• diaa (9/5): ممتازة - موظفين متعاونين وكادر مدرب واحترافي احب ان اتقدم بالشكر لهم ولموظفي الاستقبال بشكل خاص بصراحة هناك ملاحظة بسيطة وهي أن السرير مكانه غير ملائم بالنسبة لهواء المكيف فهو مزعج وقد يكون ضار أحيانا لذلك كنت اضطر الى النوم بعكس الاتجاه حتى لا يكون هواء المكيف موجه بشكل مؤذي الى رأسي الغرفة رقم 1107

• VIP_BH (9/5): Potentials that are not used effectively. - I loved the location. The staff members in the reception were very kind and helpful. I didn't like that i had to tell them to clean my room. I didn't like the breakfast it had no gluten free options and the buffet was very simple. I didn't like when I wanted a taxi the reception told the bell boy to call a taxi and he brought his friend in a normal car instead of a taxi and I had to call a taxi myself.

• Fathy (10/5): Nice Experience - The staff was so friendly and helpful ( Mr Mahmoud the manager, Mr Ezzat & Mr Shady). The Hotel is in excellent location & clean. It’s my third time in that hotel and everytime it gets better than before.

They always provided bottles of water or food on my table while I was away. The location was central and perfect to go around the city! It's totally worth the money!

Breakfast menu was decent and they provided free coffee/tea served to our room. Overall excellent. Some renovations were ongoing so slight noise but staff were considerate of occupants.

The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free visit! We were disappointed that there was no microwave provided in the room. This small addition would have made the stay much more convenient, especially for longer visits.
