Sibel (10/5): Страхотно - Страхотен апартамент на две нива. На децата им беше много забавно да се катерят и слизат от второто ниво. Много е чисто, приятно обзаведено. Уникална гледка от терасата. Голям плюс е наличието на парко места в охранявана зона на хотела. Би било прекрасно да сложат един удобен голям диван - все пак е апартамент на две нива, което предполага настаняване на 3/4 човека.

Joan (10/5): Beautiful, quiet, great food, friendly staff. - The location was excellent for someone with a car as it was just outside the town, which was within easy walking distance, and had on-site parking. We arrived quite a bit before the stated check-in time but the very kind and friendly receptionist allowed us to check in early. Our accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and included a great view of the mountains. We ate in the restaurant our first night and it was excellent. We would have eaten there again but it was closed our second night. Breakfast was ordered off of a menu and was excellent as well. Nothing.

From the very first moment until our departure, the service was impeccable – the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. The unlimited access to the spa facilities was a pleasant surprise for everyone and added a wonderful touch of relaxation to our trip. The restaurant’s menu was small but very tasty, with every dish well-prepared and full of flavor. Breakfast was also great, with a nice variety and at least one different item offered every day. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay that we will remember fondly. Highly recommended!

Hristo (9/5): Страхотно, пак бих се върнал - Хотелът е отличен, студиото беше идеално като размери и удобства, закуската беше невероятна и много разнообразна - имаше от всичко за всеки. Уцелихме когато фитнесът е в преустройство, а на двора, където е гледката, все още се строяха басейни, но очаквам да стане още по-хубаво и да дойдем отново. Единствената ми забележка за стаите е към завивките, бяха ми твърде топли и нямаше по-тънки одеалца за по-топлокръвни като мен :) Може би трябваше да питам, но не се сетих.

Стефан (10/5): Перфектен престой и прекрасно отношение! 🌟 - Изключително приятно изживяване! Стаята беше просторна, чиста и уютна. Персоналът беше усмихнат, любезен и винаги готов да помогне. Много ни впечатли жестът, че бяха подготвили специални продукти за дъщеря ми, без дори да сме ги заявили предварително – тя беше очарована! Закуската беше страхотна, а мекиците просто уникални! Нямаме никакви забележки – всичко беше на отлично ниво.

יסכה (10/5): - צוות נחמד ומקום מפנק . יש תחושה של פירגון ולארגיות בארוח. מתאים לאנשים שמבשלים כשר ולצוות יש הכרות עם בנושא ורצון ונחמדות לסייע הייתי שמחה להוראות ברורות וכתובות לטיולים באזור. זה ממש על האגם וחבל שלא הצלחנו להבין איך מגיעים. לא מתאים שומרי שבת בגלל האורות שנדלקים אוטומטית
Michael (10/5): מקום נהדר . - מקום נהדר, קצת מרוחק ממרכז העיר. שקט, עם נוף מהמם להרים. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה, צוות בדלפק אכפתי ועוזר. נקי. יש חדר ילדים. בחדר שלי היו 3 חדרי שרותים . הספא מאוד קטן . בהרבה מקרים לא היו מגבות נגישות ולא היומיים לשתיה. חדר עישון נמצא ליד דלפק קבלה והרבה פעמים היה מריח סיגריות כשעוברים לידו. מטבח היה לא מאובזר לבישול אולי רק לדברים קטנים.

AndreyForester (9/5): - Nice hotel with good breakfast, comfortable bed. Nearby (on a dirt road 200 meters) there is a good cafe where you can eat well. We received a compliment in the form of a bottle of wine The restaurant's cuisine leaves much to be desired, and the weekend SPA is crowded and weak.
DESISLAVA (10/5): - Рядко давам суперлативи, но за този хотел мога да кажа, че всяка минута престой си за служаваше ! Всичко беше на ниво което не е присъщо за български хотел! Благодаря на Мария от рецепцията, на Евгени от ресторанта! Поздрави и ще се върнем в по голям състав!

Shirley (9/5): מומלץ מאוד, מחיר משתלם, דירה מעולה - אוקטובר, לקחנו את דירת הפנטאוז שהייתה מושלמת. 2 חדרי שינה ועוד סלון, שתי מקלחות ו-3 שירותים. מטבח, מכונת כביסה הכל. הצוות היה נפלא וכשביקשנו להבין האם פארק אתגרים פתוח, הם התקשרו לשם עבורינו ושאלו. יש סאונה יבשה ורטובה וזה היה ממש נחמד. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת. כשנכנסנו לבריכה היא הייתה קרה וזה היה מאכזב.

Kaloyan (10/5): Очарователно - Изключително чисто. Много уютно и приятна атмосфера. Персонала е изключително учтив и усмихнат. Храната е много вкусна и разнообразна. С неочаквани комплименти от страна на хотела.

Shai Amit (9/5): - Big and modern room. Small but nice spa. The breakfest, altough not a buffet, was good. No towels in the spa. The bath tub felt slippery and we rather have a shower. The bread at breakfest should be freah baked and not commercial one.

Iliana (7/5): - Персоналът и ресторантът бяха на ниво. Местонахождението на хотела не отговаряше на моите очаквания. СПА-то беше символично, а басейнът миниатюрен. Недобре поддържани общи части, особено первазите на терасите и изкуствената трева върху тях. Съжалявам, но очакванията ми бяха по-големи!

Georgi (5/5): - Закуската беше чудесна! Ястията за вечеря бяха с гръмки претенции и цени, а качеството беше на доста занижено ниво. Пример - ризото с телешко за над 20 лв. с хрупащ ориз и никаква сол, гриловано сирене с консистенция на подметка. Стаите са страхотни, направени с много внимание към детайлите. Изключително впечатление ми направи камината. Но… бойлерът е в душ кабината?! В нашият случай дори не работеше, което не би трябвало да се случва, но все пак техниката се разваля.

Sascha (4/5): Poorly maintained and run-down - Mountains visible from the room. The bed was comfortable, we slept well. Decently equipped gym. The hotel felt abandoned and ghostly: The lights in the corridors didn’t switch on, there were only very few guests and there is a massive construction site right in front of the rooms. During the night, the boiler hissed like a ghost. Most of the furniture looks and feels like it was sourced from IKEA. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained and run-down.

(8/5): Nice place to stay for the night with nice view to the mountain. - Nice place with good view to the mountain, however front of it was construction of another hotel garden and pool facility and the construction environment was not good at all. Breakfast was good! Location was quite tricky with the hotel entrance. Front of the hotel and overall square looks like not maintained at all.

Melina (8/5): Περασαμε καλα - Ηταν πολυ εξυπηρετικο το προσωπικο, το σπα πολυ καλο, καθαρο και ομορφο. Το πρωινο ηταν τελειο. Δεν ειχε συσκοτιση το δωματιο και ξυπνουσαμε πολυ νωρις. Επιπλεον τα στρωματα δεν ηταν πολυ καλα

Alex Stan (8/5): Very nice stay in Bansko - Very quiet area, nice view over the mountains. Parking on site. Breakfast was good. The room was large enough, with a wooden balcony. Seems a bit in need of some upkeeping.
