Kamil (8/5): I recommend it because it is a very good apartment but there are disadvantages. - We rented an apartment with a large terrace. Overall, we were very pleased, although there were a few downsides. It was clean, had a beautiful mountain view from the terrace (to the left, as there's another apartment building in front), a comfortable bed, and everything was as pictured and described, with one exception, but that's a downside. The biggest downside is that the amenities list soundproofing. The terrace door insulated the two rooms from the outside. However, the wall of the apartment next door was like paper. There was a finger-wide hole under the entrance door. All sounds from the hallway and the room next door could be heard in the morning as if they were overhead. If you like to sleep in until 12 o'clock and are a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend it.There's a very popular Irish pub nearby (which is actually really funny, since we've just come from Ireland). The party scene there is loud, but the atmosphere didn't bother us. I'd caution those who want to go to bed early. Just as far as the noise goes. One more thing about the electrics. I rarely used the kettle, but it tripped twice. It happened all over the building at once. And the hotplate also worked fine. I don't know if it was the Turkish numbers or a faulty display.Something was changing on one burner, but not the other. It took me a long time to understand it. Although I'm quite knowledgeable about such things. And one more thing: the room's lighting. A disaster. There's no main central lighting, just a lot of sidelights. I've written about the negatives, but there was one that really stood out. Overall, it was good. But when renting another apartment, I'd like to read every review in this style so I can get a subjective assessment before booking again.I'm writing this using Google Translate: sorry for any language errors. Rich (8/5): Clean, friendly, well run. - It was nice to have an apartment with a seperate sleeping area. It also had a kitchenette so we could prepare food although we ate out at local resteraunts quite a bit. Everything was in walking distance. A few minutes to the beach and Konaalti park. The Irish pub next door was excellent for a beer and fresh food. But it was quite noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. We asked to be moved to a room at the back of the hotel which was much quieter.

Jingtian (6/5): Amazing property, but misleading payment requirements - The property is clean and modern, with storng AC system. The beds were comfortable, and when we had an issue with the AC, the 24/7 recieption resolved it quickly. The pool is quite, clean and has nice sunbeds. The property advertised as pay at the property, but attempted to take payment before we arrived. Communication with them stated that their company policy require payment before hand, I insisted they stick to their advertised policy, and they eventually agreed after showing them my boarding pass to show I'm serious about the trip. The staff at the property were friendly and tried their best, but I don't think they should advertise pay at the property if that's not the case. Without this issue the rating would be 9/10

Diana (1/5): - Ни одного плюса в данном отеле я не увидела По чистоте: весь декор пыльный, везде разводы, грязный диван, стулья и т.д. Постельное чистое, хоть на этом спасибо. Стенки грязные, все пошарпано. Сам отель мрачный, очень мало света. Окна не закрыть, все сломано. Кондиционер толком не работает, видно, что его не обслуживают. Попросили переселить нас в другой номер, сказали, что свободных номеров нет. Также не удалось и выспаться. Рядом с отелем трехэтажный паб. Громкая музыка, шум, крики и ор до 3х часов ночи. При этом когда мы в 12 часов ночи стали задавать вопросы администратору, тот наврал, что паб работает до 1у ночи. Ну ладно, до часу потерпеть можно подумали мы. По итогу слушали гулянки до 3, только потом смогли уснуть.

JOKHAN UPGRADE OUR ROOM WITH KITCHEN AND BALCONY, HE ALLOWED US TO CHECKED-IN UPON ARRIVAL AT 9AM AND GIVE US LATE CHECK-OUT UNTIL 2;30 PM. HE IS A VERY KIND AND HELPFUL PERSON. HE ASSIST TO BOOK OUR 3 DAYS TOURS. THE LOCATION IS REALLY GOOD CLOSE TO ALL RESTURANT, BARS, STORE AND VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH AREA WHERE YOU CAN SIT AND WALK AND FEEL THE AIR FROM THE SEA. IN GENERAL , IT IS A SAFE PLACE TO STAY AND I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND TREND SUITE ANTALYA TO EVERYONE. WE REALLY ENJOY OUR STAY AND IF GOD'S PERMIT HOPING TO COMEBACK AGAIN.

Очень приветливый персонал! Апартаменты очень уютные с авторским дизайном! Бар под боком! С пятницы и все выходные громко играет музыка до 3-х ночи. И закрытые окна не помогают.

Spring (8/5): A tasteful accommodation, comfy and very caring personal. Recommended - Location and the rooms with balconies and terrace are amazing, especially on the third floor with amazing view of the mountains! The check in and check out, in general communication with the hotel stuff was smooth! People on reception were amazing: friendly, responsive to all requests and helpful with the private questions! Rooms are clean and cute design. We loved it! The stoves in the kitchen suites were not working well. We had difficulties to cook for more than 2p persons.

Unsere Bitte nach Kleiderbügeln wurde sofort erfüllt. Es war alles sauber. Privatsphäre wurde respektiert, danke dafür! Wir hatten ein Large-Appartement, welches sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet war, den Balkon haben wir täglich genutzt. Unser Dank gilt dem Reinigungspersonal! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

В номере много вариантов различных сценариев света - очень приятный момент. Всё работает как надо. до моря 10минут. рядом шумный паб если окна закрыть - норм, но я не могу спать с закрытыми окнами, поэтому мне мешало. А если б в номере была стиралка - это было б идеально)

Tatina (9/5): - El alojamiento era perfecto para pasar un par de días de playa con mi pareja, limpio, zona tranquila. Que tuviera persianas ya superó expectativas. Que la piscina cierre a las 5 la tarde, no da tiempo a disfrutarla si quieres ir a la playa y volver a darte un chapuzón.

В первый раз, три года назад, это был отличный чистый номер. Спустя три года, этого уже нет. 1. Имеется затохлось, свойственная номерам, в которых курили. 2. Пуфы с дырками от сигарет. 3. Диван грязный. 4. Сантехника уставшая, местами требующая ремонта. 5. в целом номер по чистоте на 3 из 5.

But everywhere is maintenance work. Irish pub next door is not loud. Staff is terrible if to be honest except one person. The hotel does not meet international service standards. Warm blankets were not provided despite the cool weather in October. Reception staff were unresponsive and declined to share their name when asked. Room lighting is inadequate, and toiletries are of very low quality. Basic amenities such as hangers and slippers are insufficient and poorly maintained.
Zoya_Sniper (10/5): - Очень чистый новый отель. Отдельное спасибо за удобный матрас и постельное белье. Есть отдельная комната для стирки и сушки вещей за доп.плату. Приветливый персонал. Брали номер с джакузи. Детям понравился бассейн при отеле, он небольшой, но очень уютный.
Svenja (7/5): - Wa gab direkt genügend Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft und die Lage war sehr gut. Das Zimmer sah auf den ersten Blick schön aus aber einige Steckdosen und Lampen haben nicht funktionniert. Das Badezimmer war nicht gerade sauber und die Terrassentür ging auch nicht zu.

Roman (8/5): Good value for money, good location. - Perfect location, not to busy and not to far away from the beach. Parking available right out of the door, however of you come late in the evening you might need to park on a different street. Welcoming staff, easy check in/out. Irish pub next door. Construction site next to the building which was annoying.

Евгений (10/5): Quiet place to spend a nice vacation near the sea with a wide range of available options - beaches, restaurants, shops. - The hotel is great, starting from its location in a quiet corner. You will enjoy how nice and clean the rooms are. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the rooms are well designed and furnished. Everything needed for a comfortable vacation is included, even a stove and a small fridge. The hotel is not too far from the beaches, the area is filled with good spots to eat - from nice fish restaurants to chocolate stores to your liking. The pearl of the nearby places is the James Joyce pub, next door to the hotel. The wi-fi speed was a really nice bonus (300-400 mbit/s hey) Nothing too bad, the only small inconvenience was with the light switches - it wasn’t intuitive and would be better if there were indicators on them
Regien (5/5): Passable - Si vous prenez la chambre avec jacuzzi pour info c’est un plus un bain d’eau chaude qu’un jacuzzi il n’y a pas de remous.

Dara (7/5): It was easy place to stay in and rooms very comfortable. The staff are kind. - The property itself was fine. It was close distance to the beach and many restaurants. Breakfast is not included. They offer breakfast a short walk away, which I found over priced for eggs and filter coffee. (350lira). If you do want to keep costs low on the food side- make use of your kitchen (limited grocery shops so prep well)

Tetiana (6/5): - Уборка номера ужасная . Полы вообще не моются . Говорили администратору , в итоге результата нет . Местоположение хорошее , море рядом . Рядом бар , очень громко музыка играет , до трех ночи . Полотенца в пятнах грязные , интерьер хороший , чистота ужасная
