• Shandy (10/5): Exceptional - The Area is awesome especially for the hollywood vibe. It's also close to everything from the Hollywood sign to Santa Monica Pier and even Universal Studios. Way better option then a hotel room with more space!

The room was large, fully kitted out with a kitchen, and had access to a rooftop terrace with a grill, seating area and lovely view of the LA skyline. The building was full of interesting people, and there was a pool and hot tub we could get into. Andrew met us at the carpark and showed us around, nice guy. I could walk to the Walk of Fame within a few minutes. The room and vibe was on point. It really felt like I was living a normal LA life. It's a hidden gem and I would stay again without hesitation. I really appreciated having everything I needed: a fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer – I didn’t feel like anything was missing. The way I was treated was also truly appreciated – very professional and kind, which made the experience even better. Other things I really liked: • The check-in process was smooth and clear. • The communication was prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. • The building felt safe and quiet, which contributed to a relaxing stay. Thank you once again – I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others! Just two suggestions for improvement from my side: • It would be nice if the floors, especially the carpet, were a bit cleaner. • It would be a lovely gesture to welcome guests with a bottle of water and maybe a small snack like a biscuit. After a long trip, this small detail can really make a big difference, even if it’s a short-term rental.

• Lewis (6/5): Great location, poor management company - We liked the location, the apartment was spacious and had 2 large beds. Lots of clean towels, a washer and dryer. Brilliant location for Hollywood Boulevard and for travelling to attractions. The Greeter was lovely, and went through lots of useful information upon arrival and was in constant contact as soon as we landed, via Whatsapp. Little bit of an essay - so firstly, i didnt like that, after booking the property and paying the amount in full, we received a whatsapp message from the property stating we needed to send a $100 deposit for potential damage/loss of key etc. and it needed to be done via Paypal - this set alarm bells ringing as there ‘more information’ section stated that you would only be charged $100 AFTER the stay, should you cause damage to the property. We didnt send the money, but instead message the property to explain that after paying $1680 for out stay, we didnt have more money to send! The apartment was pleasant and comfortable, but we did have a couple of Cockroaches in the kitchen a couple of mornings. The main issue we had was that we stayed during the January 2025 Wild Fires, and our stay being 1st-13th Jan, we got evacuated by the US government on the evening of 8th Jan. It was a unprecedented situation, and very scary for all involved. After leaving the apartment and booking alternative accommodation, the next day we contacted the Property and received no reply, so after speaking to Booking.com we booked another hotel for the remaining 4 nights of our vacation. On 11th Jan, the Property finally messaged to state they would only be refunding us 50% of our booking for 8-13th … totalling $308, when the full amount should have been around $650 for 8-13th. We had spent this already on alternative accommodation. I understand that this was a very harrowing time for alot of people, but the venue took 3 days to message us following an evacuation, so we had no choice but to book alternatives. I felt that the property took no interest in our well being, and to take 3 days to respond is totally unforgivable. Upon returning to the UK, booking.com assured us that we would be getting $650 returned and it was done within a couple of days.

• Patrick (9/5): A comfortable stay in a very good space. - The Integrity hotel.. Yes.. Can recommend. It's been awhile. It's August.. We stayed there in May.. We are back home now in Sydney. From what I recall. The shower worked well.. Took me a while to figure out how to use it. Also.. A decent bath. The bed was very comfortable. A comfortable bed is the number one thing we look for in reviews and travelling. There was an issue with getting the washing machine and dryer going.. But the host helped us with that. Friendly host.. Helped us a lot. Very good aircon. A great kitchen. Ralphs is just down the street. Plenty of room for cords and computer things. Good wifi. Not too much noise from neighbours.. Just standard/was quiet. A very comfortable space. The only thing was the washing machine and dryer.. They were great.. Just turning them on was a challenge. But the host who was really good helped with that.

• Jolene (7/5): I’d stay again but I’d be better prepared next time. - The location to Universal was perfect. We didn’t have access to the pool/hot tub and you need to bring utensils for cooking including plates, cups and bowls. The dishwasher was also loaded with a dirty dishes and it smelled.

Parking and Apartment complex were nice and tidy. Friendly neighbourhood. Check in was a breeze. Photos on booking.com aren’t of the room we stayed in so unfortunately room didn’t meet my expectations Carpets need to be steam cleaned or replaced, the gap between the fridge and kitchen was filthy, the door lock felt flimsy and the shower tap was hard to use thought I was going to pull it off the wall.
• Kirsty (9/5): Had a great stay, and when we had an unforeseen delay and did not gett in until after 11pm the property was very good at - This was a much cheaper option to stay in LA, with the convenience of full facilities. There was a deposit payable via paypal, this was returned within 2 weeks of staying at the property.

• Charmese (6/5): I enjoyed my stay overall I was able to put the cleanliness of the shower/bath and the warmth of the living room are - The room was very nice I loved the two separate beds. There was a very nice view. Good neighborhood. The bathroom cleanliness, it was really warm inside upon entrance and during the night. The door lock spinner full 360 I wasn’t sure at first if it was locked. Mainly that it was hot inside during night. It was advertised private access to pool and jacuzzi however upon arrival it was only for residences.

Apartment was not the cleanest, bathroom on sink and bath not clean, around the taps dirty and sink top sticky where stickers has been placed. Bath was not clean and had black water stains. Old carpets that were lot the cleanest. In general place needs a facelift.

• Chanda (7/5): Close to Universal but wouldn’t stay there again - It was really close to Universal Studios and it was a good price It was a little out dated, the carpet was old and dirty. The barstools couldn’t be used because they wobbled so bad. I had to send $100 security deposit separately after I paid through Booking.com. I messaged them the image of the deposit and emailed them 3 times the proof of my deposit and I still have not received my deposit back even though we left the place clean and undamaged and they claimed to never get my proof of payment.

• Clark (1/5): Unavailable Support - Nothing but the location I didn't like that the representative that I was told would be assigned to me, wasn't available from the time we booked and through out the entire stay, she supposed to have met us at the property, but didn't, at the last minute she sent an email stating that I had to do a tutorial self check in. The video didn't help, I tried contacting Jennifer and the property manager, but noone assisted, the info in the video was accurate. The TV didn't work, we had to spend money for entertainment otherwise we could only sit and stair at each other. We had to buy cookware and other dishes to prepare food. We also had to buy wash cloths. For the dishes to be washed, there was a couple of sponges left from God only know. I am very disappointed and would like to be reimbursed. The only response I got from the property owner and the staff was when it was time to collect the funds and return the key. Sad!!! The bathtub looks like water coming up the ceiling when taking a shower. We were gone until it was time to go to bed. The room had two queen beds, that took up all the space, you had to walk Sideways to maneuver through the bedroom

• Desiree (6/5): It was OK for one night - The apartment setting was nice and kitchen would’ve been nice if we were staying there more than one night I would prefer to stay in the hotel because I didn’t have anybody there to ask questions if I had them, and the young lady that let us in the hotel at first wasn’t answering her phone and then when we did finally meet up with her, she just kind of rambled over a bunch of stuff  and left. I just didn’t feel that she was very helpful.

• Zsuzsanna (7/5): Overall, with some improvement (as described the above), I would recommend the place. - The location of the accommodation is suitable, the parking is ok. The kitchen was well equipped. The double bed was comfortable and clean. The wifi was fast and relalible. The host gave us the access codes only after 1.5 hours of waiting (this was after 9:30 p.m.), even though he knew we were waiting with a child. We were not satisfied with the accommodation, because the carpet was stained, the faucet was difficult to use, it was not possible to close it completely. The pictures do not reflect the current reality. Two adults cannot sleep on the sofa in the living room (it is too narrow).

• Rajesh (7/5): Good - Great location within walking distance to the main attractions in LA. Bathrooms were inadequate.
