A winding staircase offers access to the bedroom with attached bathroom, suitable for up to 2 people. The room features a double bed and plenty of closet space. • Eleanor (8/5): Perfect for a long weekend break providing key facilities and a good distance from the centre - Good facilities, felt safe coming through 2 doors, the noise restrictions and no smoking in the area, very friendly staff, close enough to the centre making travel easy. The microwave oven had no metal plate to use it as an oven, not enough folks/knives for everyone (hundred of big spoons though). Steep strairs to the room and having to go downstairs to the toilet. Bins being emptied loadly during the quiet hours.

• Courtney (9/5): Good, perfect for what we needed - spacious and clean, good facilities the reception is quite a walk from the apartments and one evening the key cards stopped working for one of the apartments so a someone from our party had to walk all the way back to reception to re-do the key cards then walk all the way back again and they still wouldn't work so maintenance came out to fix the door but the trying to sort the keys felt like a bit of a wasted journey and a better solution for future probably needs to be looked into as like I said the receptionist isn't that close

• Piera (6/5): Great location, not ideal for kids - Great location, staff accommodating. The flat was well equipped with cooking tools. Beds comfy. I'd go again as an adult since the location is great, but going with small kids was not the best. The noise, tourists quite loud at any time of night and day. People passing by activating lights that got inside the house with no chance to shade it or switching it off. Neighbours smoking outside the property sending all the passive smoke into our flat. Internet is advertised but extremely poor connection. Rubbish bins left infront of the property.

• Irina (10/5): Компактный дом для семьи со всем необходимым - Современный дом, есть все необходимое. Кухня, холодильник, фен, утюг и гладильная доска. До центра идти 20-30 минут. Регистрация в другом здании, от него до номеров идти 10 минут по улице. Мыло и шампунь в малюсеньких индивидуальных баночках, поставьте большие мыльницы с дозатором. Отопление нельзя регулировать, в первый день было прохладно. На первый взгляд очень современный и новый, но ремонт уже уставший.
• Sarah (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay here - Great safe location, 2 bedroom apartment was perfectly functional, even had outdoor table and chairs. Only fault was the lamp in the living room didn’t work and sofa could not fit 4 people.

Un délicieux restaurant de ramen à deux pas. L'appartement ne possède pas de fenêtre ouvrante et pas d'entrée d'air, nous avons eu chaud (car les fenêtres de toit chauffent beaucoup quand il y a du soleil) et le seul moyen de ventiler était de laisser la porte grande ouverte en mettant la ventilation à fond (quand la porte est fermée, il n'y a pas d'air neuf qui entre dans l'appartement

• Rebecca (10/5): Excellent location but very peaceful for a city. Good value for money and a nice apartment overall. - Very clean property and plenty spacious enough for a weekend. Great location, near to the city but far enough from the very busy and touristy centre area. Lovely and peaceful. Great Italian down the road, and close to trams, metros etc. The walls are quite thin so noise travels, but there’s strict rules on noise after a certain time so not a major problem. Can imagine it gets quite hot and stuffy in the height of summer as no windows.

Drugged up youths partying outside our door until 3am and no response from management to resolve the issue.
• Colin (7/5): - It had a very modern feel to the apartment.... The beds could have been more comfortable and the seating area only had a 2 person sofa when there were 4 in our booking so 2 people had to sit upstairs on the beds, so it was lucky it was open plane and everyone could talk.....

Ensuite le ménage était très mal réaliser ce qui nous a déranger lors de notre séjour , les assiettes sales , casseroles… Au dessus des placard , sous le lit et aussi sur le sèche serviette il y avais de la crasse et taches….

• Sandie (7/5): Cute 2 Bed Unit that serves as a place to sleep with cooking facilities if needed. - Well planned out unit that offered accommodation for a family in a quiet area. Nice hot shower. There is a coffee shop nearby for breakfast. Tram stops within 4 mins. I used a city card for 48 hours that included all tram fares, canal cruises and most museums. Otherwise 30-40min walk to main Amsterdam attractions. The court yard was very run down and my view was a canvas covered building site. The unit offered little natural light as the main window was this view and that of the main entrance to the court yard and when blinds were open offered every other resident a full view Inside with no privacy. So blind was kept down all of my stay and had to use electric lights even in day. Would recommend dual blind. No Coffee, Only tea and creamer powder. No nearby supermarket, so take you own.

Bänke für Raucher stehen unter der Lüftung: Rauch der Nachbarn (Zigaretten/Mariuana) wird über Lüftung sofort in Schlafraum transportiert.

• Weiss (3/5): Dirty, loud, and not helpful. - Location Dirty, smelled badly of smoke and weed. Room was 29 degrees when we arrived! Opened the door to cool it down to 19. Went for supper and was up to 25 degrees and climbing. Messaged for help multiple times and they didn’t solve it. We ended up figuring it out ourselves. They never even checked with us. The other guests in the other rooms were very loud and inconsiderate. Up yelling till 4am each night.

• Bramberga (7/5): - location was great, close to center, there are many places to eat breakfast and dinner near apartment. staff was really friendly and nice, after check out they offered me to watch my luggage while i walk around city :) didn't like that check-in was at a different location, but other than that check-in was smooth and easy. didn't like that it was loud in the evening from other guest, i could hear how they came back or go out,i could even hear them when they where in their apartments, a lot of noise during evening and night. also felt like bed sheets aren't washed or changed, the samw goes for towels, but other then that it was alright.

• Anne-Kathrin (3/5): Reinigung? - Die Lage war super und die Aufteilung der Räume war auch gut. Wir sind als Paar und zwei Freunde gereist, ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten waren super. Die Küche hatte eine gute Grundausstattung. Die Hygiene war absolut nicht vorhanden. Das Highlight war das Bad in dem gelbe Flüssigkeiten von der Wand liefen. Es sah aus als wäre einige Gäste lag gar nichts gemacht worden. Die Dusche war nicht sauber, in der Küche gab es dreckige Gläser, das Spülmittel gammelte am Rand… die Betten sahen sauber aus aber man durfte nicht unter die Betten schauen oder an die Decke oder in die total verstaubten Lampen. Das Fenster ließ sich die ganze Nacht nicht schließen, weil jemand das Schloss rein gedrückt hatte, wir aber niemanden erreicht haben der das Problem lösen konnte. Außerdem ist die Wohnung extrem hellhörig und um uns herum liefen bis in den frühen Morgen Musik und Gespräche, der Schlaf ließ also zu wünschen übrig.

• Emma (7/5): Great location. Functional rather than luxurious. Outside space - Lovely area, quiet and outdoor space. We stayed in one bed ‘Violet’. Wet room style bathroom but shower was decent. Bed very large and comfortable Quite basic - a plastic covered sofa with no additional cushions meant I can’t rate it more for comfort but was lovely warm (it was very cold when we were there so was nice coming back to a toasty home). Should also say there is a high spiral staircase to bedroom and bathroom so wouldn’t be suitable for some.
