La propreté: Le sol de la chambre était sale, les chaises aussi. Il y avait de la moisissures sur la paroi de la douche et le fond des toilettes était noir. Le bruit: on entend tout ! Les gens qui ouvrent leur porte, qui marche, qui se douche. L’espace: La chambre était spacieuse, les toilettes était très petite et dans savon fourni. La douche était compliqué d’accès tant il y avait peu d’espace entre la douche et la porte.

Il est inadmissible de proposer à la location ce type de logement. Les photos qui sont sur le site Booking ne représentent pas la réalité. Le logement est à la limite de l'insalubrité. Des moisissures sont présentes dans la salle de bain, murs défraichit dans toutes les pièces, panne à répétition du chauffe eau.

• sarah (9/5): - Clean room with everything u needed. And was very close to soho ect to explore the Christmas lights Not enough charging points around the room. But we made do with the one we found and just unplugged the air con unit . The door on the room was abit stiff and had to use abit of force to get it open.
• ABOUBACAR (10/5): Pour une famille prenez la chambre avec toilettes privé pour plus de confort. L’établissement est ma meilleure endroit p - L’emplacement est idéal pour ce déplacer partout, a 4mn de Oxford street, très proche de tout les arrêts de bus qui desservi la ville.
• Karim (10/5): - Perfecte locatie voor ons (gezin met 4 kinderen), zowel metrostation Marble Arch als allerlei restaurants en overige horeca zijn op loopafstand. Woning zelf in een rustig en doodlopend zijstraatje gesitueerd, alles op de begane grond, ruime kamers en goede bedden, keuken met oa een koelkast; goede wifi en soepele communicatie met de verhuurder. Eerlijk gezegd helemaal niets, de volgende keer boek ik graag weer deze woning!

The host later today me that the address was different from what Book.com placed on their website. Hot water was not running I did not even bother bath.

La dirección no es la correcta, es una calle que se encuentra escondida cerca de la dirección establecida. Viajé con mi colega por trabajo y el sitio decidió cambiarnos a un departamento compartido en lugar de las dos habitaciones que reservamos y pagamos por adelantado. Fue muy incómodo pues no tenemos una relación personal. El sitio le hace falta mucha inversión con muebles de calidad y decoración agradable. Fue una gran desilusión la realidad en comparación a la expectativa de la descripción del anuncio.

• Marco (8/5): Perfekt für ein langes Wochenende, an dem man unterwegs ist und nur zum Schlafen hier ist. - Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt Marble Arch am Hyde Park. Die Sauberkeit hätte noch etwas besser sein können.

Lovely cafe and amenities also nearby in a safe neighbourhood Nothing it was good value, comfy beds and we were able to leave our bags before check in

• Raquel (1/5): De lo peor que nos hemos encontrado. - La ubicación Estába sucio, en el bańo no había ni jabón en para lavarse las manos, una habitación pequeńisima con una cama para el precio que pagamos es el peor sitio donde nos hemos quedado. Y para colmo a la mañana siguiente de dormir debajo de cama encontramos un condon usado de alguien anterior eso fue lo peor… Lo único bueno la ubicación y que nos han dejado dejar las maletas para recogerlas más tarde. No lo recomiendo… las fotos son completamente distintas a lo que ofrecen. Siento este comentario pero es que ha sido demasiado.

• Hendrik Johannes (4/5): Locatie is prettig, comfort en gemak zeer teleurstellend - Locatie Zowel de badkamer als het toilet waren kleine ruimtes en sterk verouderd. Dit geldt ook voor de kamer zelf. De contactpersoon die de sleutels kwam afgeven, bij het inchecken, reageerde niet of na aandringen op vragen. Er is geen ruimte om, op de laatste dag, je bagage te stallen. In plaats hiervan werd deze, in mijn (niet afgesloten) hotelkamer opgeslagen maar dat kon maar voor een beperkt aantal uur.

The window was open as it was boiling but there was piles of smelly black bags outside our window & people smoking outside our window Our shared bathroom was dreadful so small you couldn’t turn around we were told we were just sharing with the manageress, but there was a man in there and he was using the toilet very disappointing stay, but we can’t fault the host, a very nice man, unfortunately the pictures on the website aren’t a true reflection of the rooms
• Jasmin (4/5): Disappointing. - Good location close to Marble Arch. Disappointed with our three bedroom apartment. Spend good money booking this accommodation well in advance. Didn’t match description. Photos were misleading and not recent. Not modern and stylish. The bathroom condition was poor and unlike any photos. Maintenance, cleaning & general upkeep needs attention. Freezer full of ice buildup and unusable. Loose door lock. Previous guests sanitary items in bin. No washing machine although staff kindly did wash some of our clothes for us and brought an iron and ironing board to our room.

• Mia-rose (10/5): Lovely Stay! - The room was clean and spacious, provided with a fan and air-conditioning unit. The host was lovely and helpful! It is right next to Oxford street and near hyde park, but tucked away. perfect stay no complaints! no complaints!

• Michael (2/5): For the price and the photos presented, we expected way better. - The property contact was responsive and friendly, and the location was ideal. The difference between the photos on the website and the actual apartment cannot be understated. There were no windows in any room, except one bedroom and the bathroom, where a Ritz cracker box covered up a hole in the glass. The shower was moldy (we actually went to the supermarket and bought bleach so as not to contract an infection), the beds were terribly uncomfortable, and the linens were awful. One duvet came out of the cover and we could see that it was in a terrible state, like the inside stuffing of an old cushion. The poor homeless folks on the street had better bedding than we did. Perhaps this would all be fine for a couple of students with low standards but not for any other human paying the outrageous rate that we did.

• Msingathi (5/5): It’s different from what was sold especially when travelling as a family with a small baby, this was not ideal for us. - The location was the selling point for this property. Spaces were quite small and very narrow. Furthermore we didn’t have tea facilities in our room, which sucked.
• Melanie (5/5): Good for a short stay alone or as couple for younger people, but not so comfortable. - Central location, near to underground, bus and train station and Hyde Park by foot! Really quiet Older room than on the photo, really small room for toilet and shower!
• Donna-marie (5/5): Great location but run down apartment. - The apartment, furnishings, bedding and towels were all quite tired looking and in need of replacement with the exception of two lounge chairs. It didn’t look like the photographs. Step up then huge step down into bathroom was very dangerous for my elderly mum- wish we had been made aware of this. No spare toilet paper and only the tiniest bit in the roll so the first thing we had to do was go and buy some. Owners were very helpful in allowing us to drop our luggage early and store it until late the following day which we were very grateful for.
• Iain (6/5): I would recommend this room as it is lcocated well and the staff are great. - Excellent quiet location Needs a little more attention to public areas security then it would be perfect. I bit more attention to cleaning the entrance area and the bedroom would be great but the sheets towels and bed were excellent.
