許容範囲内なのでそこまで身構えなくても大丈夫です。いい宿でした。

La literie n'était pas d'un grand confort De plus nous avions un bruit constant et plutôt élevé de ventilation contre la fenêtre (et non ce n'était pas la climatisation nous ne l'avons pas activé)

• YIHSUAN (9/5): 很棒的住宿!!! - 地點位置極佳，位於JR大井町站附近，周邊也有百貨與超市方便購物。車站與羽田機場之間也有接駁巴士進出十分方便。 住宿房間內設備齊全，電熱水器熱水溫度與水量也很優秀。浴室同時有乾燥機能，足以烘乾洗好的衣服。 入住時會有額外一筆押金，對於非雙卡、非ESIM使用者可能需要額外換卡開啟漫遊來接收信用卡的安全性驗證通知，稍嫌不便。(此狀況依照每個人實際情形而有所不同)
