• Eckhard (8/5): Von der kleinen Einschränkung mit dem Wasser, alles sehr zu empfehlen. - Beste Lage, sauber, schöne Terrasse Alles sehr problemlos mit dem Einchecken. Leider Probleme mit dem heissen Wasser. Dauerte lange bis das Duschwasser warm war. Am Waschtisch leider nur kaltes Wasser.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr sympathisch! Übernahme perfekt, zusätzliche Zwischenreinigung - insgesamt perfekt und gerne wieder.

• vincenzo (8/5): Bella Napoli - Ottima posizione, in centro, con possibilità di prendere la metro, ubicata a poco meno di 100 metri. Bella la terrazza, peccato non poterla sfruttare perché il meteo non lo ha permesso. Eravamo attaccati al teatro TErgesteo, dove la prima sera abbiamo applaudito Massimo Ranieri . La possibilità di vedere i canali RAI, non so per quale motivo, però non si riusciva a sintonizzarsi sui canali gestiti dalla RAI.
• MB (9/5): Excellent séjour grâce à la localisation et à la réactivité de notre hôte. - Excellente localisation. Très bien équipé. Terrasse très agréable. Belle salle de bain. Il y a un lit d’1 personne dans une toute petite pièce isolée de la pièce principale, pratique pour un enfant. Le matelas du lit principal est un peu trop ferme.

• Helly (9/5): Modern apartment in the heart of Napoli - Great apartment in the most perfect location in the whole of Napoli! Modern facilities, gorgeous big bathroom and lovely terrace right in the heart of the Spanish quarter. Everything you need is downstairs and many other sights are walking distance. Daniel was a generous, helpful and responsive host and was a pleasure to deal with. Loved this place and would stay again. Nothing :)

Dieser hat immer super schnell reagiert, wenn man was gebraucht hat und uns auch sehr gute Lokaltipps gegeben... Unfassbar schöne Terrasse mitten in der Stadt!

• Matthew (10/5): Great apartment in a great location with a lovely outside terrace - The apartment is modern, clean, well equipped and in a great location. My wife is particularly fussy about bathrooms but the one at this apartment is fantastic and being able to walk out onto the terrace in the morning for coffee and pastries was a real highlight. Daniel made the whole arrival and departure process very simple and a nice surprise was that the apartment was cleaned and towels refreshed after our 4th night, which we didn’t expect as we haven’t had this with other apartments we’ve stayed at. There is almost nothing I can say that we didn’t like, the mattress was a little hard for me but that was easily sorted out with a couple of pillows and didn’t affect our stay.

• Paul (10/5): Terrific apartment with balcony in the heart of Napoli - Incredibly quiet despite being adjacent to the busy pedestrian Via Toledo. Very central to restaurants and cafes. 15 minute easy walk to the port. Next to the Funicular Centrale that takes you to Vomero, Fort St Elmo with panoramic views of the entire city and bay. Daniel, our host, could not have been more helpful. Nothing. Highly secure building with large in room safe.
• Gabriela (10/5): Ideale Lage für einen Städtetrip, grandiose Terrasse; wir kommen wieder! - Top Lage im Zentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, top Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Shops vor der Tür. Grosses, praktisch und stilvoll eingerichtetes Studio mit sensationeller Terrasse und grossem, komfortablem Bad. Mit dem Taxi schlecht erreichbar, darum schwierig mit viel Gepäck. Die Matratze auf dem Doppelbett war uns zu hart.

Beautifully furnished and immaculately clean, it has all the facilities you need for a short break including being fully air conditioned which was much appreciated in the 35 degrees heat. The terrace is lovely and perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or at the end of a day of exploring. Daniel, the host, so kind, helpful, and accommodating and he provided great recommendations for local restaurants and bakeries. Nothing!

The location is fantastic, very close to the Galeria Umberto. The host, Daniel, is very responsive, kind, helpful, easy to communicate with, and the instructions given were very clear. Made sightseeing easy and getting a proper feel of Naples convenient. There wasn’t really anything to fault. If anything cushions on the outside seating area would have been nice but the weather wasn’t the best.

Thought it could be noisy as it it just off a very busy street, but it was suprisingly very quiet! Our host was so helpful- giving advice and recommendations too. Comfy bed, good facilities and exactly what we needed for a place to come back to when out exploring all day. Garden furniture is quite tired and broken

During our stay, the water flow was too strong as most of the holes were somehow blocked due to limescale.

• Jelena (8/5): Very good - Great location for those first time in Naples, is easy to navigate to most city landmarks. Loved the rooftop views, especially in the morning. Plenty of space for two people. There were some hiccups with the hot water and electricity but was quickly fixed. Danielle was available on call and happy to help. Would recommend maintenance when it comes to terrace and balcony shutters. Wasn't closing properly and some hooks to secure the windows when open. Maybe a few more utensils for cooking like wooden spatulas.those waiting to prepare light meals.

It had everything we needed for our short break. It was situated perfectly in the Quartieri Spagnoli area of Naples to allow us to head in all directions. Nothing.

• Tiberiu (9/5): Outstanding hosting, great location, I recommend this studio apartment for a cozy getaway. - Daniel the host is awesome. He provided insights on what to eat, helped with reaching tour destinations. Apartment is nice, great location, in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. Easy access to M1 metro line, only three stops from the Garibaldi main train hub. Balcony with an outside shower is a nice touch, you can have a pleasant breakfast outside if it is not extremely hot at 7:00 in the morning. Efficient AC was a life saver in the 30+ degree Neapolitan late summer. If you want to shop for groceries there is a Sole 365 in walking distance (about 650m). Jacuzzi did not work and there is some kind of permanent noise coming from the bathroom. I am sensitive to noise and had to use ear plugs to sleep. There is no parking, do not rent a car. This is not a major problem, public transportation is reasonable and cabs are not too expensive. Taxi cabs do not have easy access to the apartment and they leave you at the nearest point they can go. In a 38 degree heat with four languages, dragging all on an uneven pavement was a sauna experience for me.
