Mostafa Al Mamun (8/5): A good place to stay at KL - For 2 people, the accommodation was huge. It has every kind of amenities mentioned. Its in a busy area, so markets, shops - all are nearby. In fact at ground floor of the building at outside premise - there are 7/11 and cafe. Pavilion, Fahrenheit, KLCC - all are within 15 min distance with various options. Room was clean and well maintained, ACs were powerful and from higher floors - you can have a good city view. The building security system is also good. BED should be more comfortable and soft. Roof top pool is not as big as it seems from images - but that is ok.
Michael (9/5): Beeindruckender Ausblick, gute Lage - Tolle Aussicht über die Stadt (hatten Wohnung im 36. Stockwerk), mit Merdeka118 Wolkenkratzer in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gutes, großes Bett. AC in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Grosser Kühlschrank, ausgestattete moderne Küchenzeile, Waschmaschine. Balkon mit Tischchen und Stühlen, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Rauchen auf dem Balkon möglich. Der Pool ist groß und einladend. Es gibt einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ansonsten 10 Minuten zu Fuss zur Changkat Bukit Bintang Straße mit vielen Bars, Restaurants, Nachtleben usw. Glastüre der Dusche geht nicht zu. Eine kleine Küchenschabe morgens im Wohnzimmer gesichtet. Kein Aschenbecher.

Kavitha (10/5): Highly recommend in every possible way - Attention to detail: Oh my, every small little thing was attended to and the property was obviously extremely professionally run. I am genuinely super impressed at how I needed absolutely nothing over the period of almost a week. Every single thing you could possible require was provided. Cooking facilities were amazing, washing powder was provided for clothes, toiletries were available, and even an iron was provided. It was really a very comfortable stay. Room & View: I loved the view from the North Suites, so try to get one on this side. Also would counsel against paying extra for a balcony as that was completely pointless in Malaysian weather. I could see Petronas Towers and the KL Tower from my room, as well as Merdeka 118, and I simply just fell in love with KL from my room. South Suites, by comparison, was not that great. Room was very clean both times and the kitchen was very clean and usable. Location: The property is located near a metro station but during peak hours, it is pretty much impossible to walk to the metro, so I ended up taking cabs most of the time. It's not the property's fault, though. I found that KL is often just unwalkable. Staff: My contact was always available and patiently answered every query. I would give him / her every commendation and I am really glad since I was concerned about there being no reception at the service apartments. But it is not required and the property manager is extremely efficient and proactive in answering questions and getting issues resolved. I am not sure how it works but there was no cleaning staff coming to clean up everyday. I had to contact the manager for any cleaning I needed done. Not an issue for me, but worth mentioning as it may be useful info to others.
Jannik (5/5): Das gesparte Geld für ein gutes Hotel haben wir dann in der Klinik für Behandlung und Medikamente ausgegeben. - Gute Lage Gute Kommunikation, wenn auch wenig kulant. Leider sehr unterschiedlich in der Substanz. Aufgrund von Bettwanzenbefall (vom Vermieter abgestritten) habe ich zwei Räume erleben dürfen. 19. OG und 13. OG 19. OG gute Aussicht, allgemeiner Zustand gut. Leider Bettwanzenbefall in der ersten Nacht. Knappe 100 Bisse durch Arzt aufgenommen. 13.OG mit Poolblick und sehr verlebt. (s.Bilder) Wohnung riecht ohne Klimaanlage undefinierbar komisch. Aber der Vermieter hat ja zwei Duftbäume aufgestellt. Das Bidet war bei Bezug Defekt. Wurde dann repariert. Nachts platzte dann der marode Schlauch. Bettwanzen Allgemeiner Zustand der Flure und der Wohnung 13. Etage. Die Möbel sind verlebt und einfach mit Bezügen überzogen.

Jennifer (7/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich außerordentlich gut. Zu Fuß ist die umliegende walking Street (Food Market), die Petrona Towers ets. zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer und überdacht erreichbarer Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und einen ATM. Ein Waschtrockner ist in der Unterkunft vorhanden (Möglichkeiten die Wäsche aufzuhängen leider nicht). Ein sehr schnelles und zuverlässiges WLAN ist enthalten. Der Blick aus dem 31. Stock auf die Stadt und die Towers unschlagbar und insgesamt hat man in dem Appartment sehr viel Platz. Das zweite Zimmer ist für eine Person vollkommen ausreichend, zu zweit jedoch eher klein. Vom Rooftop im 42. Stock hat man eine tolle Aussicht und einen kleinen süßen Pool, den nahezu keiner nutzt. Wir konnten sehr unkompliziert früher einchecken, worüber wir nach einem sehr langen Flug sehr happy waren. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos über WhatsApp und war auch sehr freundlich. Einen klassischen Check-in gab es nicht, da die Schlüssel über den Außensafe mit Zugangscode abzuholen sind. Wir hatten den ganzen Aufenthalt über ausschließlich kaltes Wasser. Es gab lediglich ein Handtuch, kein Handtuch für die Hände oder ein kleines weitere Handtuch, außerdem gab es wenig Ablagen in den Bädern zum Dinge abstellen oder auch um das Handtuch aufzuhängen. Der Wohnkomplex ist super safe aber man kommt auch nirgends ohne Schlüsselkarte hin und davon hatten wir als Gruppe (zu dritt) leider nur eine. Man kann noch nicht mal den Aufzug nutzen, einmal drin, kommt man nur mit Karte raus.

Andrea (10/5): Wir waren sehr begeistert! Kann ich nur empfehlen! - Sehr schön und sauber! Alles war hervorragend! Bett, Dusche, Toilette, Küche, Wohnbereich... Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfreich. Der Check-in war einfach. Wie oft in so großen Wohnkomplexen üblich, findet man den Schlüssel in einem kleinen Safe. Der Pool ist groß und erfrischend. Auf Level 42 ist eine Aussichtsplattform mit einem weiteren kleinen Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht in diesem tollen Apartment... ;-) btw: Das Parken war etwas schwierig. Beschrieben war Ebene 4, die gibt es aber nicht - Ebene 3A war dann richtig.

Juan Ignacio (10/5): A home away from home - Look no further, we stayed twice during our trip at this place, when we first landed and when we left…it is amazing, anything you can wish for to have a great and pleasant stay. Great communication, very accommodating to our needs and the pool is probably the best one we had in all the places we stay. Excellent location to explore KL, walkable distance to Chinatown and also to the towers. All in all was the perfect stay! Thank you very much!
Romek (8/5): Skyline views mit Laufnähe zu Nachtmärkten, Chinatown und Shopping.. - Lage, Lage, Lage.. Die zwei Pool, die Rooftop-Terrasse und der Blick aus dem Apartment waren definitiv das Highlight für Groß und Klein Die Einrichtung war schon etwas verwohnt und würde sich über ein update freuen.

Large swimming pool at L6 plus the smaller one atop North Tower offered amazing views across KL. Excellent value for money. We were 2 couples and the 2nd bedroom was very cramped. We ended up booking a one bedroom in same block, not an issue as very good value.

Juan Ignacio (10/5): Perfect stay at KL - A very convenient location to reach most areas one would like to explore around KL. Really good apartment that allows you to feel like at home. Bed very comfortable, amazing views of KL landscape. Pool is amazing, what a little paradise! Communication was easy and all was smooth. Very happy with the whole experience. So much so, we have booked and extra night for our last day in KL. Also the streets behind the apartment has very nice places for breakfast and brunch and check out the amazing Chinese restaurant around the corner! This place is absolutely 100% recommendable.

(1/5): - تعامل الموظفة سيء جدا . ماعندها اي تعاون و مكشرة و سيئة للاسف و رفضت الحجز و قالت حجزك لدى و كيل عقار اخر و اضطريت اخذ حجز جديد من عندها . لأن ما عرفت اين اذهب الظاهر انها أبراج لأكثر من مالك . و لكن كانت تجربة سيئة رفعت شكوى في البوكنج لكن للأسف. ما رجع لي المبلغ غير 28 من 198 للاسف رفض إعادة المبلغ . و الفندق من داخر لا بأس به . لكن الحمام كان فيه صراصير منزلية . و دود صغار تعامل الموظفة سيئ و الحمام فيه صراصير صغيرة
Elaine (8/5): Pleasant stay. - Very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms . Great to have a kitchen and washing machine. Pool was a great size. Excellent security at pool and reception area. Great to have a coffee shop, a few restaurants and convenience stores on the ground floor. Shame the apartment was 15mins taxi from the main shopping centre.
Chrystal (7/5): Beautiful view and clean apartment - The location was central and very easy to get around using grab. There are restaurants and convenience stores located just outside the apartment complex which made it very easy to find food. It’s a lively area with live music playing outside restaurants and generally a good vibe. Although it’s technically a 10-15min walk to the nearest train station we never actually got around to doing that because it didn’t seem that walkable. It’s also hot so we ended up taking grab instead. There is also very little privacy in the apartment, the showers are all glass so you’re exposed to everyone else in the bedroom. Just make sure you’re comfortable with that before booking!
ying (8/5): Contains everything needed for a stay at the apartment, good location to food market and shopping. - Good location and host was helpful with good communication and instructions to pick up the keys. Good value and room were decent, washer dryer was useful, big swimming pool, gym was decent albeit old equipment but useable. The hair shampoo and body wash, The lift had no aircon.

Yes its have a dedicated car park but to drive a vehicle untill reqch it level is very demanding a concentration. The TV channel n signal is not working. The bathroom floor (master bedroom)is slippery when its wet.

Tara (9/5): Fantastic hosts. Good appartment - Good location with restaurant and shops underneath the apartments. Easy to get key and access the apartment. Hosts were great at storing my case and letting me use the pool facilities before my evening flight and good communication. Wasn’t clear that you needed to turn the heat on for the hot water in the shower 30 mins before using otherwise it’s a cold shower. Very dusty under the beds and behind the sofa needs a bit more attention to detail when cleaning. Aircon in bedroom not very powerful

Genoten van het zwembad op de 6e en 42e verdieping en het schitterende uitzicht vanuit het appartement. Ligging is perfect: binnen 10 minuten lopen bij Jalan Alor foodstreet, maar ook restaurantjes en een 7/11 op de BG. Contact met verhuurder verliep zeer soepel, snel reactie op vragen. Niets, kan het zeker aanraden!

Ikumi (8/5): - 10-15 minute walk to both Chinatown and Bukit Bintang, the location is superb. There are plenty of places to eat or buy necessities in the area. The apartment was spacious and adequately clean. The only confusion was that the cleaners did not come every 3 days as we were told and sometimes it went longer in between, but this was not really a problem for us.
Nina (4/5): Ich war enttäuscht - Der einzige Pluspunkt die Lage und der Ausblick Vielleicht 5 Sonnenliegen am Pool ( natürlich immer belegt) Bett maximal 1,80m lang und unbequem Keine Nachttischlampe, um das Licht auszuschalten muss man aufstehen Nicht mal eine einzige Flasche Wasser zur „Begrüßung „ Keine Zahnputzbecher Badarmaturen dreckig Waschmaschine so alt und dreckig, das man sie nicht benutzen konnte

Lisa (9/5): Zentral gelegene, saubere und große Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft liegt gut, ziemlich zentral in KL, es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu DER Streetfood -Straße (Jalan Alor) sind es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten. Mein Apartment war sehr groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wunderbar sauber. Das Bett war auch nicht allzu hart. Für die meisten vermutlich perfekt :) In der Küche sind die wesentlichen Dinge vorhanden: Wasserkocher, Herd, Töpfe, Teller, Schüsseln, Gläser, Besteck, großer Kühlschrank. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine, die ich aber nicht benutzt habe, weil ich kurz vor der Rückreise war. Der Pool war wunderbar, um sich von der schwülen Hitze zu erholen und sogar so lang, dass man gut ein paar Bahnen ziehen kann. Self Check-in und Check-out haben durch die Instruktionen per WhatsApp reibungslos funktioniert. Ich fand es etwas nervig, dass ich selbst fürs Verlassen des Gebäudes und Geländes die Karte gegenhalten musste. Und die Zugangsstraße zum Gebäudekomplex ist eine Sackgasse, die gerne verstopft. Also wenn man es eilig hat, sollte man sein Taxi oder Grab vll lieber an die große Straße bestellen und dort warten 😅 Aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten :)

Центр города, снизу магазины (7/11), рестораны Отзывчивый хозяин или хозяйка, помог(ла) с заселением и адаптером для розетки. И цена очень адекватная! Жили до этого в другом отеле, было хуже и дороже, не сравнить! Очень рекомендую!
