• Cynthia (10/5): We had unexpectly stay 2 extra nights in Venice because airline connections. Our party enjoyed - The staff was very accommodating. Since we were, of course, tourists, they helped us book a water taxi an early morning pick up. They helped us with our luggage and even made us coffee at 4:00am! We didn't care for the 3 flights of stairs of stairs manuveuring large suitcases, we felt very fortunate to have found this 2-bedroon apartment so close to San Marco Square.

• Pramod (8/5): Great city and stay overall! - Location and the room was good The apartment was on the 2nd floor (one floor above ground) and no elevator, so had to lift luggage thru the stairs. Kitchen could have had more utensils.

• James (6/5): Good stay. - Location is excellent. Seconds from Rialto and St Marks Due to the floor one bed was at an angle so I had to swap ends. Shower was average. Not an issue for me but there are some steep stairs and no lift for those in need.

• J.m. (1/5): No electricity 4 times,No hot water until fixed,No heat but 1 small heater,wasted 3+hrs of vacation - good breakfast 1. Electricity went out 3 times first night (total 30 min) and next morning over 1 hour. 2. 1st night, Front desk lied and said there were no more rooms/ apt available, so we were not transferred that night. 3. New apt next day: took 3+ hours calls and to move our stuff, and no hot water trying to shower (until they fixed it). 4. New apt was Cold (2 windows were left open with 52 degrees outside). Received 1 small heater for 2 Bedroom Apt.
