• Tereza (9/5): - Paní majitelka je ochotná, vše vysvětlila a nebyl problém s dřívějším příjezdem. Klidná čtvrť, kousek od nákupního centra Chodov. K dispozici je na pokoji malá lednička, rychlovarná konvice a mikrovlnka a také pár kousků nádobí. Pokoj byl čistý a plně dostačující.

• Kübra (6/5): - Oda yeterli büyüklükteydi ve temizdi. Bulunduğu konum sessiz ve güvenliydi. Öncelikle check in saati geç ve sınırlı. Kısa bir zaman dilimi içerisinde birebir anahtar teslimi yapmak istiyorlar. Bu da otobüs ve tren saatiniz geç ise sorun yaratıyor. İkinci olarak otele gitmeden mail ile check in yapmanız isteniyor. Ben resepsiyonda yapmayı tercih ettiğim için sorun yaşadım(Mailde check in i online yapmamız zorunluluk olarak belirtilmiyordu). Şehir vergisini bu check in işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra kredi kartı iletelefon üzerinden veya resepsiyonda yalnızca Çek korunası ile nakit ödeyebiliyorsunuz(Resepsiyonda pos yok, o sebeple nakit getirin). Biz bu sorunu yaşadık ve ne yazık ki ilgili kişi hiç nezaketli yaklaşmadı. İnsanlar konaklaması için check in i resepsiyonda yapabilir ama hanımefendi bununla pek vakit kaybetmek istemiyor. Bunlara rağmen otelin diğer artıları da yok denilemeyecek kadar az.
• Uarm (7/5): Molto carino - Il b&b è molto carino, tipica struttura delle città del nord. La camera 2 è fornita di microonde, bollitore, frigo, piatti, bicchieri, caffè e thè. Si trova vicino alla metro C e ad un centro commerciale con ristoranti e bar. La proprietaria è molto gentile. Il quartiere mi è sembrato tranquillo. Non c'era una spina in bagno, la camera non è stata pulita durante il mio soggiorno, ho chiesto io il quarto giorno di cambiare gli asciugamani.

Do autobusu czy metra około 10min Trzeba pamiętać że nie jest to domek w centrum, 10 km do starego miasta, ale na 1 czy 2 noce jak najbardziej ok.

Lit d enfant,pour l air conditionné, une petite tour qui refroidit rien avec un bruit infernal, chambre sous le toit avec seulement un vasistas, apparemment il y a l air conditionné a l entrée il y a un bloc .je suis resté 4 jours pas de ménage, (20 € ) vider la poubelle minuscule de la salle de bain il y a 3 bacs dans l entrée de la pension j ai pas a faire le ménage .la lumière de la salle de bain fonctionne au détecteur de mouvement 10 secondes pas plus au toilette faite de grands gestes pour pas être dans le noir. Si vous manger dans la chambre le seul endroit pour faire la vaisselle , c est l évier de la salle de bain. . Piscine et grand jardin,mais réservé au propriétaire, il faisait 35 • de moyenne .en arrivant la propriétaire vous explique les règles si vous oubliez en rentrant tard le soir d activité l alarme c est 100 € de pénalité etc.. Il paraît qu il servent le petit déjeuner a la demande on m a rien proposé vu les prix pratiqué pour les extra.....vous avez le choix dans le centre commercial. J ai pris cette pension pour le parking et les transports , il y a plus dans le centre avec parking a la journée ( 6 €) Je me fis aux commentaires des voyageurs et parfois je tombe sur ce genre d endroit rare heureusement ,je mets toujours mon ressenti.meme si souvent ça ne plaît pas au propriétaires .je suis client et je paye .....

• Merryn (10/5): Exceptional - A restful break in our travels. Room was fresh and clean with plenty of space. It opened on to a balcony over the garden and we had aircon for the warmer weather. Adéle was extremely helpful. We had everything we required: microwave, fridge, kettle and tea, close to shops and train station. I was able to catch up our laundry.

Thanks for a pleasant stay, dear Jarka! When I arrived at the hotel, it was a bit difficult to get in, because it was locked. Some kind of welcoming message at the frontdoor would have been nice. But soon after, Jarka came to welcome me.

The place was quite, nice neighborhood. The only down side was the curtains, that did not block the morning sun, which woke us earlier than we wanted.

Nice, comfortable little apartment with everything you need for short or long stay in the city. City centre reachable easily by metro, station is 5 min walk from the accommodation.

It is very well located close walk to the train station which takes you into the city. A close walk to shopping center. Comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again! Highly recommended! • S (9/5): Superb - Enjoyed being in a residential area. Minutes walking from Westfield shopping centre and train station. All was very good but a little surprised that air-conditioning was not included. There was no washing machine in the apartment but could use the communal one and had to pay extra for it.
• Jordan (7/5): Great place with not so great host - The room is very good, clean, and comfortable. Close to the mall and the subway. Free parking in front of the house. Quiet neighborhood. This property should have been rated 10, but the owner's attitude ruins the whole experience. She sent me an email on her own language, which I don't speak. Why not send in English as all other hotels do? Then, when I arrived, she wanted to say that I should not park in that place, so she was very arrogant, pointing out to the sign on the other side of the street and asking if I saw it. Instead, she could have asked me to park the car a little bit further after I took my luggage. When my wife was carrying the luggage upstairs, she made an unnecessary comment about her hitting the luggage wheels in the stairs. Again, she could have used better words and phrasing not to sound arrogant. Later in the evening, I could not use the air-conditioning because, in her opinion, it was cold enough outside. If she doesn't want it to be used, remove it. At least guests will know that there's no such equipment during booking. You need to pay to use the washing machine. Again, this should be written in the room description so we know what to expect. I know this is written somewhere on the booking.com page, but it should be very visible information. For example, where it is written that the room has a washing machine, then add the "(for a surcharge)" note. The owner has to understand that the way she treats her guests affects them and the overall feeling about their stay. She doesn't have to do much. Just try not to sound arrogant and be more welcoming.

• Yalcinkaya07 (9/5): Superb - The owner was very helpful, the check-in time was between 5 pm and 6 pm, and she was there at that time. The house is nice and well-protected by an alarm. Parking is free in front of the house. But the street is quite narrow, so I was a little afraid to park with my large SUV. Clean and modern bathroom. The room is big enough and well-equipped. There is a mini fridge, microwave, water boiler, hair dryer, TV, dinner or working table, cutlery, tea, cup, etc. There are many electric sockets. Many places for your staff (clothes, jackets, things etc.) I would come again if only the bed were comfortable. Unfortunately, the bed was rather old, and the surface of the bed was uneven and a little bit smelly as well. I do not know if the heating was on or off, it was hard to tell, but each 2-3 hours, there was a knocking noise from the heating unit Sometimes, I woke up during my sleep at night.
• Myroslava (9/5): A great accommodation, would definitely stay here again. - Quiet street, nice room, nice owner. Environment-friendly - there are bags in the hallway for things like plastic and glass (normally, when you travel, you don't have an opportunity to separate your trash by type). Killer location - 5-minute walk to the underground station that takes you to the center of Prague in under 20 minutes. This underground station is near a shopping center that has all the usual suspects, and importantly also a huge food supermarket at the ground level (if I remember correctly). The environment-friendliness extends to the fact that the motion-sensor light in the bathroom switches off too fast — in under a minute. I didn't time it exactly, but you could take your time washing your hands — and it switches off (I think the motion sensor is behind your back at the time, and your back is mostly stationary). You could even NOT REALLY take your time doing other things a bathroom is used for — and the light switches off. This happened all the time. I thing it would be best to update the settings to allow for a longer time before lights switch off automatically.
