Още при влизането в стаята установих че леглото не беше подготвено за нови гости - по леглото и пода имаше косми от може би няколко предходни гости - руси, черни , червени ... да не говорим че дори не спим върху истински чаршаф, а върху чаршаф с ластик ... Прахът не беше избърсан, както и паяжините в ъглите. При всяко ползване на душа, банята се пълнеше с вода и ставаше "басейн" Персонал във фоайето няма, а само тел. номер за връзка

• Камен (6/5): Приемлив, но със сериозни забележки. - Локацията е добра, места за паркиране има на разположение. Стаите са прекалено тесни и липсват някои мебели, например нощно шкафче - това е много сериозна лиспа. Хладилникът има отвратителна миризма. За изхвърляне е! Никак не ми хареса, че в последния момент преди настаняване се получава инструкцията(с кода за сейфчето). При други подобни резервации(както в страната, такаи в чужбина) тази инструкция се получава няколко дни по-рано.

• Elissa (7/5): Добро - Добро местоположение, наоколо има всичко необходимо за хранене и забавления, както и спирки на градския транспорт. Леглата бяха удобни - матраците и възглавниците са чудесни! Стаите са достатъчно големи и слънчеви. Не можахме да включим ТВ на никакъв канал. Целия блок миришеше на храна, която се приготвя в общата кухня. Не се затваря вратата на кухнята или аспирацията ѝ не е добра.
• John (1/5): Dreadful. Avoid this establishment. - The size of the room - that’s it. Here you’re spoilt for choice: no hot water throughout the stay (so no washing, shower or laundry), leaking bathroom tap that continually flooded the bathroom, a faulty lock on the door, flying tipping outside reception, an environment that felt unsafe (especially at night) a damaged front door, and absolutely no response from the owners despite numerous messages, calls, etc. - with no remedial action. I’ve made official complaints to both Booking.com and the Bulgarian authorities (and I’m not vexatious - this is a first). Basically, the worst accommodation I’ve stayed in a very long time (usually there are some redeeming features). All in all, very disappointing. Had to move on the last night to a city centre hotel which, may I say, was excellent - and cheaper!

• Fran Aguilera Ruiz (2/5): Busca otro sitio... - Realmente NADA me gustó de este establecimiento. 1. La cama era un colchón de espuma fino muy incómodo. Lo peor de la habitación. Por cierto, sin sábanas normales, solo con un cubrecolchón y un edredón. 2. No tiene recepción. Nos entregó las llaves una señora que a pesar de intentarlo, no sabía comunicarse con nosotros. 3. Nunca nos registramos en ningún sitio. 4. Al no tener recepción, NADIE nos resolvía los problemas que pudimos tener: taxis, papel higiénico de la habitación,la televisión no funcionaba, el secadro tampoco, etc.... No contestan a los correos y mensajes a través de la aplicación. 5. NO es un HOTEL, ni un APARTAHOTEL. Es un edificio de estudiantes, ruidoso, escondido y en un callejón. Durante el fin de semana hay muchísimo ruido de estudiantes entrando y saliendo sin parar a altas horas de la noche.

• Мария (8/5): Останахме доволни от престоя си. - Апартаментът е на добра локация, има паркомясто и леглото е много удобно. Стаята е просторна, банята също. Чуваха се шумове от почистване още от ранни зори. Телевизорът не беше свързан с кабелна и беше неизползваем.

• Marinela (7/5): I will not book there again but for somebody can be good value for money - very good information from the personnel, big terrace with panoramic view, comfortable beds; big bathroom with uncomfortable sanitary (really big room with stuck in one corner uncomfortably sanitary), no additional pillows or extra blanket, there was broken door from behind (it was snot issue for us but was strange to see it unsettled)
• Valentina (9/5): Препоръчвам - Модерно, просторно, чисто и много удобно. Изключително лесно и безпроблемно настаняване и напускане. Малък недостатък - телевизията в едната стая не работеше и нямаше достатъчно тоалетна хартия, беше малко повече от половин ролка, а ние бяхме трима възрастни.

• Yanislav (3/5): - Горе-долу приличен апартамент, на сравнително комуникативно място, има и къде да се паркира. Нямаше топла вода, не светеше крушката в банята, никой не ни предупреди за водата, а са знаели. Никаква реакция след телефонния разговор за тези проблеми, трябваше в неделя вечер аз да търся крушка за банята, че да можем да се измием поне. Лошо менажиране на сравнително добър апартамент.

• Яна (3/5): - Разположението е доста удобно Чаршафите бяха мръсни, не изпрани, по долния чаршаф имаше косми, а едната възглавница и олекотено миришеха на алкохол. От 4 възглавници само едната миришеше на изпрано, всички останали чаршафи видимо не бяха сменени! Иначе всичко останало беше нормално, но това беше много некомфортно! Съотношение на качество и цена.. Цената е доста висока, но за самия район е средна, но все пак за мръсни чаршафи е висока...

• Биляна (7/5): - Стаята в която ни настаниха (12 стая) беше на 1 етаж и беше много шумно и миришеше на готвено .Течеше кранчето на мивката гореща вода беше развалено. Декември бяхме пак гости на хотела тогава много ни хареса бяхме на последен етаж и всичко беше ок.

• Teodora (10/5): - Хареса ни,че е чисто,има паркинг. В близост има Лидл. Не ни хареса,че в този момент кафемашината не работеше,но в близост открихме друга. Извън сградата,но все пак беше сравнително близо. Може да се помисли и за някакво поне леко отопление на банята,тъй като беше много студена.

• Hristo (8/5): - I'm taking room every month, even few times per month, usual everything is fine, but last 3-4 times I was in different rooms, and in all of them the cable tv wasn't working, and this time there wasn't hot water at the morning, so maybe is time the staff to take care of some of the features, and to refresh them...

• Zheni (8/5): - The location is very convenient and the price/quality ratio is good. The beds were comfortable. We were checking in later in the day and we received very clear instructions beforehand. The TV didn't work, and the coffee vending machine in the reception didn't work as well (took our coins and gave us only sugar). The A/C was right above the beds and it was blowing straight at us.
