• Snowy (6/5): Best wishes from us to avoid unit owner hairdryer getting stolen again. Meanwhile, kindly inform cleaner to check every - Public space quite clean - bedroom beside the bed cabinet drawer got rubbish. - hairdryer was stolen before we checked-in so the apartment without hairdryer made ladies very inconvenience - shared bathroom washbasin isn’t draining well

Totally I don't like the homestay , it's different from was we saw from booking pictures,no fasilities at all the swimming pool, fitness, children playground all grounded cannot be use and never informed by owner of the premise to customer early .so totally unhappy with the service provided.pls don't spoil the customer trust ..
• Zainal (6/5): Strategic area - Strategic area and near makan place just walking distance. Dirty floor mats, the kitchen bulb was not functioning during the stay.

• Angeline (7/5): Good - Near to KSL mall. Noisy at night as near to pubs and can hear music late at night. Did not provide extra pillows and blankets and mattresses and blankets were very thin.
• Bengsien (6/5): Holiday stay - Spaceous and location The loud music at night from the pub across the road and the army of ants which greet me when i arrive.the place is clean but i don know where the ants come from.mosqitoe was also an issue.

• Hong (5/5): Not recommended - Good location, close to CIQ. Blankets are too thin, blankets for futons are not provided, towels should be given more, showering water is not hot enough, futons are dirty, poor quality of shower cream and shampoo, hair dryer should be provided.

• Muhd (6/5): Pleasant - - huge pools, playground, gym. Good facilities. - Good location too - Sooo many ants at the kitchen especially the dining table and the countertop. Food exposed will have ants crawling all around almost immediately - Only 1 access card which is very inconvenient for multiple guests to move around
• Dhiana (3/5): Poor - The surroumdings nearby. The toilets.. smelly and saw ants all around the house. Floor mat outside the toilet is filthy.

• Syed (7/5): Not very nice experience. - Strategic location near to JB town. Easy check in. Hse is clean. Limited facilities in the room and toilet . No extra pillow, no comforter except very thin blanket. No water hose for toilet n very dirty bathroom mat. One of the lightbulb on the ceiling is broken. TV remote is not working and the cable channel always fuzzy. Collected garbage from the previous owner is not disposed and remain in the balcony.
• Mohd (6/5): - Maybe can add more mirror for all of us can use. Just 1 mirror in whole house excluding in toilet. - - easy to find a place to eat since its near a food place. - clean place, comfort. - since its near a bar and karaoke, the place is still noisy even at 12am. - one of the toilet smell like sewage.. Not sure where it come from.

• Erin (6/5): Location is accessible with overlooking view and good security within the property. - - Location is very accessible and nearby restaurant/convenient store - Seamless check in/check out process - Good security within the property - Overlooking view - Extra mattress/futon beds mentioned were dirty and not usable to sleep on. - Light in the master's bedroom toilet is flickering - Old trash were not cleared and kept in the kitchen cupboard
