• Rania (10/5): Très bon établissement bien situé - L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé, satisfaite de trouver une bouteille d’eau à notre arrivée. L’emplacement est excellent, à 2 pas de Vitosha boulevard, plein de restaurants, cafés, magasins… aux alentours et les visites peuvent être faites à pied. Les hôtes sont également très aimables et accueillants. Je recommande vivement cet établissement qui a un bon rapport qualité prix

Val a dir que no està net. hi ha llocs de l'apartament que fà mesos que no es netegen. A la dutxa hi ha fogns de l'humitat....El sofà està trencat, cosa que incomoda el seu us. A la cuina practicament no hi ha estris per fer una vida normal...

Kış mevsiminde konakladım ısıtması doğal gazlı ve iyi daire konforlu. Eviniz gibi tüm olanaklar ve araç gerec var .birdaha gelişimde tereddütsüz yine kalırım. Daire temiz ev sahibi ilgili ve yardım sever. Sadece, ufak bi ayrıntı var küvet gözukuyor idi tanıtım fotosunda odada sadece duş imkanı vardı Olumsuz tarafı yok.
• Kalina (8/5): Great location in the heart of Sofia - The location is unbeatable and the parking slot is spacious for the location. The apartment was very big and the bedrooms very comfortable. The apartment was fully equipped and functional. We enjoyed our stay and gladly stay there again. The hosts were very friendly and reach to us in timely manner. The partaking place costs 40€ per day and I did not find that information on the site of the appartment. As experienced traveler I have seldom seen that extra costs for parking places when the appartment is announced with parking place but seems to be usual for Sofia.

• CHRISTINA (10/5): - Ήταν πολύ άνετα για 4 άτομα, είχε WC εκτός από το κυρίως μπάνιο, μεγάλα δωμάτια και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Ήταν σε πολύ καλή, κεντρική τοποθεσία και κοντά σε στάση μετρό. Θα ήθελα να είχαμε νέες πετσέτες μετά τις 3 μέρες.

• Swartzentruber (9/5): Great spot to explore Sofia with a family - The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious. There was lots of room for the family to spread out, including separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and decent kitchen. If you have back issues or trouble sleeping, the mattresses were very poor and a bit lumpy. The description said at least one room would have a queen mattress, but it was just 2 twins shoved together. It was our only issue with the property.

The location is perfect, right in the center, close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making sightseeing effortless. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness and comfort are clearly prioritized. A big appreciation to the staff for their guidance and support. They shared helpful tips about the city, recommended places to visit, and were always available for assistance from the day I started processing the Visa to Bulgaria. Their hospitality added great value to the experience. Overall, a wonderful stay. I would gladly choose Grand Vitosha Apartment again on my next visit to Sofia.

• faina (7/5): - расположение прекрасное, рядом с пешеходной частью бульвара Витоша, дом ухожен, новый лифт, видно, что после реконструкции. улица с разбитым тротуаром, дома напротив 50 лет , видимо, не ремонтировали, открытые баки с мусором - и это в жару! дома стоят так, что солнечный свет в гостинную не попадает - постоянно включали лампы, иначе было очень темно даже днем!

• Olivia (8/5): We had a really great time in Sofia in our lovely apt. - I loved the location of this property on a side street off Vitosha. I also loved having two toilets. Very easy when there was three of us. There was very little about this apt that I didn’t like. I wasn’t too keen on the shower as it flooded the bathroom floor.

Per il rumore non riuscivamo a dormire e dal boiler del bagno sgocciola. Non abbiamo trovato la scopa per pulire la casa.
• JOSÉ (6/5): Todo bien, menos un aparato de aire acondicionado y 2 calentadores de agua estropeados. - Ubicación correcta, cerca de la Av Vitosha Uno de los sistemas de aire acondiconado (tipo pinguino) de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba. En los dos apartamentos que alquilamos, fallaron los calentadores de agua, perdiendo agua que caía al suelo, impidiendo que pudiéramos ducharnos con agua caliente. Se avisó a los dueños, enviaron a una persona pero no solucionó el problema.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, making our stay enjoyable. The host was quick to respond to our needs too. Nothing to complain.
• Žydrūnė (9/5): - Labai patiko viešnagė šiuose apartamentuose. Jie įrengti naujame name visai netoli Vitošo bulvaro, todėl patogu pasiekti pagrindines vietas. Labai patogu, kad buvo liftas. Butas tvarkingas, švarus, jame buvo visi reikalingi reikmenys. Mus pasitiko pats šeimininkas ir perdavė raktus – tai paliko gerą įspūdį. Taip pat labai patogu, kad buvo privati, mokama mašinos stovėjimo aikštelė. Rekomenduojame! Miegamojo langai buvo rytinėje pusėje, o užuolaidos gana plonos, tad ryte prabusdavome nuo saulės šviesos. Taip pat viename iš miegamųjų veikia stacionarus kondicionierius, bet dėl jo garso naktį tekdavo išjungti, todėl kartais būdavo šiek tiek per karšta. Būtų puiku, jei ateityje būtų galima įrengti storesnes užuolaidas ir pasirūpinti tylesniu kondicionieriumi – tai tikrai pagerintų komfortą svečiams.“

• Janice (6/5): We enjoyed our holiday but had some uncomfortable nights! - The property is well equipped with everything you may need for a great holiday. The double bed mattress in the main bedroom is old and very uncomfortable. The shower in the ensuite in the same main bedroom leaks water all over the bathroom.Both portable A/C’s in the other two bedrooms make so much noise that it was impossible to sleep with them on at night.
• Paola (8/5): buona posizione. appartamento spazioso - buona posizione. abbiamo avuto dei problemi con il volo, siamo arrivati molto piu tardi del previsto, chi doveva aprire la casa è arrivato prima del previsto siamo andati a Pasqua prendendo fortunatamente un appartamento, dato che i ristoranti erano praticamente tutti prenotati da tempo, se non fossimo stati in appartamento avremmo avuto il problema di dove mangiare
