- Leonardo Porras (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de las playas y del centro de Santa Teresa, lo que facilita moverse y disfrutar de todo sin necesidad de recorrer largas distancias. La atención de doña Marta fue espectacular; siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, atenta a cualquier necesidad y con mucha amabilidad. La piscina perfecta y en general el lugar transmite mucha tranquilidad. Un espacio ideal para descansar y desconectarse. La red de WiFi fue inestable y en varios momentos no funcionó. Además, las sillas de plástico estaban en mal estado (4 de 6), al punto de que uno de nuestros acompañantes prefirió no usarlas por temor a que se quebraran. Llegamos 40 minutos antes y, aunque el lugar estaba vacío, no nos permitieron usar la piscina mientras esperábamos la hora de check-in. Entendemos que existen reglas, pero en este caso consideramos que podría haber un poco más de flexibilidad, especialmente al no haber otros huéspedes. Sugerimos valorar la posibilidad de ampliar el horario de uso de la piscina en situaciones como esta, así como extenderlo un poco más en la noche. Es mi segunda visita, pero detalles así influyen en la decisión de regresar.
