• Kate (9/5): - Ох, Баку! Влюблена в город с первого взгляда! Проживали в двух отелях для лучшего изучения города. Первый отель рядом с набережной. Этот отель мин 25-30 пешком от центра (набережной), удобное расположение: недалеко (мин.20 пешком) от ТЦ, парков, зоопарка, а выходя из отеля есть любые магазины. Очень добродушный персонал, спасибо за гостеприимство и советы! Встретили как родных) Завтраки супер и работают долго (до 10.30), бассейн теплый, разной глубины (шкафчики, полотенце, шлепки имеются), территория закрытая, тихая и прекрасный небольшой пруд с японскими разноцв.карпами)) ребенок был счастлив! Номеров у нас было 2: большие номера, с кухней и всем необходимым (как дома все есть!) и + качественным, второй номер как квартира двухкомнатная! Уютные, чистые, набор для полноценного проживания : утюг, глад.доска, стиральная машина, сушилка, запасные одеяла и многое другое. Благодарим персонал и удачи! Скучаем ;( и вернёмся еще все хорошо
• Jamilahmed57 (10/5): - I like the wide space. All basic and extra facilities provided. Room have attached bathroom. 1 toilet in hall. Kitchen have stove and all cooking utensils. Washing machine and detergent provided. Free unlimited drinking water with hot and cold dispenser. Out side garden view and big fishes pool my kid enjoyed. Have gym and swimming but I didn't use. I will recommend everyone because good place for visitors and affordable. Breakfast have limited items. TV have only local language channels.

Стафф был очень приветливый и дружелюбный, мне было комфортно и безопасно в отеле :) Вкусный завтрак всегда был отличным началом дня! Квартира просторная и чистая, со всем необходимым для комфортного пребывания. На взгляд моего мужа, пружины матрас, порой мешали спать. Вай-фай иногда переставал ловить из спальни.

There is small garden / lawn area with a small water fall and fish pond. It is excellent place to stay with family. Very neat , safe and secure. Apartment hotel is far 3 KM away from city center. There is no near by metro station. But in Baku, Bolt taxi is available with very cheap rates to move around the city. House keeping staff was doing cleaning / house keeping on daily basis. It is great place to live and relax. Very clean, safe and secure. Inhouse restaurant is available and can serve food direct to apartment. Our apartment was located on 3rd floor. There was no lift / elevator available. If you have health issue , then it will become a challenge to get up / down from apartment. Apartment building does not offer any great view of city from windows.

Better use Metro train to reach city centre and Nizami street easy and fast nearest station is Ganjlik station. Break fast. Very less items and no vegetarian items. Please include some veg fried rice or veg noodles in the breakfast

Rooms are well heated and insulated, we didn't felt cold event though outside temperature is around 6 Kitchen is well stocked. Room was cleaned daily Hotel has a garden with fountain and small pool with fishes. Staff is helpful and supportive. Hotel reception has provided all required information and helped with booking baku tours as well. It is a bit far from main tourist locations but easily reachable via taxi.

Not only is it indoors, but it is 20 meters in length, the water is clear and of excellent temperature for those who like to swim. Also, there is an adequate gym and a waterfall in the courtyard. Only issue for some people is the 4 story building my room was in had no elevator

• Samuel (9/5): An excellent hotel, with friendly staff and great amenities. - The rooms were clean enough. What we like the most was that the room has everything you need and more. It has washing machine, electric cooker and accessories, Big living room. Dinner in the resto was great. The wifi signal was very poor inside the room. The breakfast was very standard, no croissants and fruit slices. The room was too big, I think, if we were allowed, my family could have used only 1 room instead of 2.

Beautiful property with a serene atmosphere worth the money. - The place as a whole was just serene and gave you the feeling of being at your home away from home. The property was quite neat and clean, from outside to inside maintenance was done at all times. The apartment was quite spacious, with a living hall, bedroom, a small kitchen, a washroom and a powder room. The furniture was in proper condition, well maintained and clean. The washrooms were quite tidy, spacious and had ample toiletries for our needs. The hotel compound is full of trees and covered in greenery with a garden inside having a water structure with fish pond. They had amenities like Gym, Sauna and swimming pool. They had notes placed giving information about everything happening around, like holiday timing, breakfast timing, restaurant menu, safety instructions and even a write-up on how the building was safe from earthquakes :D Breakfast was top notch with so many options to choose from with a scenic seating arrangement and humble staff. The plus point was their timing, which started from 6.30 and went till 10.30, that's insane considering that people can come at the choice of their waking time. They had ample parking space and the hotel being within the compound security could never be a concern. They had security at the entry point, ensuring no one entered without permission. As it is away from the city rush, you will always be at peace without any disturbance from the outside world. Nothing much to be honest. The only point we felt could have been better was that the staff at reception should be there for 24 hrs as we had our flight to catch early morning and there was no staff at night. They only come by 9-10 AM in the morning.

• Abdul (8/5): Overall experience at City Mansion was a pleasant one - Fully equipped apartment, clean and in good condition. Staff made sure our stay was a pleasant one (Elnara in particular). Helped us with booking right taxi for our onwards journey. 10 to 15 minutes from most visited tourism sites. Some of the amnesties listed were not functional (Billiards/snooker room, Karaoke bar). Wish swimming pool had a separate area for smaller kids. 2 bedroom apartment block does not have an elevator. Staff did help carry our luggage upstairs, but there were so many other times we had to carry pram and other bags up and down the stairs during our stay. Escalator would have helped.
• Alexander (9/5): Excellent stay - A very comfortable place for a vacation stay. This was a very nice and surprisingly quiet place inside living quarters. Although located near a busy street, lots of trees and neighborhood buildings fend off the noise. Very nice people in the hotel, always helpful and very friendly. The premises are guarded all the time, and provide parking space inside the fence. So the place is safe. The hotel runs a well-equipped gym and swimming pool with convenient operation time. The waterfall and small pond with a flock of colorful goldfish were a good surprise in the greener inner yard. Very spacious comfortable room with all essentials provided. Thanks a lot to the whole staff who made my stay easy and fabulous. Nothing in particular about the facilities at all. All were superb. It was a bit difficult to locate a place with the navigator for the first time - the navigator takes to the wrong place on the back. A hint to those who would be traveling to the place - select the T-intersection of Azadliq Prospekti and Mammad Araz Street - the hotel sits in this small street continuing from Mammad Araz Street - at the end of that.
