• Lívia (10/5): - De absolutamente tudo. Custo benefício incrível. Quartos espaçosos. Banheiros modernos, com box. Closets dentro dos dois quartos. Sala e cozinha bem equipadas. Estacionamento incluso. O apartamento fica próximo a praticamente tudo. Muito central. Sem defeitos
• Phillip (4/5): Nice but barely slept, so over priced. - This is a nice apartment with good facilities, BUT FOR THE PRICE…… The fifth floor is blighted by motor noise from the pool immediately above, that runs 24/7 in ‘summer’ months, so we could not sleep. Also, the double glazing is thin 10mm sat in metal frames, so road noise, of which there is a lot, comes straight through. It also needed cleaning, see photo.

• FEDERICO (8/5): Bien ubicado, muy buenas instalaciones. - Ubicación muy buena, cerca de autopista para Miami Beach y del design District. Las cortinas black out no cierran bien y entra sol a la mañana y no podía dormir. Con un antifaz lo hubiera solucionado, pero no tenía.
• sebastian (9/5): En veldig fin leilighet. - Det var en fin leilighet, med gode fasliliteter, særlig bassenget og fellesområdet var veldig fint. Det kunne ha vært litt mer utstyr for å holde kjøkkenet rent. For eksempel en vaskeklut og ikke bare tørkepapir. Og en oppvaskbørste. Jeg tror også at vaskemaskinen var ødelagt. Den hørtes ut som den ville eksplodere når sentrifugen startet.

• Kay (8/5): Comfortable apartment in convenient area. - Nice location, handy for walking round the Wynwood Wall area and for taking a taxi to/from the airport or over to South Beach. The apartment was well appointed. The rooms were comfortable. Nice to have the balcony but there’s a lot of traffic noise. There’s a convenient grocery store and pharmacy nearby. Lovely upstairs area to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The host was quick to respond to questions. The only downside is checkout is very early and there’s no facility to leave luggage and you’re not allowed to stay and sit in the upstairs area.
• Victoria (7/5): Excellent location, good value and clean but new mattress are needed! - The apartment is as described and the location is excellent. We went in December and whilst the pool doesn’t receive any sun, due to surrounding buildings, it was heated so that was fine. The property was very clean and the manager was so lovely. As we stayed over Xmas she arranged for champagne to be delivered to us and a toy sent to our daughter which was greatly appreciated. The beds were unfortunately incredibly uncomfortable. The mattresses were the issue and they were clearly old and lived in and both my husband and I struggled to sleep well. One of the toilet seats was also broken. We would definitely stay here again though provided the mattresses are changed first!

• Kevin (8/5): - Unit was above a busy street, so quite a bit of traffic noise. Didn't really bother me as I quickly got used to it, but somebody more sensitive might consider bringing earplugs. Parking spot in garage included with the unit, however some turns are a bit tight, so consider renting a smaller car. Nothing so bad that I wouldn't consider staying here again.

• Danielle (10/5): - Very central location. Came with friend - I drove from NE FL and her from Tampa the location is easy to find and the place is gorgeous! Very clean and sleek, but still warm and inviting. Will be returning again!!! Very convenient to local shopping and the arenas.

• Tyeka (10/5): Exceptional stay in Miami Art District. - October 2024: Everything was perfect. The Condo was exactly like the pictures. The Art District inspired decor was amazing. The customer service was on point. Everything was clean and upscale from the building to the Condo. Parking included, a variety of stores and shopping in walking distance of the Condo. Will definitely recommend to others. You have to use a key card along with a key fob to access everything in the building, even the elevators.

• Chassity (10/5): Won't be disappointed - This was a very good location. We were in the middle. We were 15-18 minutes from Brickell City and 20 minutes from South Beach. You could go north of Biscayne Blvd and your 15-20 minutes from Port of Miami. There was a shopping mall and excursions there. Let's get to the condo! The cleanliness of this place was amazing. It literally was our home. Anything you may need was available from the kitchen to the bathroom. The memory foam mattresses! I highly recommend this place to stay. N/A

• Brendar1968 (10/5): Exceptional - This was a beautiful place with lots of amenities. Grocery, restaurants and pharmacy are all within walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again!!! The only negative I would have and it's not anything big, but because it's a city location the unloading/loading zone is a tight fit, just be careful.
• William (10/5): A fantastic condo with all amneties and covered parking with a lot of room and a perfect location. - Very clean rooms, good size, everything you need is there. The amneties are really nice, a gym and a pool. The parking that comes free on top is great! A bit noisy maybe the property could give some earplugs but this is really small in comparison to the positives
