• Yohei (8/5): - ウィーン中央駅から近く、スーパーも近かった。 部屋が広くて快適だった。 チェックイン時間に限りがあり、時間を越えると別途料金がかかり点。事前に確認があったけど…。 受付がわかりにくい。

• Affan Adil (9/5): Great location and super friendly staff - The location was amazing. Right outside the main station. Did not have to walk very far. Everything was approachable. Easy to go to anywhere in Vienna and also easy to take regional trains during winters. The apartment is located in a office building, not too much noise during the weekends, but expect a little noise only for few hours if you are sleeping in during weekdays.

• Marjan (10/5): - Very close to the tram station and a few minutes walk from the metro station, so it is very easy to explore the city. Private garage if you come by car. Very comfortable and clean apartment.
• Amal (10/5): شقه جميله وواسعه وقريبه لمحطه قطار فيينا - الشقه جميله وواسعه جدا وفيها شراحه ومتوفر فيها كل الأمور الضرورية للمسافر موقعها في مكان راقي وقريب من محطه القطار وكانت هادئه ومريحه جداً الوصول للشقه كان صعب جداً،الموقع ماكان مضبوط حيث أننا كنا ندور على الشقه بحقائبنا في نفس المنطقه لمده ساعتين . كانت الشقه في عياده أسنان والاستقبال في مبنى آخر اقترح كتابه كل هالتفاصيل للشقه وضع لافته واضحه وتحديث الموقع بدقه على قوقل ماب وانا جلست ثلاث ليالي بالشقه وماكان في تنظيف حتى لو يوم واحد

• Ash (9/5): It was perfect for us. - Nice large new apartment. Nice bed. Great location to see Vienna. Easy walk to central city and palace. Next to the train station to go to Bratislava or Country Palace. Next to subway. Many good restaurants and grocery stores are very close. We were able to store luggage until check in time. Nice kitchen. Bedroom needs a light blocking curtain. Light comes in both day and night (from lights at train station). Only one English Channel on TV (the BBC). Any way to add more English channels?

• francesco (10/5): - L'appartamento era perfetto, pulito, attrezzato con veramente tutto (capsule, spazzolino, prodotti,ecc). A 1 minuto dalla stazione centrale e a 3 minuti di passeggiata da belvedere. Tutto perfetto Una scopa ed una smart TV avrebbero reso il tutto perfetto

• Shuchi (8/5): Very good - Almost all amenities provided. Loved the fact that it had a separate toilet (with basin) so that it’s not held up when someone is showering. The many coffee pods were lovely for a coffee lover like me. Very spacious bathroom. The team didn’t reach out with check-in steps. This, accentuated by the fact that the reception of the apartment is in a separate building, made our check-in process very tough. We were roaming with our luggage for twenty minutes. It doesn’t mention anywhere in the building also to go to the other place for check-in. Please provide all this info upfront. A microwave at the place would also be helpful. We also saw that dishwasher was probably locked up. As someone who was cooking a lot, it meant I had to keep washing manually. Small things but they make some impact. Otherwise loved the place!

• Vikash (9/5): Superb - The staff is super nice and helpful! The main train station and bus stations are very close by. The unit did not have a washing machine and they do not provide cleaning services for a short stay, which was a bummer.

• Felix (9/5): Superb - Great location right next to main station with plenty of public transport to choose from, 10-15min to most of Vienna's sights and attractions. Nice, clean, modern apartment with all the necessary amenities. Staff were very gracious and kind. Lots of food options around as well as two large supermarkets. In an office building so vibes were a little sterile but no noisy neighbors so can't complain.
• Piotr (7/5): Good - Great location. Most tram lines and the proximity of the metro allow easy access to the main attractions. The distance to the most important sights is short. During the accommodation something happened that I would call a security incident. The receptionist asked for our identity cards and credit card to be photocopied. I warned that this was forbidden, but the receptionist deemed it necessary. Request for a response and change in guest documentation procedures.

• Eleanor (10/5): Spacious, great location and great hosts - The location was ideal as we wanted to travel around a lot so being near the main train station and underground was perfect. The flat itself was spacious, clean and perfect for what we required. We arrived after reception closed, but we had someone wait for us who then walked us to the flat and took us up so that we knew how to get to the flat and the key/pass to use. The only thing we didn't like was the heat in the flat. We are hot people and so we presume that others would have loved how toasty it was when it was so cold outside, but we did find it uncomfortable and needed to have the window open which made it a little noisy due to the location. We did try and lower the air con to -3 but it never waived from around 20-23 degrees C. Ultimately, as we didn't spend too much time in the flat, it was only a minor inconvenience. If we were staying longer, we would have contacted the hosts to get some help around this, and we have no doubt that they would have sorted it for us!

• Yue (10/5): Perfect! - It is very close to the train station. The staff are really nice. The room is very clean and quite. There is air condition and gym. The reception is not at the same postion of the hotel building. One need to carefully read their message to find the right place.
• Nainisha (7/5): Not for family vacation - This property key is to be taken from different location. We waited for half an hour to find that location also check in mentioned from 2:00 but they were giving at 4:30 . Later they allow to keep bags. May be ok for business travel but not for family vacation.

• Steven (5/5): Nice apartment but overall due to the flood at bath room we were unable to fully enjoy the stay. - the locaton is good, the place is new. near the Train station. We had trouble with the main door lock and were unable to get into the apartment. Somehow the digital lock is of poor quality. We went back to apartment late and found out that the shower room was choking and flood the entire bathroom. Had to clear the choked pipe and spoil our evening. We had problems trying to get n touch with someone but the reception was off for the day. I dont think this is going to be good for late travellers checng n.
