Geen goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding - De binnentuin als je door de poort komt Poort om complex binnen te komen viel niet terug in het slot. 9 uur s’avonds; eigenaren waren niet bereikbaar. Uiteindelijk wel bericht terug, we moesten met een sleutel de poort dicht doen. Slot naar onze kamer ging ook niet volledig dicht (1 van de 2 sloten niet). Badkamer was niet fris, wc stonk enorm. Badkamer ook niet schoon.

• Susanna (6/5): Cozy, safe stay with good facilities – some clarity needed on AC and internet - Very homey and welcoming place. I stayed in a ground-floor room (Room 3) with direct access to a small garden area with a hammock and chairs, which was a nice bonus. The apartment felt safe, with a coded main entrance plus both a security lock and a standard lock on the apartment door. Air conditioning works, and I received help with the AC when needed. A very kind staff member also helped by taking out the trash. Cleaning is provided every other day. The apartment is well equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer, and a water dispenser located between the room and the exit, which is practical for longer stays. The location is good. It is about a 10-minute walk to Las Américas and around 15 minutes to Chedraui for groceries. I had lunch and dinner at Los Mero’s de Jalisco nearby – excellent food and only a 2-minute walk away. Overall, this is a comfortable place well suited for longer stay The internet connection is unstable. Good speed is possible if you get access to 5G, but the setup can be a bit complicated if you are not familiar with networking. They use TP-Link to extend coverage, and switching between connections may be confusing. When ordering via Uber Eats, I found it worked best when connected through Proton VPN (Mexico). More clear information about the air conditioning would be helpful. The default setting of 27°C is too warm for me, and mosquitoes tend to thrive at that temperature.

NOTHING Neighborhood.. staff was constantly observing me and causing constant noises, they had people driving around the neighborhood and following me throughout cancun. Some even ended up coming into the apartment building because they disabled the keypad so anyone could come inside. For 2-3 days I was stalked, followed and gangstalked. Even my security guard from isla Azul was at the property when he never even worked there before! They had took a motorbike from one of the rooms which is insane because I've been coming to this building for years and never saw them once. YouTube has all of the cancun video in real time as Heirs of Great Germany check out my livestream videos 2 weeks ago or so. I will never come back to this property and you criminals will be punished for your wickedness and already have. They thought they could have made me quit but it never happened. I even told the property people were harassing me and they did nothing. Shows how they participated in it! Don't stay here if you are high frequency or highly spiritual.

Die Unterkunft hätte etwas sauberer sein können und die Matratze war schon recht durchgelegen.

In cucina c'è l'essenziale per cucinarsi qualcosa. La zona è fornita di supermercati a circa 1km (walmart e las americas centro commerciale). L'intera struttura ha pareti sottili, si sentono facilmente rumori. Tuttavia, il quartiere è molto tranquillo e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi durante la notte.

• Luis (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the location, the room and the bed were quite nice too. the staff was quite attentive too. The neighborhood is quite noisy at night and quite noisy in the morning too. I would recommend bringing earplugs. The shower could use a shower curtain.
• H (10/5): Exceptional - I like how private the property was, it was very cozy and intimate. I like that it wasn't in a touristy area they was giving neighborhood vibes. I found a bicycle shop a few blocks away save money on Ubers. There is coffee shops in the area if you take the back sidewalk behind the property it takes you to the main street where there are plenty of restaurants. There wasn't much I didn't like about this property it really meant expectations. If I had any feedback I would say water the plant on the patio. Make sure you know a little bit of Spanish because you are in a neighborhood.
• Leanna (9/5): Great location with hammocks! - This spot has a great location and lots of comfortable spots to come out of your room and read, work or chill. The terrace in the terrace king room was quite large and the chairs were comfy. As I was working remotely, it was really appreciated It would have been nice if the room had a fan along with the AC but as the ceiling was a little low I understand.

Barking dogs and sirens all day and all night. Room doors to other guests slam loudly and I could hear people talking inside their rooms easily

• Andria (10/5): Hidden Gem gets thumbs up. - We loved this hidden gem. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the whole apartment superceded our expecations. Also a great location with loads of eateries nearby, passing taxis. Coffee perculator, fridge and air con was the icing on the cake. Andria and Lewis. Putting loo paper in the bin, but experienced this when I lived in Greece so was cool with it.

• Aarin (1/5): If you value peace and quiet and staff that's respectful then don't stay here! - The bed and the kitchen of course. The whole stay. I ended up leaving early due to the annoying staff waiting outside my door in the shared space and was talking loud and playing music and singing and after staying here on and off almost 2 years they gave me a unit downstairs right by the noise! Then the next day there are people being loud upstairs and I had to turn up the TV loud to ignore the sounds of the staff being annoying and the people above me. Won't go back and shows how this place has declined like the rest of Mexico. I won't come back after 4 years of staying on and off in this country. The bathroom stank to high heaven due to the plumbing issues like all of Mexico (I've lived in CDMX and been to playa and other cities) so I had to keep the door closed. If you value your sleep and peace don't stay here.
• Natasha (1/5): not the best stay - The bed was comfortable. Water machine outside. The surrounding area is unsafe, its a derelict area with surrounding buildings, loud mornings with guest coming and going and gate bashing from 4am and early am music playing. Other stayers were lloud at 3,4 and 5am. The apartment is rough around the edges. No hot water to sink in apartment nor sink in bathroom. shower is only source, which did not work on arrival. There is a huge plumbing problem with sewage smells coming from the limescale shower and plug. the cleaning team put a cleaning solution there, but the smell was back the next day. I was unsafe on foot where I was travelling solo. The hot water was not working on arrival, plumbing problems and sewage smells occurred for 3 to 5 days due to an ajoined plumbing system which they say is sensitive and other guests blocked. My room was not clean on arrival, I asked for a further clean or floors mirror and shower and toilet. The apartment is in need of a major upgrade. There was live green mould growing in bathroom shower areas. I had to ask for limescale to be removed from my shower before use. Rusty toilet seat and toilet brush. No smoke detector in room or bathroom. health and safety issues for myself were a concern. The camera's do not work as I was locked out of the gate at 7am, with apartment key due to noise for over 2 hours. Nobody came to assist.
• Abderraouf (9/5): Just about everything was fantastic other than some minor privacy issues - - It was very clean - the facility was very nice aesthetically - everything worked - the staff was very responsive and helpful - check in and check out was smooth and easy - the location was great - the walls are very thin, so there isn’t too much privacy - I would prefer blinds so that we can maintain privacy in our room without having to shut out all of the light from outside
• Victoria (1/5): Bad - This used to be a place I loved to stay at, there were not issues like this before. I wonder if the management changed or it is only good for one night in the nice rooms (I had very short prior stays). I liked leaving to go to another hotel after fights outside my window, police breaking it up, drunk men calling me names, construction, ruining all of my clothing, refusing to put me in a safe room and refusing a refund for the last nights because obviously I left. I am a woman alone with limited Spanish in town, to do chemo. They knew this and leveraged it to take advantage going so far as changing my reservation on booking.com and then messaging me incessantly to accept the change. I don't speak Spanish and I did not know what I was approving. Did not occur to me that they would do me so dirty. Leaving is great. Don't go there. Especially if safety matters at all. This place was great until some issues popped up and were handled terribly. I was moved into the worst room in the place (pretty much in the lobby, ground floor) without understanding that they contacted booking.com and changed my reservation then had me approve it. A fight happened right outside my window then cops came and knocked on my window to give a statement (I had no idea what happened). Then two drunk guys were in the lobby and would not go to their room. I was called every name possible and threatened. Quiet hours start at 8pm so this went on for 5 HOURS and would not relent. I tried contacting the hosting company about both because I am now not feeling safe and no answer. I was told to deal with local police, which is entirely unfair considering I speak no Spanish and was there because I was sick seeing specialists. I told them the next day I wanted my room back to the original reservation and they refused. Told me to call booking.com. I have a foreign phone that was not working and I was in the middle of chemo. I begged. Nope. I booked a new hotel at that point, I was not safe as a woman alone. Came back and the Supervisor was waiting for me and said they had another room. After I booked a new lcocation because they refused. I was supposed to get my room cleaned twice - didn't happen (it is only every 5 days). There are no supplies. I had to buy sheets, towels, broom, cleaning supplies, TP. The dishes were filthy, I had to clean the entire room when I moved in. Then construction in the lobby started. They offered to do my laundry when I was sick to make up for forgetting to clean and literally all of my clothes are ruined. Whites are blue and darks are bleached. EVERYTHING. I left to my new hotel, obviously. They will not refund nor respond about all of my clothing being ruined. They took advantage of me not knowing Spanish to put me in the worst room. Making me move mid trip, and clean the room after I finished a session of chemo. RUN FAST AWAY!
• Victoria (10/5): I can't stop extending my stay! I love this place so much! - This is quickly becoming my second home! I became very sick and luckily ended up at a doctor here that is amazing. I am Canadian and our healthcare system is non-existent, so it was pretty scary initially here. The hosts helped me with probably the most laundry on Earth and were so accommodating, in every single way possible. It is stressful to be very sick, so having a great place to stay makes a world of difference. I have worked remotely without issue, wifi is flawless, it is clean (I have stayed at probably 12 other places in Cancun and there is usually: a bad smell of mold, crappy air con, no hot water and bugs/cockroaches, even at "nice" places. I have cooked in my room, with clean dishes, there is Uber eats and the clinic is 50 pesos and a 5 minute walk. This place rocks and I will be back, I am looking to start splitting my time between here and Canada! Do yourself a favor and book it - you won't regret it. Take the ferry to Isla Mujeres and head to North Beach for some private beach time. Two giant thumbs up!

• Pamela (10/5): Cosy place in the heart of Cancún 🥰 - The room was squeaky clean, and the facilities were up to standard, we loved how central the location was and the love to detail from entrance to rooms. They have good WiFi and offer a water dispenser in the hallway. Will definitely book again and save it in my favourites 🥰 I noticed there's no trash bin in the room besides the one in the bathroom.
• Raimonda (6/5): Host nice but apartment quite old - The host was nice and check in was smooth, they also allowed us in earlier. They also have drinking water to fill up. I have expected from the pictures that it is rather new and modern, however it is quite old. Also, there were ants. We bought a muffin and left on the kitchen counter in the evening and the next morning we had to throw it away because the bag was full of ants. I didn’t see them anywhere else before, only in the bag with muffin. When we opened the shelves in the kitchen, they also smelled bad.

I booked this property because it appeared they had reliable wifi… however the first day was very touch and go. But the second day was absolutely terrible. After struggling to get a reliable connection after 3 hours, with zero help from the hotel, I made the decision to leave and book a different hotel. The worst part is the staff said “they looked into it” and “no other guests were experiencing issues”. I find this hard to believe since I work in technology myself and it was very obvious the connection was terrible. The hotel also used microfiber bed sheets so sleeping was extremely hot and sweaty (despite blasting the A/C), scented toilet paper (ewww!), and an ant issue in the kitchen (not a big deal, but..). If you need/require reliable wifi avoid this place.
