The location was perfect, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Our host was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the trip. They gave great local recommendations and made check-in/out smooth and hassle-free. The amenities were a huge plus – from the maggie , Snacks to the comfortable bed to the fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning (which was a lifesaver in the heat!). Whether you're here for a short getaway or a longer vacation, this place is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Thailand! It will be great if they provide disposable toothbrush n Toothpaste!

We were satisfied with how clean the house was when we arrived. The host was friendly and contactable and allowed us an early check in as we had 4 toddlers and arrived on a morning flight. We appreciated that as well. There was ample seating room for large groups, my family of 5 adults + 4 toddlers enjoyed our stay there. It was easy to do laundry and our wet clothes dried quickly in the outdoor balcony area. Minor things which did not affect our overall stay by too much as we were out most of the day. - The fridge was not working, but the host immediately got it replaced the same day. - We saw 3 cockroaches throughout our 5 days stay. We spotted a dead one in the outdoor balcony area when hanging out laundry to dry (i think it came up from the pipes), we spotted another two in the kitchen (could have been our fault as we threw our food delivery packets into the kitchen bins and perhaps the smell attracted them). - It was challenging to keep the water only to the shower area when showering, as the space was not large.

To carry up your uggage was alittle bit difficult as there was no lift, just hav to b extra careful when going up/down with luggage..other than that..everything is good

- Sarah (8/5): Enjoyable for group stays - Large living room for communal activities, mineral water and Thai instant noodles provided for consumption. AC works well. Clean Beds were really hard and gave most of us backaches. Wifi was slow.

- Ka (8/5): Highly recommended - Very clean and comfortable residence. Had a pleasant stay. Very attentive and accommodating host, allowed us to check out late at 12pm. Free welcome snacks and drinking water provided which was very nice of them. Very close to an MRT station. Value for money. Please note that there'll be stairs to climb to get to the rooms. And the location is a bit far away from most main attractions, although it is very close to MRT station

- Roya (10/5): We were all so pleased with our stay, the host was very friendly, - The spacious house has all we needed, clean and well equipped. The cafe opposite the house was the highlight, we had breakfast there everyday. Access to the main landmarks and markets was over half hour drive, there wasn’t too much to do in immediate surroundings but grab is always the cheap and best option to go out and about.
