• Roger (9/5): I was there to watch Aston Villa win the Europa Cup, and this location was perfect. - The location was perfect, and great value for the clean spacious room. Friendly staff at the reception. I asked for milk to go with my coffee, but they said they don’t provide milk and I would have to go to the shop over the road to get some. The hairdryer didn’t work, so after a torrential downpour- I had to walk round in soggy trainers for days.

• Jacek (3/5): 2 stars hotel - Reception was 24/7 which was very convenient. Sometimes heating/AC didn't work... through whole night or during the day. Bed has some protective layer between matrace and bed sheet, bedsheets were coming off very easily... Bathroom ventilation was leaking with some brown liquid onto the floor, you could hear other very clearly in bathroom, shower head was broken. Wifi was off many times during the day and in the morning. Cleaning rooms was on special requests...

Brandlöcher im der Bettwäsche so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das zweite Zimmer genau gleich. Wir haben 3 Nächte für nichts bezahlt und direkt weiter in ein schönes Hotel. The location was good - very close to taksim square and not too far from metro. The room was nicely decorated, and comfortable. The shower pressure was a bit low but worked fine.

• Hooman (3/5): I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. - The only good thing about that hotel was that it was very empty, so we didn’t hear much noise. But then we realized that the reason it was empty wasn’t because it was good — it was because people simply didn’t choose to stay there. The things that were really bad about this hotel included the facilities that were supposed to be available in the rooms. The hairdryer, electrical appliances, and even the room sizes were not as advertised. Many of the items were broken, and the overall facilities were neither proper nor sufficient.

No light curtains only dark blinds. Slow and small elevator. No house keeping or hallway cleaning. A full garbage bin stayed 3 days on the hallway.

• Melez (6/5): Overall nice stay, only better cleaning routine - Friendly host, always there if you need them. Great location, close to busy area, but still quiet at nighttime. I think the property doesn’t deserve the rating it has currently. Rooms are dusty and cleaning isn’t done properly.

I would recomend this hotel. Even with 2 children it was very comfortable. Great bathroom. The view from the balcony. If you are looking for a nice view this is not for you.

Tekrar kalacağımız kesin Tesisin dışarıdan görünüşü çok salaş, eski ancak içi gayet temiz ve modern. Bu arada o bölgede bütün binalar dışarıdan aşağı yukarı aynı görünüyor.

• Raid (1/5): Systematic scam - Arrived 10 PM (booking confirmed and payed already), they claimed there was a water leak and they will re-locate us at a different hotel . The truth is they overbooked their rooms and tried to get rid of us (family of 4 with luggage) roaming the streets looking for a hotel. We were 4 people and they put us in a room for two around 12 am. Of course booking did not respond on time. Booking.com offered 7 euros after about 1 month of complaints.

The place is spacious and can easily accommodate three people, I mean family rooms. The cleanliness was average, but when I requested clean bed linens, my request was met quickly. The air conditioning was great and the staff were respectful. I don't regret choosing it, but I wished it had a beautiful view and an elevator inside. Its location is close to everything, the BIM and the market are on the same street. In general, it is good, but a bit old, but the price, in comparison to the service and location, I recommend it. I booked a room with a balcony, but the balcony was broken and had a broken emergency staircase inside, meaning I couldn't get out to it. It overlooked the skylight, not the street.

Spacious rooms, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, and cleanliness were maintained thoroughly. Don't forget to eat at Halil Usta near the hotel. Love from Pakistan!

One of the main reasons for its excellence was the reception team, who were fluent in English, Turkish, and Persian. Especially a receptionist named Amir, who was always helpful, kind, and truly outstanding in his service. If I ever visit the hotel again, I will choose this hotel again mainly because of its reception staff, especially Amir. I sincerely thank the hotel management for having such professional and dedicated employees.
