• Lars Tobias (10/5): Great stay with helpful staff, a beautiful balcony, convenient kitchen facilities, and excellent surf lessons - I had a great stay at Pacifico Surf Studios. The accommodation was comfortable, and it was really convenient to have access to a kitchen and refrigerator during the stay. The balcony was absolutely beautiful and a perfect place to relax. The staff, Eduardo in particular, were very friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was taken care of. The surf lessons with Elkim were also excellent: fun, professional, and a highlight of the trip. Overall, a really enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here. Nothing

Queremos agradecer al staff, en particular Eduardo y la señora encargada del aseo (¿Maya?), siempre preocupados en ayudar y hacernos sentir cómodos. Definitivamente volveremos pronto!! Nada

• Dana (5/5): Muchas cosas por mejorar. - Aire acondicionado, la piscina, cercania a la playa, entorno con naturaleza. Calentador electrico funcionaba bien. Pegado hay un hostel que hace fiestas seguido, por suerte hasta las 22 hs. Studio muy oscuro, pocas luces. Heladerita mini antiquisima sin freezer (un infimo congelador). Ventilador con muchisimo ruido a metal al encenderlo, por eso no lo pudimos usar, baño con olor a cloaca y muy desactualizado, definitivamente le hace falta una renovada de confort a todo el dpto. Te dan 1 toalla pequeña de baño para todos los dias y otra infima de mano, y encima te piden que las cuides como reliquia! Almohadas con olor a transpiracion de larga data (un asco!!). Cama no muy comoda (muy blanda). El encargado Eduardo se comporto siempre soberbio, actitud sobradora. No facilitaba las cosas y reclamaba cuidados excesivos con los objetos o “se cobrarian multas”. Pesima actitud! No recomiendo este lugar, mala relacion precio-calidad. Las unicas cosas buenas: el AC, piscina y cercania a la playa. Lo demas: 👎👎👎

• Patrick (10/5): Close to the beach - The studio is right by the main Beach in Santa Teresa for surfing or walking. It was pleasantly quiet and has a central swimming pool which is nice for a dip after the hot weather down the beach. I had a triple bed studio with all the luxury of a fully fitted kitchenette. AC was top notch.
• Katja (9/5): - Super Lage. Man kann direkt in 1min zu Fuss zum Strand gehen. Schöne Bungalowanlage mit Blick ins Grüne und zum Pool, welcher von Pflanzen umgeben ist und angene schattingist. Sehr ruhig trotz super zentraler Lage. Busstation 20meter entfernt. Wir haben sogar 2 Nächte verlängert. Absolut zu empfehlen. Das Beste ist die super Terrasse zu jedem Zimmer.

• Łukasz (1/5): Bed bugs hotel - Location DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is an absolute nightmare. Our entire group was bitten multiple times by bed bugs, and the staff couldn’t have cared less - they just shrugged it off as if it wasn’t their problem. The room was disgusting, with mold everywhere, including on the pillows, making it impossible to feel safe or comfortable. It’s clear that this hotel hasn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. The combination of filthy conditions, bed bug infestations, and completely indifferent staff makes this place downright dangerous. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s not worth the risk to your health or your sanity.

• Augustine (10/5): The property and the staff really makes you feel at home. - I liked that the property was very accessible to the beach. It also had a exclusive environment where I could get away a little bit from the crowds. The staff at the surf school was exceptional! They helped me with every thing I needed and made me feel very comfortable being there. I would definitely recommend this place and would recommend it to anyone with a little sense of adventure.

• Teri (9/5): Great and convenient spot for surfers - Great location- easy walk to beach and restaurants/shops. Easy to rent boards and arrange transportation and excursions. It was nice to have a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room. The toilet didn't work very well and when we needed a plunger, it didn't work well. The fridge wasn't cold enough. There weren't any blankets/quilts on the bed, but that might be on purpose because it's very hot in Santa Teresa in March. Except for the night security guard, the staff didn't give a warm or welcoming vibe, but we felt that from many locals in Santa Teresa, unfortunately.

• Kieran (10/5): Ideal surf trip - Perfect for a surf trip - board shop right on your doorstep and beachfront a very short walk away. Nice and quiet to sleep with comfy bed and good AC. Secure parking and refreshing pool and shower to cool off in.

• Jennifer (1/5): They are Liars and Cheats. AVOID THIS HOTEL! - location, pool DO NOT STAY HERE! They lied and cheated us. We were shown a room before booking. We agreed to that room. After unpacking, they came to us and insisted we move to a much worse room that was infested with bugs (see photos). We asked for our original room, but they refused. We said we couldn’t stay there, and left. Even though we did not stay there they charged us the full price for 2 days. I have written and called many times, and they refuse to refund any part of the stay. I don’t know for sure if it was an intentional scam, to show us one room but move us to another after getting our credit card, but that is how it seemed. In 6 months of travel I have never had someone pull a scam like this. In short, I would AVOID THIS PLACE. There are many other options ins ST.
