• travelwheneveryoucan (8/5): Lovely apartment in a good location - The apartment was in a good location, near to a couple of metro stations. It was a spacious apartment for the 2 of us after having been in some small hotel rooms. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was really clean. There is not much in the way of kitchen equipment, but we were not planning on cooking anyway so was okay with us.
• LQ (6/5): Was a little surprised - The property is located in the business district so it was nice and quiet in the weekend, yet easy to get to the main attractions. Perfect location between 2 direct tramlines and for walking around to most areas. The bathroom and laundry area is well-equipped. It was a shame that there was only 1 thin pillow on each bed, and the mattresses are also pretty thin. The room was also a little dusty and could definitely use a proper cleaning under the beds. While it was nice to have a kitchen, we were not provided any cloth or towel in the kitchenette so there is nothing to wipe the counter if you wash a couple of glasses or bowls.

• Monica Roser (5/5): A bit overpriced for what they offer. - Location is good, close to two metro stations to move around, because its a bit far to walk to main touristic atractions. There is a laundy machine inside the appartment which is very convenient. Check in and out were easy through a code. The kitchen didn’t have many appliances, not even oil or salt to cook. The beds were quite uncomfortable. They didn’t have outlets to charge phones next to the beds. In fact, there was only one outlet in the appartment. It was quite noisy at nights outside and the isolation is not so good… also the fridge is very noisy all the time and you can hear it from bed.

• Nicola (10/5): - This is a great apartment very close to the K and M subway lines. The bug plus is the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom which was great to have after 2 weeks around Japan. As per amenities, there's a Familymart downstairs, Fresco 2mins walk and loads of other services.

• Jan Henrik (8/5): - Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich top – ruhig, entspannt und alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt nebenan, nur wenige Meter entfernt, befindet sich ein FamilyMart, was gerade nachts oder zwischendurch einfach mega praktisch ist, wenn man sich schnell Snacks oder Getränke holen möchte. In der Umgebung gibt es außerdem viele gute Restaurants sowie schöne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch die Anbindung an die U-Bahn ist sehr gut – alles ist schnell erreichbar. Das Zimmer war insgesamt absolut in Ordnung: schön groß, sauber und angenehm eingerichtet. Lediglich die Betten hätten etwas komfortabler sein können, aber das ist wirklich der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – ich würde definitiv wiederkommen. A few minutes walk from Yodoyabashi station where you can take the subway to get to where you want. Also close to bus stops. There’s a family mart literally downstairs and other convenience stores like 7-eleven are only a few minutes walk. Area is quiet. Host provided everything we needed. Family mart was right below it. Not very clean- there was hair on the floor and the laundry room had a smell of fish which was very off-putting. It was a tight space for 4 people. No place to hang wet clothes to dry, other than a few coat hangers. Beds were very springy and not comfortable. It would have been handy if there was a guide to tell you where local restaurants or eateries could be found.

• Carol (9/5): - Apenas achei confuso pois como não é um hotel e sim um prédio que não existe funcionários, portaria etc, não tive informação de onde era o andar e o quarto e fiquei muito tempo sem conseguir informação na frente do prédio com malas até uma pessoa me ajudar e conseguir falar com a responsável da propriedade! Acho que deveria ter informação mais clara.

It had absolutely everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a washer and drying area, a spacious bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, a very comfortable bed, and even a large fridge which was incredibly convenient. The entire place was spotless and clearly very well maintained. You can really tell that attention to detail is a priority here. On top of that, it offers outstanding value for money, which makes it an even better choice. The location is also excellent, with a minimart and various shops just a short walk away, as well as easy access to the metro, making it perfect for exploring the area. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well equipped, and conveniently located apartment. Just a small thing, the city tax payment could be made easier by providing a link for payment right away.

Так же приходилось обращаться к администрации, из-за отсутствия утюга. Но на следующий день был предоставлен парогенератор Рядом с дорогой,и на низких этажах слышно утром машины
• Matthew (9/5): - The room was spacious and the small kitchen was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and the apartment is situation well in the city. The kitchen sink started to stink after the 3rd day so it probably needs some maintenance. The beds were very hard and you could feel the springs. A mattress topper would be very helpful.
