• Halim (8/5): - It was a convenient location for us to get to different places & eateries are just nearby The TV in our unit was not working, the aircon remote in one room was not working too. Otherwise everything was perfect
• Noor (5/5): If its just a night stay, its worth it. But not for few nights. - The place is convenient. Near to most mkn places. Near to CIQ and city square. From the apartment u can see the custom. The property is abit run down. Door knob of the master bedroom toilet was upside down. Common toilet shelve were all peeling off.

• Siti Aishah (2/5): Disappointed - The only things was the location we love, near to shopping malls n food places. The apartment was not well stocked up on toiletries, door was faulty at main door, toilet door knobs and even the toilet roll holder was spoilt..it was disappointing, we won’t repeat our stay..
• Jasmine (3/5): The location was the only plus point. - Location The apartment wasn't well maintained. It looked aged, the bathrooms smelt nasty and had mould around the sink area. The cups, plates, and cookware were not washed well, the drawers and cabinet had a nasty stench. The air cons were faulty. The towels looked like they had been used for several years and not changed. Would advise you to bring your own towels and toiletries. Not for those who are particular with cleanliness and hygiene.

• Leyi (6/5): Good location and very nice space for a group of friends. Some - We loved the space of the room as it was perfect for a group of friends to gather and hang out together. The water heater wasn’t working for the common toilet and the water heater in the master bedroom’s toilet didn’t heat well. We had to shower in relatively cold water. There was also some leakage at the ceiling of the common toilet. The master bedroom’s toilet door couldn’t close properly as well.

• Jennifer (6/5): Not worth it - The place is near city square and train station. There are a few F&B outlets like haidilao and a small 7-11 just below the suite. Parking provided. There is a terrible stench from both the toilets in the suite. The host says it’s because of the building drainage system. In any case, it was so bad that even air freshener doesn’t help. The whole house smells terrible. Almost wanted to book another suite to stay for the night.

• Boo (1/5): Bad - Price and location Toilet and drawers have funky smells, wifi was weak at times, towel was torn, floor has stain, no floor towel outside shower (only has floor towel outside toilet), only given one lift access card for the 2 bedrooms suite.
• Eugenia (3/5): disappointing - The location was the best ~! Food can be easily found and near the check point and 2 major shopping malls. we saw many insects in the living room. When first entered the room, there was a musty smell and the rooms were not cleaned as there was dust everywhere and the floor was sticky. Although they did come to clean the floor, all they did was to use a mop and clean the whole unit floor. Luckily they asked to clean the room again for us while we were out. BUT they didnt close or lock the door. When we got back to the unit, the door was left open and all our belongings were in the unit.

• Mailindaaya (6/5): OVERALL, THE AIRBNB OF SUASANA KEYSTONE SHOULD DO BETTER! - The stay was lovely, the house is clean and very close to the JBCC mall (facing only). Facilities of this house are all ok. Room 1 only. In front of the Suasana got mamak stall just cross the road. Few stalls for dinner and lunch also easier to get 1)The staff of this keystone company (Chinese man) are very helpful. But he is very difficult to answer your call, have to call many time/ repeated times. The contact no has to call is 01157502719. Before you check in, you must pay the deposit RM 200, after checking out (it takes 2 weeks to pay my refund deposit RM 200. We check-out on 8/7/2024 and owner refund my deposit only on 18/7/2024. DELAY REFUND OUR DEPOSIT AFTER 2 WEEKS! 2)TV no astro! 3) The customer service hotel Suasana Sharma is not friendly and not helpful because we are not direct booking the hotel, we only booked Airbnb, so they won't help you. 4) Airbnb not giving any parking for this residence. 5) Pls do not parked at the hotel mall. Expensive! Just find out outside the Suasana and get for per entry instead of per hr.

• Lee (3/5): Will not book again - Location is okay The whole apartment reek of sewage. Very revolting. Air conditioners were very noisy. A single duvet placed horizontally over a double bed.

It's quite dusty around the unit and on the bed, you can spot chewing gum on the wall. It would have been great if those items were taken care of properly. Thanks.

• Muhammad (8/5): Beautiful and comfortable stay! - The apartment setup was beautiful and comfortable. The troublesome of deposit through TouchNGo e-wallet, and getting the deposit back more than 24hrs after the stay.

• Katherine (3/5): Room for improvement - The location was superb and the 3 bedrooms apartment can accommodate 6 pax which facilitate great interactions among friends The apartment was not well maintained, my friends in the master bedroom was disturbed by water dripping sound the whole night long,, suspect it was coming from the aircon condenser. The common toilet, each time we take a shower, the whole toilet floor is soaking wet Left the apartment on Wednesday morning 18 Oct, till today(sunday 22Oct) the owner has not returned me my deposit of ringgit200. Hope this can be settled soonest.
• Abdul (7/5): Shirt and sweet. - Comfort and cozy. Pungent smell coming from the toilet affecting the whole unit.
• Mohamad (5/5): Passable - Location was great, right opposite Komtar, and there was a 24h restaurant opposite called Lepak Corner. Toilet had no ventilation, and was really stuffy and smelly due to this. Not sure if it’s the design of the floor, but the water isn’t flowing to the drain, so there is always a puddle of water and the floor isn’t dry. Aircon in the hall isn’t working properly. It always switches off by itself after every 10 mins. Had to keep switching it on.

Multiple cockroaches The entire apartment was dusty Lift was faulty, we were in the lift before check in There was a small blood stain on the towels provided Wifi was weak TV keeps switching off by itself

• Mohamad (7/5): Value for many with spacious rooms & hall. However need to fix up all aircond. - Value for many, spacious rooms with attached toilets. Location is strategic, in the centre of JB & nearby tourist attraction. Wi-Fi network was good. Air conditioning doesn’t work well, for both rooms & at the hall (must always on the fan mode mood, if not will turn off after few minutes). To be specific room no 2106. Both toilets were smelly.
• Penny (9/5): Much improved compare to other rooms at this property and would highly recommend - I have stayed at other properties in this building, and they were unclean and kept badly. However, this one was absolutely beautiful, huge in size and very clean upon check-in.
• Penny (1/5): Very disappointing. Do not book this hotel if you are looking for a clean and safe place to stay. - The location, and only the location. The property was in a very poor state. Lots of broken things, unclean, unsafe, and in general, just in very poor condition.
• Eugene (9/5): It was delightful. - Location was good. Checking in and out was simple and fast. Interior was nice and cozy. Water pressure was strong and good. Master bedroom aircon was leaking but apart from that, no issues.

• Malyana (1/5): It was a horrendous stay. Not worth the price at all. Its an Ick and an eww stay. - We like the fact that it was a huge bedroom apartment. Literally opposite komtar and city square. 1. You’re greeted by stench of room odour like u never air out the space. Theres dirty stains in the cups. There are chipped crack on the floors which are dangerous for kids because its sharp and may hurt kids,imagine kid crawling. Dont even start on the toilet. The walls and side of the toilet dirties with moulds and grimes. All y’all had to do was to just spray the damn mould bleach and your toilet could have just be, clean. The cabinets in the toilet are, obviously chipped. The tub grimy. The sofas stanks, the bed stanks, the curtain stanks, the balcony floor dirty, the aircon stank. It was really a horrendous stay for us. If you’re a clean freak, forget bout coming here. The guest toilet door is literally broken,BROKEN and it wasnt fixed. My guess was stuck in the loo and cant get out. Again, imagine if yoour toddler uses the bathroom and got stuck. The nightmare i i tell you. Its such a waste cuz the room and space is a good get together.
• Marninanis (7/5): All ok except for toilet. - Nice strategic place. Near shopping centre and there is a nearby eating place. Spacious unit and high floor. From our living room window view, we can see the checkpoint for vehicle. Living room and bedrooms are clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Suitable for families. No complete toiletries. Only provided with liquid shower which is not foamy at all. No effort in providing a good quality bathroom necessities. We ended up buying our own toiletries. Common toilet was smelly. Bedroom toilet was ok but need to draw the curtains as the window is huge.

• En (10/5): Exceptional - My second stay here. I would say the best things about it were its location and room condition. Location, for being at the city centre and close to malls, eateries, and tourist landmarks. I didn't mind travelling back and forth to Legoland for two days. Room was prepared in excellent condition. The rates were value for money, in my opinion.

The staff had no response over the chat, i requested a receipt and extended check out time, no response at all Staff promised to give us an access card within 10 mins time, we waited for 24 hours but no response, when we met him again he just threw a word our office boy didn't it pass to you? Then case closed. In the end we got nothing. What a terrible service...would not go back again

• Elle (3/5): I will not truly recommend this stay unless you are thoroughly fuss free. there are alternatives available with the pric - location was walking distance to tourist spots. convenient, but not the best. we booked 3 rooms. 2 x 2bedrooms apartment, 1 x 1bedroom apartment. all 3 were problematic. we checked in on a Friday night, it was self checked in and late. by the time we settled down, we found the sheets were stained in 2 rooms (where in 1 of the room, it was stained with blood), and the bath towels were stinking in 1 room, and the air conditioned plus tv did not work in 1 room. the toilets were mouldy as well in all 3 rooms.
