• Sean (2/5): No hot water in the shower :( - Location No hot water in the shower. It runs warm for 2 minutes then turns cold and never gets warm again. We reached out to the management and they did not resolve it or made any effort to in the two days after reporting.
• Kate (10/5): Great hotel in fabulous location! - This a fabulous hotel in a great location, right near the river and a short walk to the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio etc. lovely modern decor and really spacious room. Check in and out is all by app and key code. No staff on site, which was fine for us. We used the lockers when we arrived to store luggage before check in It would have been good to have one or two more lockers in the foyer. When we were checking out both lockers were full.

• Lara (9/5): Amazing! - Great location! Near a lot of nice restaurants and must visits when you’re in Florence. The room is very spacious and clean. Check-in by code was very easy and instructions were clear. No staff at the accommodation. We stayed on the fifth floor, and the elevator available is very small, slow and therefore a bit scary. So if you mind this, ask for a lower floor room or climb the stairs ;-). Lovely stay! -

Location was brilliant, good for restaurants, all the main attractions, near the station and just across the bridge from Santo Spirito. Shower door needs a seal on the bottom to cope.better with the waterfall.shower.

• MARIA (7/5): - La ubicación y todo totalmente nuevo. El local con el que tienen concierto para desayunos resultó estar cerrado y no pudieron ofrecer ninguna alternativa. La atención al cliente es muy mejorable. La única forma es un agente de WhatsApp y, para cosas puntuales, una persona te responde. La smart TV no era tal y pretendían que les grabara un video usándola, para comprobar si funcionaba. Es de chiste. El baño es enano.

Muy cómodo La comunicación falló, yendo para el destino me avisan que me habían cancelado la estancia. Al comunicarme con un bot me confirman que estaba todo bien, se vivieron momentos de tensión en el tren yendo a Florencia. Al llegar, el apto estaba equipado para dos pax en lugar de tres, por suerte abajo en el área común había toallas y sábanas disponibles, el sofá cama no fue fácil de armar. De todas maneras volvería a usar las instalaciones, solo hay que mejorar la comunicación.

• Claudia (10/5): Magnífica estancia en NUMA - Todo. Ya habíamos estado en un NUMA en Lisboa y seguiremos cogiéndolo en las ciudades en las que estén ellos. La comodidad, la limpieza, la calidad, el servicio, cada detalle. No le pongo más nota porque no hay. Este apartamento está super bien ubicado, nos facilitaron la posibilidad de dejar las maletas antes del check in porque llegamos muy temprano y lo mismo para el día que nos íbamos. Cerca de supermercado, bares… al apartamento no le falta un detalle. Repetiré sin duda, porque tienen apartamentos en muchas ciudades europeas. Todo estaba de 10

• Ioanna (10/5): I definitely recommend - Amazing room with great decoration and beautiful vibe!! Idefinitely recommend!! Especially the bed and the pillows were great! And super clean and warm! The location was the best spot in the city of Florence. The only small small thing I would ask the next time will be these small hotel slippers but despite the fact I didn’t have them I felt very comfortable to walk around without them in the room!!

• Maki (8/5): I do like Numa, this was a great location but will not come back - The brand, I’ve stayed in other Numa before. Location is also great, the apartment is well equipped and spacious. I miss REN toiletries, unlike other Numa the essentials weren’t many in the cupboard, the shower drainage and stagnant water smell, also the emergency lighting was flashing throughout the night it’s not convenient when the apartment is a studio we can see the light. Only 2 lockers were available and both of them were in use, we had to leave our luggage outside the locker. The apartment was not ready for 3pm, I requested the sofa bed to be made which was not made. Customer service WhatsApp takes forever to get though to the human agent, AI bot kept sending me the same messages as it did not understand my enquiries about these problems.

• Albici (9/5): Great stay overall — comfortable, quiet, and well-located - We enjoyed our stay. The location is great — close enough to the city center to walk, but far enough to avoid the crowds. We stayed in room 401 (4th floor), which was very spacious and quiet — no noise from the street or other guests. We also appreciated the little details, like having an iron in the room, which was very handy for our outfits. The staircase is quite narrow, which makes it a bit challenging to carry luggage up. However, there is a small elevator that helps with getting to the upper floors.

Alguns básicos para preparar chá e café disponíveis, assim como utensílios necessários caso se pretenda fazer alguma refeição :) É possível deixar as malas num locker fechado após o check-out, o que é bastante cómodo. O sistema de aquecimento é controlado centralmente, então não conseguimos ligar o secador de toalhas na casa de banho que teria sido uma mais valia já que não tinha qualquer tipo de ventilação.

Möbel / Lampen, Bad, Küche), mit wenig Aufwand könnte ein noch besseres Wohnerlebnis und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis geschaffen werden; Sauberkeit okay; nicht negativ, aber erwähnenswert: Treppen und Aufzug spannend (vor allem im 5. Stock)
