The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us whenever needed. Thanks to their welcoming attitude, we felt comfortable from the very beginning and everything went smoothly. The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well equipped. For our family of four, it was a big advantage to have plenty of space and feel really comfortable throughout our stay. We also highly appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Another great bonus was the sauna in the accommodation, which we really enjoyed after a day spent outside. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to other guests.

• Hans (10/5): Perfekte Auszeit in den Bergen mit total netten Eigentümern und Angestellten. - Es war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub. Wir hatten sogar einen echten Weihnachtsbaum im Wohnzimmer, was die Kinderaugen hat leuchten lassen. Das Appartementhaus und die einzelnen Appartements sind in Wirklichkeit sogar besser als auf den Fotos. Es ist wirklich perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Es ist alles da was man braucht und man fühlt sich mehr als herzlich Willkommen. Skigebiete Sankt Johann i. T., Wilder Kaiser, Kitzbühel, Fieberbrunn und viele mehr in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Mikrowelle vestellt die ganze Arbeitsfläche u auch die riesige Kaffeemaschine nimmt zuviel Platz ein. Eine kleine Nespressomaschine wäre hier passender.

• Yaila (10/5): Gemütlicher Rückzugsort mit perfekter Ausstattung - Ich habe eine Woche im Apartment Streif verbracht und mich dort rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet – mit einem bequemen Bett, einem einladenden Wohnzimmer und einem großen Esstisch. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen: Alles, was ich benötigte, war vorhanden, insbesondere in der Küche. Sollte doch einmal ein Sonderwunsch aufgekommen sein, konnte ich diesen unkompliziert per WhatsApp äußern und er wurde umgehend erfüllt. Zusätzlich war die Rezeption zu bestimmten Zeiten besetzt, sodass auch persönlicher Kontakt jederzeit möglich war. Vor dem Hotel stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung, außerdem gibt es gegen Aufpreis eine Tiefgarage. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Sankt Johann befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und lädt zum Bummeln ein. Dort gibt es auch mehrere Supermärkte für den täglichen Bedarf. Fußläufig erreichbar ist zudem ein schöner Stausee, den ich im Winter als echtes Winterwunderland erleben durfte. Ich bin alleine gereist, um mich auf meine Dissertation zu konzentrieren, und dafür war das kleine Apartment perfekt geeignet. Die größeren Apartments sind sicherlich ideal für Reisen mit mehreren Personen. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – ich komme sehr gerne wieder! Alles war TOP!

It had all the main facilities that are necessary for a comfortable stay. It also had a great wellness and sauna area for relaxing. Man könnte vielleicht noch ein paar Mückengitter einbauen und in der Küche fehlte ein Weizenbierglas. ;-)

• Katrin (10/5): - Waren sehr positiv überrascht, dass wir bereits um 08:00 Uhr in das Appartement konnten, top war auch dass Kaffee, Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel, etc. bereits vorhanden waren, was bei Appartements nicht selbstverständlich ist. Betten waren sehr bequem, alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen.

Der super nette Empfang durch Herrn Attila, der mit vollem Engagement, Wohlwollen und tollen Ausflug Tipps immer wieder überraschte. Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir noch ein paar Tage Aufenthalt drangehängt haben. Sauberkeit, Ordnung, besondere Aufmerksamkeit für alle Details, die die Möglichkeit boten, sich wirklich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Schönes Design, Innenausstattung, Kaffeevollautomat, Sauna, Waschmaschine und Trockner standen zur Verfügung. Parkplätze sind vorhanden – alles Voraussetzungen, um den Urlaub zu genießen und den Alltag zu vergessen. Und das alles mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser.Ein wahres Vergnügen. • Marcel (10/5): Familienurlaub in Österreich - Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten war sehr bequem und wir haben vorzüglich geschlafen. Vor dem Haus gab es kostenlose Parkplätze. Absolutes Highlight ist die Sauna im Keller. Der Angestellte Manager ist sehr nett und hilft gern beim erstellen von Wanderruten und ist für alle Fragen offen. Wir können das Apartment Steif zu 100 Prozent empfehlen.

• Tim (8/5): Fijn verblijf leuke outdoor omgeving - Gastheer was super aardig en hielp face to face of via whatsap graag met tips voor de buurt en een leuk gesprekje. Sauna was top en je kunt wassen en er zijn droog rekken 👍🏻 Keuken was ruim voldoende uitgerust om zelf te koken De bank zat niet lekker en de bedden zijn echt onwijs hard. Ik houdt van een hard bed maar zelfs ik vond het niet helemaal prettig. Maargoed beter te hard dan te zacht! Wij vonden 2 personen wel de max met een 4 persoons appartement..

• Eliška (10/5): Absolutně super i pro mimino - Naprosto krásný byt, vybavená kuchyň, kávovar s připravenou kávou, velice pohodlné postele, krásný výhled. Měli jsme roční dítě a i když jsme si nežádali, měli jsme připravenou postýlku, židličku i přebalovací podložku. Pro batole velice bezpečný byt, uzavřený balkon, nikde žádné přístupné zásuvky na zemi . K dispozici pračka a sušička. Pro pozdní check in jsme měli klíče venku v trezoru, využili jsme i kartičku na zdarma lanovku v blízkém městě. Parkování za rohem bylo prostorné i pro větší auto . Velice příjemný personál

• Susanne (9/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal für Ausflüge. Die Ausstattung durchdacht, modern, geschmackvoll und wertig. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und extrem hilfsbereit. Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert. Sauna ein top Pluspunkt. Nicht so optimal war bei dem von uns gebuchten Appartment Nr. 5 im EG direkt am Eingangsbereich und gegenüber der Rezeption, der laute Geräuschpegel vor allem morgens. Am Tisch in der Wohnung sitzend hat man alle Gespräche laut mithören können. Das war suboptimal. Auch, daß der Fußweg zum Hotel direkt neben Terrasse, Wohnzimmer und Küchenfenster vorbeiführt fanden wir nicht gut. Man kam sich vor wie auf dem Präsentierteller. Mit Wahrscheinlichkeit würden wir die Unterkunft nochmals buchen , nicht aber das Appartment No. 5 im EG.

They were thinking about every single detail so you can enjoy your time. Location is nice, really quite area, not so far from markets and restaurants. Hosts were very nice to us, especially lady. We‘ve booked smaller room, with one living room and one bedroom, but she gave us bigger apartment with 2 rooms cause we were with two kids :). We will definitely come again 😊

• Pjfs (10/5): Fabulous apartment - ideal base for the many local ski areas. - Beautifully appointed and clearly brand new apartment. Very comfortable with great views and friendly, helpful manager. We were met by the owner on arrival despite this being in the small hours. Warm, quiet and spotlessly clean. Seems churlish to mention anything as it was such a great apartment, but there are a few sharp edges in the bathrooms and artexed walls throughout. Children need to be careful to avoid grazes.
