• Jeremy (9/5): Well located once you find it. Huge rooms compared to other Japanese hotels. - Great location once we found it. In between Shinsekai and Dotonburi. Too be clear it appears to be apartments that have been converted to a hotel but it has limited services (no restaurant or bar for example) but on the positive why would you want to eat at the hotel when there’s so much great food on offer nearby. And the rooms are huge with a washer dryer in the bathroom. I was sent an email with an address to search for in Google maps. This took us to a completely wrong place. We phoned the hotel and they WhatsApped us a link which took us to the door. The hotel doesn’t have a public bath though it is quite close to the large public baths.

• Yi Chieh (9/5): 整體而言住宿房間大、舒適、房內安靜、周遭社區街道也很寧靜，轉角就有超商很方便，有一間超市走路5分鐘左右，營業到晚上十二點 - 房間非常大，很舒適，浴室設備完善，水壓也很足夠，有鍋碗瓢盆還有餐具、刀具，冰箱是中型的，住宿環境很安靜，房間也聽不到什麼雜音覺得隔音不錯👌原以為是自助式，但櫃檯管理人員24小時都有人在（仍有門禁時間要輸密碼），是讓人感到安心的住宿✨ 房門鎖是很安全，但走道看過去搭配又黑又重的門，視覺上…有點沈重…🤣（像監獄…） 然後電梯只有一台，又很慢。 距離市中心需轉車比較多次，或是要從遠一點的站走久一點點的路（16分鐘）

Режим сушки в стиралке работал странно, вещи все равно оставались влажными и приходилось их досушивать отдельно.

La laveuse était appréciée et lit était très confortable (lit King. Immense chambre pour le Japon. Il ne s’agit pas d’un appartement de luxe avec des services, mais nous le savions de précédents commentaires donc nous n’avons pas été déçu.

• 小池 (9/5): - マンションタイプのホテルですが、フロントにスタッフがいるので安心します。 部屋も広く快適で、風呂、トイレは別々でまたドラム式洗濯機が完備。車で来ましたが台数限定ですが駐車場ありました。歩いて通天閣や新世界、頑張ればあべのハルカスまで歩いていける距離。隣にコンビニ、近くにドラッグストアもあり立地も良し。歩いて５分ぐらいで大阪メトロ恵美須駅も近くにあるので電車移動も楽です。かなり良かったです。また泊まりたいです。 アメニティにボディスポンジが欲しかったです。

The nearest metro station didn't have a direct link straight to Shin-Osaka, so we just walked to Namba Station instead.

I had a fantastic experience, with many lovely restaurants nearby and a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which made the stay even more convenient. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally kind, understanding, and welcoming. As a solo traveller, I truly appreciated how caring and attentive they were to my needs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Osaka!

• I C (8/5): Keurig, vriendelijk en ruim. Meer een appartement met receptie dan eern hotel. - Het was een ruime kamer, stil (van buiten, de airco en koelkast hoorde je wel goed, maar niet storend). Grote koelkast, knusse badkamer en wasmachine. Locatie was verrassend goed, misschien een beetje een donker achterafstraatje maar dicht bij de metro en dichtbij veel faciliteiten en een leuke wijk. Het is geen hoge klasse full service hotel, maar voor de prijs mag je dat denk ik ook niet verwachten. Meer een een degelijk appartement met een vriendelijke receptie. Er waren geurstokjes op de kamer, daar ben ik niet zo van dus die heb ik buiten gezet. Het bed was hard (dat vond ik wel fijn maar mijn vrouw niet). De galerij en de voordeur zijn wat donker en industrieel. Doet een beetje gek aan.

Moreover, they don’t offer baggage shipping service nor is room cleaning done every day. You get one room cleaning service every three days which also has to be booked in advance (it’s not by default). You also do not get tea/coffee sachets - you have to buy your own.

• Sue (9/5): Comfortable, spacious, great location. - The location is great with numerous train lines an easy walk, even for us 50-60 year olds. The staff are amazing & so helpful. The apartment is spacious with everything you need. Highly recommend staying here. Nothing. Everything was fantastic. We had 2 units & all 4 of us agreed that it was amazing. Good restaurants nearby etc.

Walking distance to 2 metro stations if you don’t mind walking 10-15 min. Life supermarket 5 min walk away was the highlight, you find anything there including ready made food, fresh fruit and vegetables, real supermarket where locals shop. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nothing really, it was as expected and great value for money

• Haritha (10/5): Ideal hub location for long stays - Stayed in a standard twin room and loved the space! Room had a nice usable balcony, gas stove and washing machine/dryer (combo). Room also had blackout curtains! Loved having staff on location to address any doubts, arrange cleaning days and store luggage. The apartment hotel is located in a very convenient location, with Ebisucho station within walking distance, many convenience stores, eateries like CocoCurry & Sukiya, LIFE Supermarket for groceries. This accommodation is ideal for families or couples who want to have a comfortable long stay, in a nice location next to transportation options. Ideal hub location, especially if you are planning to take frequent trips to Kyoto, the hankyu line towards Kyoto-kawaramachi also runs through Ebisucho and you can reach Kyoto within 1-1.5hrs via train. We stayed 2 weeks here, and honestly this place made us felt as if we LIVED in Osaka not just visited it. This is the first place in Japan or anywhere else where I felt sad to check out of here, and now we compare every accommodation we stay in Japan with this one! The electrical plugs near one of the bedside tables very faulty and was working intermittently on one side. Turns out after some investigation, the power supply was coming from the other side of the room (from the left side of balcony) to the beds via 2-3 long inter connected extension cords! And the extension plug connection was very flimsy so that’s why the bedside plugs weren’t working when the beds were moved slightly during the cleaning days. It wasn’t a big deal after fixing the issue, but making bedside plugs more permanent it would be great!

• Silke (9/5): - Ein Highlight war die Waschmaschine, die die Wäscheladung in unter 3 Stunden wusch und trocknete. Das Personal war konnte sehr gut Englisch. Die Reinigung wurde auf Wunsch vorgenommen, die Zeiten waren dann sehr Touristen- freundlich. Da wir keine Ahnung vom Gepäcktransport hatten, wurde uns erstmal der Ablauf erklärt. Später wurden wir mit schon ausgefüllten Transportzetteln überrascht. So blieb uns nur noch, die Zettel zum 7eleven nebenan zu rollern. Dieser Laden war das i- Tüpfelchen des Hotels. Die Küchenausstattung war hinsichtlich Geschirr echt dürftig. Vier große flache Teller, zwei Tassen, vier Gläser (incl. Bad) und vier winzige Kompott- Schälchen. Alles wurde mit einem Schwamm abgewaschen, aber wie getrocknet? Nicht mal eine Misosuppe hätten wir zubereiten können. Wir mussten also Suppen- bzw. Müslischalen und Diverses ergänzen und haben es auch gleich dagelassen. Gut, dass wir uns diese Wohnung zu zweit gegönnt haben, wodurch es schon ging.

The washing machine with dryer in the room was super convenient and we managed to wash our clothes even during just one night stay. Easy checkin, allowed to store luggage both before and after stay. It’s a massive property but there’s only one lift. During checkout time everyone was trying to get down with their luggage but wouldn’t fit in the lift and had to wait for a long time. No toilet on reception level to use before checkin/after checkout

• martatozzi (10/5): - Everything. The hotel is like a condo with reception on the ground floor very spacious and warm. I chose it because the car park was free of charge and after two weeks with a rental car in Japan I can guarantee that it's not always the case. Some hotels still charge to use the hotel car park. Only about 8/9 spaces available. Not sure what happens if it's full. The car park is just on the two sides of the building, very convenient. The place was huge. We booked a twin room and there was so much space. The balcony facing the itachi tower was great providing natural light and fresh air. The room was very clean and if you stay 3 nights or more you can have it clean if you book the clean one day before. We stayed 3 nights and they provided double pajamas and towels. The little kitchen with microwave and the washing machine to wash the clothes was also why we booked the property. It has everything you need if you stay a few nights. Also 100 metres away there is a convenience store and a drug store. In less than 5 minutes walking there is a grocery supermarket and a play area for kids, because the building is located in a more residential area. So great if you have kids and need to buy more proper food or let them have some time playing. The hotel is a walking distance from the Hitachi tower and the shinsekai market but also the zoo and the keitakuen park area. We went there on Sunday and there were a lot of stalls selling artesian products and street food. It was busy with people having a pic nic on the grass with the family. The nearby station is also less than 5 minutes walking and it's a sakaisuji line. We didn't use any public transport because we walked and went to the places nearby listed above as it wasn't the first time in osaka. Nothing
