• David (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay. Riza was incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout. Would stay again! - The host was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The area around the apartment was very hilly with no pavements, which made pushing our elderly friend in a wheelchair difficult.

• Alvaro (10/5): Brand-new apartment in a futuristic building - Very modern, clean, and we'll equipped apartment in a space-era designed building of serviced apartments. The apartment felt as brand new. Very close, about 8 to 10 min walk, to Taksim Square. Inside the apartment, the room was very spacious, the bed was large and very comfortable and bathroom was ample and modern. Kitchen was well equipped and everything worked as it should. I definitely would stay again next time we come to Istambul. This is not a hotel, but a serviced apartments, so the reception is really the security office reception at the entrance of the building. The security guards are very courteous and helpful and point you to your property manager for further information. Make sure you have your translation app to hand.

The apartments are just lovely and so spacious!! Amenities were amazing too - gym and pool and saunas were great. Close to the convention center and the main street with shops. Highly recommended!

Кровать удобная, постельное белье приятное. Хозяин был на связи и быстро оказывал помощь. Все было отлично
• Adrian (9/5): - Personalul extraordinar, foarte săritor, si binevoitor sa te ajute sa te îndrume,,mi-a plăcut apartamentul, foarte curat . Singurul lucru care lăsa.de dorit sunt ușile de la balcoane ,dar probabil aici intervine un detaliu tehnic ,ușile nu închid cum ar trebui,usa nu culca pe toc ca sa formeze un un singur corp, izolarea fonica nu se produce . Se poate asculta toate rugăciunile, se pot auzi toate sirenele, si nu sunt puține dat fiind faptul ca e un oraș imens ,poți auzi liniștit si servisul auto de vis-a-vis si lista poate continua ....... ,Da pentru mine e importanta liniștea ca să ma pot odihni. Menționez ca nu o spun cu părere de rău in rest ca si hotel este super ,chiar ne-a plăcut nouă ca familie !!!

По маленькой улице вверх (будьте внимательны, улица с узкими тротуарами и ступеньками) и направо. Пешком удобно также добираться до улицы Истикляль, на Фуникулёре - до дворца Долмабахче и трамвайной остановки в сторону центра (Т1). Рядом много небольших магазинчиков со всем необходимым. Наверху удочки 2 обменника и автобусная остановка. В округе много хороших кафе. Рецепция 24/7. Мы прилетели поздно. И работник на рецепции помог заказать доставку еды. Все сотрудники вежливые и отзывчивые. В квартире очень уютно и она хорошо оснащена. Отличный напор воды в душе, есть работающий полотенцесушитель, 2 санузла и большой балкон. Вайфай работал отлично. Бассейн и сауны внизу в доступе. Мы 2 раза попали на пустой бассейн и с удовольствием там поплавали.

• Ivan (10/5): Great modern apartment in Instambul 10/10 - The apartment is very modern, clean and spacious with smart options for temperature, lights etc. Beds are very comfortable, there are seperate WC and Bathroom and very well equiped kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher and a large fridge. The building is new with 24h security desk and there is also a spa available. The location is great, 10 minutes from Taksim square and 5 mins from metro. The host Riza is very kind and helpful. Overall a great place to stay in Instambul, absolutely 10/10.

• Valeriya (10/5): Tolle, moderne Wohnung mit super Ausstattung - Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung. Alles ist modern und entspricht genau den Bildern. Ich war mit meinen beiden Kindern dort, und uns war besonders ein Swimmingpool wichtig, da sie gerne schwimmen – dieser war wirklich toll und sehr sauber. Auch die Sauna war ein großes Plus. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und viel Spaß. Absolut empfehlenswert! -

• Cristian (10/5): Best place in Istanbul - We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Everything was perfect: the apartment is beautiful, very clean, and fully equipped with a complete kitchen. The shared swimming pool and sauna were a great extra and made our stay even more enjoyable. The private parking was extremely helpful, especially because there is a direct elevator from the parking area to the apartment, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, only about 5 minutes walking distance to Taksim, yet quiet and comfortable. The host was amazing – very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We truly felt welcome. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again. The only small downside was that the swimming pool was open only until 7:00 PM. It would be even better if it were available until 10:00 PM, especially for guests who return later in the evening.

Parcare subterana, bucatarie complet utilata. in jurul cazarii sunt service-uri auto cu vopsitorie ceea ce face ca la iesirea din cladire sa miroasa permanent la vopsea (pe balcon nu se simte)

• Gabriela (9/5): Great accommodation for families or friends - The location is only 10 minutes from Taksim Square, surrounded by proper local dining, and opened by late, has excellent parking place, safe and security 24/7, it has its own pool. Everything was great. Mr. Risa offers a lot of information and answers promptly to any queries, advises about shopping areas, transportation, and nice places to be visiting. For sure I will recommend this accommodation all my friends are going to Istanbul.

• Maryam (10/5): اروع اقامة في اجمل سويت. - المكان واسع و نظيف جداً. الاستاذ رضا كان انسان روعه و متواجد دائماً و يلبي الطلبات خلال ثواني.هدوء جميل في المنطقة. لا تسمع اي صوت ازعاج نهائياً. قريب عله السوبرماركت و كل الاحتياجات قريبة جداً. مافي نفص نهائياً. المكان يقع في منحدر صعب علكبار السن الصعود و لكن في تاكسيات في حالة الاحتياج.

Intr-adevar, strada este ingusta si hotelul este pozitionat in panta, dar pe noi nu ne-a deranjat ca scopul calatoriei a fost sa ne plimbam cat putem de mult si am tot urcat si coborat pante pe unde am ,,colindat". Ni s-a solicitat o garantie cand ne-am cazat, dar am primit banii inapoi la check out, fara probleme.
