• Jeton (6/5): It was nice. The receptionist was very helpful. - The location is very good. The place itself is quiet and the Taksim square is really nearby from where you can go in different plaices. The internet is very poor and the heating system it is noisy.

• Alesya (8/5): Very good - The location is good, the district is safe, it's easy to get anywhere from there. The host is super helpful, always in touch via WhatsApp. The room is cute, everything is pretty comfortable. The microwave plate isn't rotating, still the microwave itself is usable.
• Mansour (1/5): No electricity and no AC in the 36 degree, No internet, very very bad experience, not recommend it - I did not like anything from this property at all. first of all the photos wasn't anything like rooms, AC at property was not working and when i talked to manager of building he was hostile towards me and my family and kept threating me. properties electricity was tripping all the time and for the second week one of the apartment i rented had no electricity at all. No internet connectivity. the owner and staffs behaviour was hostile towards us. water pressure was low. but mainly their behaviour was very bad towards other guests too. dirty sheets and bedding, dirty and old towels.
• Александра (6/5): Good price=quality ratio. Good location. Turkish language only - About the hotel itself, I can say a good price=quality ratio. But! - upon check-in, they mistakenly charged me 2 times more money. The staff is good, but does NOT speak English at all, and it was very long and difficult to sort out the incorrect payment. Therefore, the advice is - if you pay by card, carefully look at what the staff typed at the terminal. The whole stay was ruined, since the first erroneous payment was stuck during the return, and I had to pay for the stay a second time and wait for the first payment to be returned. Also, the room is very stuffy even with air conditioning. The window opens onto a courtyard in which there is no wind movement and nothing to breathe even at night. The bed is on the 2nd floor - it’s difficult to go to the toilet at night and it’s very stuffy on the 2nd floor - neither the air conditioner nor the wind gets there. The staff is kind and helpful, but they only speak Turkish and it is very difficult to solve the problem.
• Nafeesa (2/5): Terribly uncomfortable stay - Close to shops. Owner changed our accommodation from 2 bedroom to 1 bedroom, for our 5 guests. Which is crazy since we a married couple and cannot share a room with others. Even though in communication beforehand, they did not inform us and we came all the way. Damp place, we were in the basement and the floors were always damp, it had a terrible smell (damp and of sewage in the toilet). Back door would not lock or close. Not all facilities listed was provided. No iron, washing machine, clothing rack etc.

The property must hire more service staff for better services. the staff is helpful but with limited resources. continuous hot water supply is an issue.

• Vladimir (3/5): Not recommended - The staff was friendly and helped with check in The room was quite dirty: the floor was not washed well, the whole bathroom was rusty and covered with fungus. For 4 days our room was never cleaned. There was dust everywhere and I had allergies. We took a room with a "king size" bed, but all they offered us was the beds pushed together and one small duvet. There was no electricity a couple of times, and Wi-Fi only works on the first floor, not in the room. The room is located on the 4th floor, and climbing a narrow spiral staircase is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
